Property is located near the train line

A bit far from the shopping area. It’s also noisy. The front office staff are not helpful on request for information on the places of interests or eating places. Also, guests need to place deposit for room stay. Although we paid in RMB, they refunded in US$ & converted it to Singapore $.

The location.

Twin beds is too small for 3 adults. The restaurant for breakfast have to wait the available table more than 10 mins.

Great location close to GongMao subway station and Nanping shopping area. Fast access to the Airport by Taxi.

Location is a bit from city centre, but close with subway.

Excellent value for money

Decent design albeit visibly worn. The basics were there. The bed was comfortable.

Towels were frayed. Toilet became clogged (we didn’t abuse it!) I ordered lunch (spaghetti and fruits) and it took 50mins.

Very clean

The room is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. I have made a request prior to check-in and they assisted to ensure that my request is met. Am thankful for the help. Thank you.

The sound proof system was bad. I could hear guests speaking and closing and opening the room door.

Near to metro station. Staff is friendly n helpful. Room was upgraded to a bigger room n clean. Bed is very comfortable except the pillow was a bit too soft so requested for a medium firm pillow. Toiletries all provided.

Nothing much except that the indoor swimming pool was closed during our stay.

Немного далековато от центра, до метро 10 минут, проблем нет. Отличный завтрак, чисто, сервис на высоте.

Hanno una discreta piscina ma è necessaria cuffia, che se non hai puoi acquistare per una cifra obiettivamente elevata per gli standard cinesi (38 yuan).

I always travel for work and I’m in and out hotels all of the time, so when something as ordinary as a check-in stands out it should be mentioned. Shout out to Randi for being very sweet and helpful. Not forcefully nice or with a script. Just simply trying to help. Other than that the hotel is new with good facilities. Breakfast is on the better end of Chinese Hotels standard and the pool has a glass wall from which you can see people swimming, which is cool. Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries were a nice touch. It is also close to tube station with restaurant options nearby.

For some reason Didi drivers don’t come pick you up inside. At least couldn’t make them. Even though the building is tall, rooms have no view.

It's a nice international hotel, it has everything a nice international hotel has. Can't go wrong really.

Pool was slightly small for the number of people using it (still a normal sized pool).

Very clean and very luxurious. The swimming facilities were particularly good. In room service was very tasty and a good price. Breakfast buffet was of a high quality and offered a wide variety of both western and Chinese cuisine.

工貿站走路5分鐘內，旁邊是小區購物中心，大堂有外賣箱也有機器人送外賣，早餐不錯。

香氛味有點太濃

The hotel is amazing, we had the most amazing experience we used all the amenities/services from breakfast to room service to the dry cleaning service, it was always a more than satisfying experience. We want to underline the kindness of the hotel stuff and the attention to detail of everyone from the cleaning services to the valet parking Everyone was prepared,kind and professional I highly recommend this hotel it was a really great experience for us
