Miglior hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato nelle due settimane in giro. La colazione è qualcosa di incredibile, ho contato un centinaio di piatti diversi. Camere bellissime e comodissime. Doccia spettacolare. Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Rapporto qualità prezzo senza rivali. Staff eccezionale.

Miglior hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato nelle due settimane in giro per il Sichuan e Chongqing. Colazione STREPITOSA, un intero ristorante a buffet a disposizione con tutto quello che si può desiderare, sia dolce che salato. Diversi cuochi a disposizione degli ospiti per le richieste. Camere enormi, bellissime e molto pulite. La doccia della camera è stata la migliore della mia vita. La posizione non è centralissima ma questo potrebbe essere un pregio se si volesse stare fuori dalla confusione. Molto comodo in ogni caso. Rapporto qualità prezzo miracoloso.

El hotel está perfecto. La habitación enorme, las vistas espectaculares del río, instalaciones muy cuidadas. La cama comodísima. La insonorizacion de la habitación genial. La piscina interior perfecta para nadar un rato y desconectar. El desayuno con muchísimas opciones tanto orientales como occidentales. El personal siempre atento y haciendo lo posible por entenderte y ayudarte

La ubicación no muy cómoda para moverse en metro.o andando a las zonas turísticas pero se puede usar Didi sin problema porque es muy barato.

The 100% Asian-focus is a bitn intimidating and discomforting for a non-Asian guest. I would also say that the staff was friendly but language barrier sometimes creates a wall between a non-Chinese speaking guest and the staff.

The hotel is very well located for exploring Chongqing. It is not right in the very centre, but the main attractions and city centre are very easy and quick to reach by taxi. The hotel is not brand new, but it is very comfortable and well equipped. The rooms are spacious, with plenty of storage, very comfortable beds and everything you need. The views from the higher floors are also great, overlooking the river and the city. One of the highlights is the large heated indoor swimming pool, which is excellent. There is also a very nice and well-equipped gym with fantastic views over the Chongqing skyline, especially beautiful in the evening. The service was good throughout our stay, and the breakfast was excellent. The buffet is huge, with a very wide selection and good-quality food. I would definitely recommend including breakfast. Overall, a very good hotel: spacious and comfortable rooms, great facilities, beautiful views and a convenient location for exploring Chongqing.

L’emplacement, il est à 15 à 25 minutes de toutes les attractions touristiques que nous faisons tous, le Hotel est vraiment incroyable et complètement conforme aux photos et à la description. Ce qui n’est pas le cas de tous les hôtels, la piscine est vraiment très grande comme une piscine municipale, l’eau froide, il y a un sauna et un hammam ou les hommes et les femmes sont séparés mais qui sont vraiment très bien. La vue est vraiment extraordinaire. Les chambres sont grandes et propre., Et le petit déjeuner est juste extraordinaire

The hotel room was very big and clean and the view was excelent. The location is also very good and close to metro line.

Compared to other hotels that we stayed in China the staff was polite but not very accommodating and that kind of ruined a bit the vibe.

Everything it was magnificent and the staff were truly amazing and beautiful people.

Великолепный отель с отличным видом на реку. В номере все тоже отлично, завтрак прекрасный. Словом, все хорошо, обязательно остановимся там в следующий раз.

Далековато от центра, вокруг почти некуда выйти, нет ресторанов и магазинов. Впрочем, в самом здании отеля и соседнем корпусе есть и ресторан, и мини-маркет. А то центра города можно добраться за 10 минут на такси.

Не понравилось то что в описании было сказано что номер 50м² а по факту было менее 30м², за такую цену не стоит этот отель

Excelentes vistas desde nuestra habitación, el cuarto muy cómodo, con muy buen servicio de agua caliente para la ducha y la tina, caminas 12 minutos aproximadamente para el metro, pero no es problema, en la parte baja hay un Lawson donde puede uno hacer compras.

