A little gem we found. Spotless, amazing apartments. Super family spot off the the strip with a family friendly pool (and a lifeguard always there). Quiet and super eco friendly. With all that said, it is the staff that make this a wonderful experience. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Will 100% be back.

Returned home after spending a wonderful 11 nights in these fantastic apartments. They are the best apartments by far. They have all the everything you need and the filter water tap is fantastic. The booking of sunbeds works really well. My last 3 holidays have been at sister complex’s and will only want this high standard going forward. They are in a fantastic location to everything and you can walk the strip and only cost 5 euro for a taxi to the old town. The reception staff day and night are so helpful and will help with regards to bus stops which are near by and all the information you need and also booking day trips. The restaurant and bar staff are amazing and so friendly and food was delicious too. And great happy hours. Not forgetting the cleaning staff because they are exceptional and the grounds are spotless. All air conditioning and safes in each apartment too which is a necessity. Our friends had the apartment next door and everything was perfect for them too. Been to Lanzarote many times before and now wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Thanks to each and everyone of the staff for helping make our holiday great. See you soon

I’ve been there now four years in a row really good place to stay good location very near the beach and not too far from the main strip Staff are excellent. great value for money we stay in the villa and you’ve loads space really happy with the place going back again year. Thanks to Simone in reception for looking after us again this year.

Good location a short walk from the main strip and bus stop directly opposite resort, all friendly staff(receptionists, housekeeping, bar, lifeguards) and very clean resort. Unfortunately the apartments aren’t very sound proof so had some difficulty sleeping. Air con,WiFi and shower facilities were great. Nice atmosphere for a family holiday but sun beds are very close together so quite cosy. Great sunbed booking system certainly made the holiday stress free. Overall would return😊

The properly is clean, spacious and has all the facilities and features you’d expect like air con in each room of the villa, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a heated pool, and the onsite bar and restaurant is reasonably priced and enjoyable. The location is at the end of a strip, which is ideal as it’s quiet and walkable, or a taxi cost us 4 euros.

The subbed booking system is a double edged sword as we were mainly a middle of the day group, being there for 10-3/4 most days. Slots are 9-1:45 and then 1:45-6, this meant we did have to move a few times.

We had a lovely stay at Club Del Carmen.. The complex is spotless, apartment was really nice & the staff were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay in Club Del Carmen again.

Although our 2 bed apartment it was really too small for 6 people.

We loved these apartments, clean, love the attention to detail, comfort and eco friendly policies and care. We have been coming to Lanzarote a few years and usually stay in a nearby complex. We had to extend our two week trip for medical reasons and there was no availability where we were already staying. We had 5 nights in a 2 bed apartment, it was so much more comfortable than where we usually stay. Bed so comfy with lovely mattress toppers, good sleep, sofa bed comfy, kitchen so much better equipped than others we have stayed locally! There is so much attention to detail, eco friendly toiletries, paper and policies. Recycling, water bottle and filtered water was so good compared to us dragging large bottles of plastic around for the previous two weeks. Loved the insect nets at all doors and windows, no bugs or flying insects at all. We did have a few mini ants in the kitchen which were attracted to food. Once we kept all the food in the fridge and not cupboards they went away, I mentioned this on leaving but it didn’t really bother us. The What’s app service was brilliant, I really felt like the customer service was the best I have ever experienced in Lanzarote, texts to check if we were ok, texts half way through the stay, weather updates, menus, prompt responses, paella cooking demonstrations.. The pool is lovely , just the right temperature, cool for swimming but not icy cold. Jacuzzi nice. They did have aqua aerobics once a week but I missed this. It’s a small complex so you are in close proximity to neighbours but we weren’t disturbed. Smoking on balconies was frustrating as we had to keep closing doors. Very convenient location half way between Los Pocillos and Puerto Del Carman (the quiet end)! 10 -15 mins walk to both. The only thing I missed from our previous Accomodation was daily yoga or Pilates. There is not much space but beach yoga would be good! I missed having space and gardens to stroll in but it’s a compromise to have a better quality hotel nearer to the beach! We didn’t realise this was a Hilton hotel but can’t find it on the Hilton app. Definitely the most eco friendly and cleanest Hilton we have ever stayed! We will be back!

We were returning customers to the property, every member of staff was very friendly, Balys bar/restaurant served excellent food and drink and we loved happy hour x 2 each day.

Lack of availability of sunbeds, even though booking was needed

Staff were amazing, pool facilities were perfect. You could book the sun beds and there was floaties to borrow at certain times. The staff, food and drinks at the bar were also really good, which made the stay so handy. The bar men were really friendly and fun to chat to A+++

This was our 3rd time staying in Club del Carmen, apartments are very well laid out with oven, large fridge/ freezer and dish washer. Staff are really friendly and the bar staff in the Baily bar are great fun. Love the location, as we like to walk to Matagorda and also very near the strip

The two bedroom villa was very spacious for our family of five. Beds were comfortable and the villa was very clean and had everything you need for your holidays. Best accommodation we ever stayed in.

