Sehr schönes Apartment mit moderner und neuer Ausstattung. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren auf unserer Reise ein großer Pluspunkt, da wir unsere Wäsche bequem auffrischen konnten. Die Lage ist super und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Food need to be improved include more halal options. No cheese platter available, not enough variety of fruits. Cornflakes tastes old.

Very spacious. Luxurious ambiance. Excellent location. Delicious breakfast and dinner options on the 11th floor, offering outside dinning. Can highly recommend this hotel.

Nice building in a very nice area. Got upgraded to higher floor room with access to lounge, very nice. Rooms very very clean and the cleaning leady very sweet and educated.

Staff is polite but not at a 5 stars hotel level. They don’t speak english at all and makes it hard especially when it comes to check out and payments, they couldn’t understand the card I wanted to use to pay and therefore I was forced to use the one where the deposit was. They don’t do the usual JW Marriott extra mile, bellboy at the entrance was waiting for ua to pick up or put our bags from/in the taxi to then just giving suggestions on how to better fit them in the car.

Clean and beautiful rooms. Staff is very helpful, 10/10 satisfied.

Good location , clean and comfortable . Room was nice with a comfortable living area , dressing room, and desk. Washing machine and dryer were great.

Kitchen was basic. Microwave stopped working and had to be replaced. The gym was tiny, it would only fit 2 people at any one time before it would become too crowded. The pool was also difficult to use. Operating hours from 12 pm, and all swimmers were required to wear a swimming cap, including males. As a result, it was dark, looked deserted and minimally used. The breakfast was adequate but certainly not the best compared with many other hotels that we have tried. Coffee and tea had to be ordered instead of being able to access it easily, fruits were cut into very small pieces. Limited variety compared with similar hotels.

Hemos estado alojados 3 noches y la verdad que hemos estado muy cómodos en un apartamento de dos habitaciones y dos baños. Muy cómodas las camas, muy espacioso y lujoso, el personal muy amable en todo momento, el desayuno occidental muy bueno. La ubicación excelente.

Great location. Just a 5-minute walk to Jiefangbei, and from there you can easily walk to many other attractions. The room was clean and the furnishings felt modern, not outdated. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing laundry powder for the washing machine. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. The staff serving breakfast and housekeeping were very polite and helpful.

During check-in at 2am, the staff on duty was not very experienced and was unable to answer my questions about the bill. I was too tired to pursue it further at that time. On my last day, I had a midnight flight and arranged a late check-out until 6pm with an additional charge. After dinner nearby, we returned to the hotel at 9:30pm to collect our luggages. We asked to use the swimming pool restroom to shower, but were told it was closed at 9pm. We also requested toothbrushes and toothpaste, but the front desk said they had run out and I had to specifically ask them to check with housekeeping. Overall, I was disappointed with the level of service from the front desk.

The hotel overall responses to customer services was extremely poor. Due to this I cancelled my next booking in JW Marriot Shanghai from 6-10 July. Very bad and non cooperative staff.

The location was grand, transport was very feasible, the vibe was just spectacular The staff also went the extra mile to assist with all our requests (honeymoon arrangements) They gave us the best corner unit and the view and room was AMAZING, just as the receptionist had promised. The place was just oozing with luxury.

Location was right in the middle of tourist action. The room was top class with great views and fantastic bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was good for a westerner. Staff were exceptionally helpful.

The concierge at the front door is very friendly and helpful. I have been travelled for a month in China and this hotel has the best breakfast service. Once you walked in, you will be served with either tea or handcrafted coffee, the food area is very centred with good varieties, feel so relaxing. It was also convenient to have the washing machine and dryer in your own room. Highly recommended this hotel.

Si bien eldesayuno es excelente, concentra demasiados turistas a la vez, con lo cual es difícil conseguir lugar para sentarse y los lugares de comida estan siemrpe sobrepoblados de gente buscando que desayunar.

Great location, breakfast was quite good, we have used gym - there is cold water and towels provided, personal was quite helpful despite of language barrier, room bright and clean, with comfortable bed.

