La localisation état parfaite et nous a permis de rayonner sur toute l’île. Les petits déjeuners et repas en demi pension étaient bons et variés. La chambre était très belle et confortable.

Le seul point un peu négatif est le créneau du dîner. En effet, nous avons participé avec mon conjoint à des activités/sorties en fin de journée (vers 18h30) et nous n’avions pas beaucoup le temps pour dîner à notre retour étant donné qu’il fallait manger avant 21h30. Nous avons donc parfois été un peu pressés pour dîner.

Wir haben 1 Nacht im Hotel Las Costas verbracht, da unsere erste Unterkunft (ein Apartment in Puerto del Carmen) aufgrund unserer kurzfristigen Buchung 1 Tag zu kurz verfügbar war. Gefallen hat uns: - Sehr grosses, hübsches, perfekt sauberes Zimmer. - Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt hinter dem Hotel. - Gute Klimaanlage.

- Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war recht bescheiden - es gab keine Strandtücher, keine Hausschuhe und bis auf 2 kleine Wasserflaschen keine weiteren, kostenlose Getränke. - Die Lage ist passabel. Der Strand direkt beim Hotel (Playa de los Pocillos) ist aber nicht vergleichbar mit dem 20 Gehminuten entfernten, viel schöneren Playa Grande. - Das Hotel scheint eher bei älteren Menschen beliebt und wir (34, 37, 68 Jahre alt) haben uns nicht so "passend" gefühlt. - Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar gross, aber vom Geschmack her auf einem recht tiefen Niveau, insbesondere für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel. - Der Check-In an der Rezeption war zeitraubend. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer für 3 Personen; es war absurd, dass wir alle persönlichen Daten angeben mussten (hätte aus meiner Sicht gereicht, die persönlichen Daten von mir anzugeben, da ich das Hotel für alle bezahlte). - Der WLAN-Zugang war absurd: Auch dort musste man E-Mail, Handy-Nr. und Geburtsdatum (!) angeben.

La atención del personal y lo limpio y ordenado de la instalación

Los horarios no se adaptan a todas las nacionalidades. El horario de la piscina, deberia comenzar a las 9.30 en lugar de las 11.00 Mientras que el horario para la cena alargarlo un poco entiendo q los extranjeros cenen temprano pero los españoles no cenamos a las 18.30 a esa hora hacemos la metienda . Sería recomendable poner algo más animación por la noche. Complementar con alguna animación más antes de la cantante .

Struttura accogliente, piscina bellissima, accesso diretto al mare. Forniscono i teli per le sdraio in piscina. Buono il cibo a colazione e cena, sempre molto vario. Abbiamo anche usufruito del bar in piscina per qualche pranzo, ottimo anche quello. Gli spazi comuni erano ben curati, bellissima l’organizzazione di palme e cactus con e senza vista mare. In tutta la struttura l’arredamento era molto moderno e curato. Abbiamo anche usufruito gratuitamente della spa per un momento di relax (prenotando l’ingresso si può stare per un massimo di due ore). Ritorneremo (anche per provare la palestra e i massaggi) e lo consigliamo.

Durante la pulizia giornaliera in camera, il pavimento non sempre era spazzato bene, ma è un punto rimediabile.

Staff were so nice, the rooms and everything was so clean and modern. The pool area was very clean and there wasn’t anyone holding beds so they was lots of sun beds. The breakfast in the morning was lovely.

The only area we felt could be improved was the gluten-free breakfast arrangements. My husband is coeliac, and we noticed that the gluten-free bread and toaster were placed on the same table as the regular bread. We also saw people using the gluten-free toaster with normal bread, which could create a risk of cross-contamination. Perhaps having the gluten-free bread and a dedicated toaster in a separate, clearly labelled area would make things safer and give guests with coeliac disease greater peace of mind. Apart from this, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hotel catering for gluten-free guests. This small change would make a big difference

Das Buffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Da findet man immer was.

​La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, ideal para moverse por la isla. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de todo el personal: desde recepción que al llegar nos dieron recomendaciones buenísimas de lugares para visitar y dónde comer; hasta el equipo del comedor y el de limpieza. ​El desayuno buffet era variado y de una calidad. También comimos allí en alguna ocasión y el trato de todo el personal fue simplemente fantástico. La habitación era perfecta, cómoda y la limpieza de 10, tanto en la propia habitación como el resto de las instalaciones del hotel, que estaban impecables. Sin duda, un lugar al que volveremos seguro. ¡100% recomendable!

This is a great Hotel, amazing breakfast, staff was very kind and helpful. All the facilities are well upkeep. Gate to the beach was great if you wanted to go directly from the pool. The bed is very comfortable and the rooms are quiet even though the hotel is busy

Tout, buffet varié et de qualité, le spa gratuit sur réservation, l’accès direct à la plage et le jacuzzi extérieur. La chambre classique était très spacieuse. Le personnel était très aimable et réactif.