Good sized room, good facilities, especially the gym, very easy to access via airport subway, especially if you are not bringing a lot of luggage. Far from the center of district you'll want to be in but it's a pleasant walk across the bridge towards it and you can easily hire DiDi if you prefer not to walk. Breakfast is okay but I was impressed with coffee. Staff are nice. Views are nice.

Can't control AC in room as it's central air. This wouldn't be a problem except blankets are heavy so I woke up numerous times feeling too hot and then too cold. Location is a bit remote. Everything in room is a bit run down, i needed a spoon to unplug bathtub plug. Groupies for Pop Star make shopping at the nearby Lawson's kind of annoying.

The hotel was very grand, the room was large, bed was excellent, and view was amazing over the river and watching the lights each night. The bathtub was huge and rain shower was insanely good! Staff were lovely, and willing to help with any issues. The location was away from the craziness, but only a 2 minute taxi ride, or short walk & one subway stop away from the centre on Chongqing. We loved our stay here and couldn't believe the price.

The only downside was staff not enforcing the no-smoking rule in the bar area. There were individual no-smoking signs on each table and massive signs upon entry. We were eating afternoon tea with a champagne and it was terrible having several tables just light up and start smoking. I approached staff and they promptly asked them to stop. However, other guests started and staff did nothing unless I approached them first, which put me in an awful situation. This was disappointing for such a nice hotel. We didn't attend the bar after that first day, which was a shame as we intended to go there each afternoon after sightseeing.

Location at the Nanbin Road is amazing..not that noisy and near the promenade to stroll... Employee very kind and helpful - even not all of them are fluent in English...but that's ok as long as they are kind !! View from my room ( 39 th floor ) and from the Japanese restaurant ( 37 th floor ) are BREATHTAKING ... Food and service at the Japanese restaurant is super!! Breakfast super!!

The staff is really bad in English, I had difficulties to get room service - I can’t do it online because my sim card didn’t authorize, and I can’t do it by phone because the staff didn’t speak English. The European breakfasts were small enough, you expect from radisson more. And the room is good but it needs to be updated

Room was a little warm and we couldn’t turn the AC down enough to be comfortable so we switched it off and opened the window - which suited us perfectly

The location, staff not being able to communicate in English nothing or real interest nearby clear instructions not giving when checking in about where things are located in the hotel. Also the hotel not stating about the over £100 deposit that would be taken from me upon checking however instead stating a lower amount on booking.com site

Cannot adjust the AC temperature as it is centrally heated. Our room felt rather warm and staff gave us a portable fan to assist with ventilation. Location is not in the tourist district, but it was easy and cheap to use Didi everywhere.

Mentre vam estar a l’hotel, l’eixida 2 del metro que està prop està tancada per unes pluges que hi va haver (agost). Per tant, agafàvem taxi sempre perquè la resta d’estacions estaven prou lluny a peu i feia moltíssima calor. L’aire condicionat fa un soroll prou fort encara que el poses en mode LOW. La paret de l’habitació tenia taques que no queden gens bé per a ser un hotel de cinc estrelles. Els passadissos per accedir a les habitacions feien olor de tabac. La banyera és molt xula i està genial que tinga dutxa també. La pressió de la dutxa està molt bé. Per on està l’hotel, no vam trobar llocs d’interés. Caminant, just al costat de l’hotel i també un poc més lluny pots trobar dos tendes on venen menjar que estan obertes de nit. Al web de Booking no s’indica que s’haja de pagar cap fiança (després te la tornen, però estaria bé saber-ho abans d’anar-hi). Parlen un poc d’anglés i si no amb el traductor t’acabes entenent amb ells. L’aigua de la piscina estava freda per a nosaltres (al que estem acostumats) i a més l’aire condicionat pensem que estava engegat

Hotel confortable, petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel rend le recours au taxi ou aux vtc quasiment obligatoire. Le metro, bien que peu éloigné, est très difficile d'accès (30 à 40 mn à pied), l'hôtel est en effet situé dans un environnement routier et autoroutier où se déplacer à pied est un réel sujet.