The only issue I would have with the hotel was that the pool closed at 6pm every evening.This gave my children only a few opportunities to use it as we were out most days seeing the island. With every other holiday we had,we would return for the day about 6pm and the children would love to get a swim and play in the pool for awhile but with Club del Carmens pool closing at 6pm, this did not happen unfortunately.Most other pools would stay open til 8pm at least. Just one issue but my children were disappointed with it all the same.

Came for my 40th birthday . Hotel was so attentive WhatsApp messages even left me some Prosecco and chocolates for my birthday . Alwyas got a sunbed and pool bar was fab with happy hours twice a day and fab pool bar food and also bands on in the evening. The whole complex and villa was absolutely spotless and had all the extra touches that ither apartments don’t have like memory foam mattresses a filter coffee machine water tap ect . Location wise was about a 10 minute walk right gets you to the strip we found an excellent Indian resting called Bollywood the other way gets you to matagorda and was a beautiful beach there as well as a fab cycle track that gets you everywhere in the area . Thanks to the hotel staff for a fantastic birthday we definitely want to return next year .

Maybe the sun beds booking system…you can’t book for all day as it’s either am or pm but plenty beds in the morning so we booked our beds for the afternoon and came down just after 0930 and got a bed no bother

Facility’s are good. Offered Sunbed Booking which is definitely a Plus! Staff are friendly and go above and beyond.

Check out time is 10am, 11am would be more facilitating. Pool Bar Cleanliness needs attention.

Que la entrada era a las 16:00 y la salida a las 10 de la mañana para 1 día solo muy cara la estancia y pocas horas para aprovechar el día lo bueno que si pude aprovechar estar en la piscina prácticamente todo el día

La ubicación y la villa tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia.

El check out tan temprano a las 10:00am.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, it’s perfect. Staff are amazing, can’t do enough to help you, always clean and tidy, delicious food in the restaurant and perfect location. Already looking forward to coming back here next May 🙂.

De accomodatie was zeer compleet, schoon en in de villa was ruim voldoende servies etc aanwezig. Ruim genoeg voor een gezin van 4. Zeer vriendelijke staff. Deze accomodatie is perfect als je niet 24/7 in de drukte wil zitten. De gezellige boulevard is 5 minuutjes lopen. Ik snap wel waarom vele mensen hier al jaren achtereenvolgend verblijven. Zou deze accomodatie zelf ook zeker weer boeken als we nog eens naar Lanzarote gaan.

Als ik dan 1 puntje mag noemen, dan is het het beleid mbt het bubbelbad. Ik werd eruit gestuurd omdat mijn kinderen (13 & 15) nog geen 16 waren. Maar een mevrouw met haar baby mocht er wél gebruik van maken. Dat konden we niet zo rijmen.

The staff were excellent, so very helpful on every occasion. The one bedroom room was spacious, comfortable and included every possible thing need for a self catering stay. The bar / restaurant was lively, and served good food. All in all a perfect stay!

Small, quiet and homely giving you the opportunity to meet people and make friends. The proximity of the resort is superb, close to the beach and not far from restaurants and activities.

The distance from the harbour could be a problem if you cannot walk very far, but buses are within walking distance.

We had one of the two bedrooms villas and it was very modern, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It was great to have a big fridge and freezer. It was also nice that there were sunbeds provided on our terrace. The complex was always clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. It was nice to get a message before arrival and also during the stay with useful information. The pool area was nice and it was a treat to have an adults only jacuzzi too. The sunbed booking system was actually really good, I was a bit nervous about this but it worked really well and generally there were beds available for book slots. It was well managed by the lifeguard.

The property is in a good location for the shops and restaurants but due to where our accommodation was in the complex we were very close to the road, which did mean it wasn’t as private as other rooms but the road noise was very little.

We love this place and always try to go back. Lovely atmosphere and people, fairly quiet but easy to walk to busy shops and restaurants . It’s a great home from home for us - our ‘Happy Place

PROS Beautifully decorated and equipped apartment, bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi area a good size and clean also booking of sunbeds a great idea. On site restaurant lovely and staff great. Location perfect for either Matagorda or PDC strip. CONS Would not want room 2A again as probably the noisiest room in the complex as bedroom right next to the road and every time a car or bus passed was noisy and the loose grate on the road didn't help. Also beside bins so got woken up by the binmen. 2 of the mornings we stayed a young guy was cleaning, then painting the metal stairs directly behind our room, and this was very noisy, no longer lie that day. I did ask if we could get moved rooms but was told was full, which I found hard to believe as wasn't during school holidays and didn't seem that busy. Saying all that I would definitely stay in Club Del Carmen again if I wasn't in room 2A.