Pas grand chose, quelques petits détails sont à noter : il n’y a pas de fontaine à eau à disposition pour le buffet du soir, il faut nécessairement payer. Deux bouteilles d’eau sont mises a disposition dans la chambre à l’arrivée mais elle ne sont pas renouvelées les jours suivants. Nous aurions également préféré un grand lit double plutôt que deux lits simples collés. Mais ce sont des détails minimes au regard du séjour incroyable que nous avons passé.

Habitaciones estupendas (y silenciosas y muy limpias), camas y almohadas comodísimas, piscina estupenda, personal amabilísimo y un spa pequeño pero que está muy bien incluido en el precio. Ah! Y lo mejor para mí la comida, tanto el desayuno como la cena excepcionales (de calidad, variados y sanos). Repetiría sin duda.

Por ponerle un pero, el restsurante de la piscina (el único que ofrece comida a mediodía) tiene una carta escasa y nada está tan bueno -ni de lejos- como en el buffet.

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet établissement . La piscine avec le petit jacuzzi très appréciable avec des bonnes journées de randonnée. La qualité du buffet notamment la diversité de la nourriture. La propreté et les équipements de la chambre.

Le seul petit bémol est l’absence de carafe d’eau à table. On doit à chaque fois payer l’eau même en demi-pension.

Cet hôtel est à la hauteur des 4*. Les repas sont très bons, avec des spécialités tous les soirs. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel. Tout est propre, aussi bien les parties communes que la chambre (dans les moindres recoins). Hôtel les pieds dans le sable, c'est idéal et appréciable ! Vue sur la plage.

Je n'ai pas apprécié les oreillers qui étaient trop épais pour moi. Même si le personnel est attentif à "la réservation des transats", je pense qu'il faut absolument interdire cette réservation s'ils ne sont pas immédiatement occupés.

Breakfast was great. Buffet with great choice for everyone. Eggs cooked in front of you, omelettes or fried whatever you want. Staff very friendly ,efficient and professional. The swimming pool and Pool bar was great. Access to the beach was great.

Pool area where the sunbeds were should have been cleaned daily. We were there for 5 days and never seen the area been cleaned. Air conditioning in the room wasn’t great .

Gostei de tudo, em geral. A piscina fica bem abrigada nos dias de maior vento. A monitora de ginástica é excelente, gostei muito das aulas e da hidroginástica. As funcionárias de limpeza são muito prestáveis e simpáticas. Os meus parabéns ao chefe “polvo”, a banca dos grelhados tem sempre alguma gente mas apesar da demanda está sempre atento às preferências das pessoas, muito profissional.

Sugeria limpeza a algumas espreguiçadeiras com sinais de sujidade. No pequeno-almoço, na secção das águas aromatizadas há sempre uma poça de água das jarras. Há uma variedade de leite mas muitas vezes as jarras ficam fora do sítio e é difícil distinguir.

Personale molto gentile, camera nuova confortevole. Mi hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di prosecco in camera il giorno del mio compleanno. Comodo l'accesso in spiaggia. Il giorno di check out ci hanno permesso di usufruire della piscina e di una doccia di cortesia

La pulizia della camera un po' grossolana, briciole rimaste a terra, piatto doccia non perfettamente pulito. La qualità del cibo nel complesso niente di speciale, serata asiatica completamente da rivedere, il cibo non era di qualità. La colazione dovrebbe essere più varia, soprattutto la parte dolce. Pochi posti auto appena fuori la struttura. Animazione deludente, cassaforte a pagamento , 2 euro al giorno nel complesso non sono pochi.

It was an amazing hotel, the hotel was spotless and room was cleaned every day. The pool was good the first week but second week I did notice an increase in less sunbeds however at about 3pm they did free up. The spa was amazing and we always had it to ourselves. They suprised me with a bottle of prosecco for my bday(they obviously noticed from my passport a lovely little touch. Would highly recommend this hotel. We were a young couple and while there were a few children around it was still very relaxing. Amazing we really hope to go back 🙏

Room was amazing, clean, great size and peaceful, had all the requirements as well - good sized telly, selection of English channels, tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, good storage, plenty of plug sockets and really decent hairdryer. Hotel facilities were great, clean and good opening times too. Gardens are beautiful and well kept. Breakfast selection amazing and served at good times. Bar drinks and food good. Bar open till late. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping amazing too. It was our anniversary and we had a nice surprise upon arrival. Location was adequate, close to airport, super close to beach and supermarket and just a short walk (15minutes) to large selection of shops, restaurants and bars. Taxi ride to old town and local attractions, reasonable price. Late checkout not available for us but luggage storage available, could still use hotel facilities and then large shower room with changing available too. Definitely recommended.

No mention anywhere that hotel overlooks flight path and planes are constant. However it doesn't massively disturb the peace. Also sea view rooms are not quite, they are right by the beach and you can just about hear the sea. But there is a lowish brick wall with glass attached, just obscuring the entire view.

Reservamos el alojamiento para cuatro noches, pero por motivos personales tuvimos que marcharnos después de una sola noche. Entendemos perfectamente que en este tipo de situaciones puedan aplicarse penalizaciones por cancelación o salida anticipada. Sin embargo, no se nos ha reembolsado absolutamente nada por las noches no disfrutadas. Además, hay otro aspecto que me resulta incomprensible. Hasta el día de hoy no he conseguido obtener la factura correspondiente al alojamiento pagado, ni por parte del hotel ni por parte de Booking.com. El hotel afirma que, como el pago se realizó a través de Booking.com, es Booking quien debe emitir la factura. Por su parte, Booking.com responde que ellos no emiten esa factura y que debo solicitarla al hotel. Sinceramente, esta situación ya resulta absurda e inaceptable. Nadie asume la responsabilidad y, a pesar de haber pagado el alojamiento, sigo sin poder obtener una factura válida.

The facilities were excellent. The gym was surprisingly good with a decent range of weightlifting equipment. There were always sun loungers available by the pool. Breakfast was good, dinner was excellent. I appreciated being able to use the pool on the last day and then take a shower before flying back home. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bed and pillows were perfect!

The coffee at breakfast wasn’t the best (why Nescafé when the Canary Islands grow their own far more delicious coffee?!). I found that the selection of fruit and bread at breakfast was much better the earlier you went (although other breakfast items were restocked). The hotel is not located in a busy part of town but that’s not necessarily a bad thing; we rented a car so had no issues getting around.

Como hay muchas habitaciones a veces el servicio de limpieza hace la habitación muy tarde o muy pronto. La comida de la cafetería podría tener una oferta algo más elaborada.

Amazing hotel! It was the best stay we have ever had. The staff was lovely and helpful (a special shoutout to Lukasz at reception). From the location and food in the restaurant, to the bar, rooms, and overall vibe, we give it 5 out of 5 stars and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend! 👌

Hotel Excelente!! Buffet todo buenisimo y mucha variedad, camas y almohadas muy cómodas, habitaciones muy grandes, todo muy muy limpio. El hotel se merece un 20 de puntuacion. Ubicacion muy buena. Personal muy amable, Carmen de recepcion es un encanto. Cuando vuelva a Lanzarote sin duda me alojaré aqui se nuevo. Lo recomiendo 100%

Saubere, grosse Zimmer. Auch das Bad war sehr schön. Das Frühstück-Buffet war sehr vielfältig. Es hätte etwas mehr Abwechslung geben dürfen.

La amabilidad y disponibilidad de los trabajadores. El buffet de desayuno muy bueno. Buena ubicación, distancias medias a todos los puntos de interés de la isla

El horario de cenas está adaptado totalmente para la gente extranjera. A partir de las 9 se empieza a recoger el buffet y a las 9.30 ya no cenas, con lo que para los locales el horario no es muy amplio

Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren mit dem Buffet sowohl morgens als auch abends sehr zufrieden. Die Auswahl war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich und es gab jeden Tag neue Gerichte zu entdecken. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der direkte Zugang zum Strand, der den Aufenthalt zusätzlich aufwertet. Insgesamt hat das Hotel unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet – für diesen Preis hätten wir uns kaum etwas Besseres wünschen können.

Grundsätzlich ist dieses Hotel sehr empfehlenswert! Die Lage ist einfach TOP, das Personal super freundlich, zuvorkommend und kulant. Auch die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 50m), die tolle Pool-Anlage und der SPA-Bereich ist sehr schön. Auch die Cocktails an der Pool-Bar haben uns sehr geschmeckt. Am letzten Tag haben wir mittags den SPA-Bereich noch kostenfrei buchen können, obwohl wir bereits ausgecheckt hatten. Auch eine Verlängerung um eine Stunde war kein Problem, weil der SPA Bereich wirklich toll ist. Danke! :-)

Für ein tolles Hotel gehört natürlich vor allem das Essen zu einem grundlegenden schönen Urlaub. Leider war das Abendessen (haben wir nur 1x gebucht) nicht empfehlenswert. Die Mahlzeiten waren nicht gut abgeschmeckt, auch wenn es viel Auswahl gab. Da empfehlen wir lieber in eines der unzähligen Restaurants in der Nähe zu gehen. Auch das Frühstück haben wir 2x ausgelassen. Grundsätzlich ist Abwechslung da, aber manche Speisen waren ungenießbar (Rühreier total versalzen). Es gab natürlich auch gutes Essen (z.B. Bacon in zwei Varianten sehr toll!), aber unterm Strich würden wir das Frühstück sowie Abendessen mit maximal Durchschnitt, eher sogar darunter bezeichnen. Schade, denn ansonsten wäre das Hotel wirklich perfekt! Da aber die restlichen positiven Aspekte überwiegen, bewerten wir das Hotel mit 8,5, aufgerundet eine 9. Ein Kugelschreiber wäre noch angemessen, dann könnte man auch die Bewertung auf der Hotelkarte vornehmen ;-)

Loved the hotel for its location, the beach is right outside the back gate, the choice for breakfast was fabulous. The hotel was spotless and our room was cleaned every day. The staff were all so friendly, would definitely return in the future.

This isn’t a negative, but because I’m celiac I would of loved to have seen a gluten free section in the morning on its own table, with more of a choice, I did receive my gluten free toast and muffin every morning, but would of loved more of a choice, but overall very happy.