Washing machine was leaking, bathtub plug not working, could hear noises from room attached, reception barely speaking English, swimming pool works from 12 noon to 9 pm only, so we had no chance to use it.

因為喜歡有洗衣機,所以旅遊都會想要住公寓型的住宿!非常滿意萬豪旗下這個公寓型飯店,房間乾淨設備很齊全新穎～住宿地點非常方便,走路可以帶解放碑鬧區,附近逛得吃的都非常多～附近也有lawson,離地鐵站大概也是5分鐘以內左右的路程~除了櫃檯人員親切之外,清潔人員也很親切跟熱情!門口也一直有類似doorman的人看守,還會幫忙按電鈴非常貼心

不算缺點但唯一小小不方便的是,可能為了住宿品質或是安全管理的考量,外賣員無法進到大樓,所以櫃台也沒有機器人送餐到房間，必須要自己下去拿外賣外送!但不錯的是有個桌子專門給放外賣外送

I liked it location I like the layout of the room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and generally it was a great.

I can’t say too much negatively about it. I mean it’s a little old. There’s a few things that need to be tied up in the bathroom perhaps but overall it’s a great Hotel.

Convenient location Professional and friendly staff including breakfast staff who allowed me to take away food for my son who was sick and couldn't come down to breakfast in time. Check-in process was smooth and out of all the hotels across China we stayed in including Beijing and Shanghai, staff's English here were most proficient which makes things more efficient. There was a group of us and we had the smaller apartment but it was still spacious enough. Very handy to have washing machine with detergent and separate dryer in each room.

Entry to room was a bit narrow and awkward but not a deal breaker as they have a shoe cupboard upon entry. Breakfast finished a bit early so it was busy and don't count on sleeping in!

La localisation et la vue depuis notre appartement, L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine et d'une salle de sport. Il est en plein cœur de Jiefangbei et permets d'aller à hongyadong en 15 à 20 minutes à pieds. Le personnel est très professionnel prêt à aider, la personne situé à l'entrée de l'hôtel appelle immédiatement l'ascenseur dès qu'il nous repère pour éviter que nous attendions.

The apartment was absolutely great, super spacious with all the necessary amenities and more. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, a little repetitive on the western part, but the Chinese part mostly varied everyday. It's very centrally located, around shopping malls, food places and a walking distance to all the main attractions (remember you'll have a lot of walking up and down in Chongqing so wear comfortable shoes or use Didi). The staff was always very helpful and friendly, they speak a good English so no translation app needed here. They allowed me to an early check in, for which I can't thank them enough as I was over 24h of not sleeping. I've arranged a transfer from the airport with them, rather on the expensive side, a Didi would have probably been cheaper but being for the first in China and very tired, it was very convenient to have the driver waiting for me at the exit and lead me to the parking space. The airport is huge, we did a lot of walking and it can be quite difficult at the beginning to find your bearings. Would definitely come back to this hotel!

La posizione è fantastica vicino a tutto con una breve camminata. l’appartamento molto grande e con lavatrice e asciugatrice a uso esclusivo. Il bagno tutto vetrato con tanta luce. Colazione molto buona e varia e con prodotti di qualità.

Hai una cucina con piatti e bicchieri ma il detersivo per lavarli lo hanno fornito solo il secondo giorno e poi non c’era nemmeno uno strofinaccio o qualcosa per asciugare o riporre i piatti ad asciugare… un pochino un controsenso visto che se volevi qualcuno che ti lavasse i piatti era a pagamento… non era inoltre segnalato che l’acqua nelle bottiglie più grandi era a pagamento…

We stayed on two occasions, going to Zhangjiajie in between, and enjoyed it both times. It is a new, modern hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, very clean, very comfortable and had plenty of storage. The clothes washing and drying facilities (in the room) were a real plus. The breakfast was also very good offering both western and Asian cuisine. There are restaurants and convenience stores, a supermarket, and a metro station within walking distance.

There was nothing we did not like and would certainly stay there again. The only comment I would make is that although there are basic cooking facilties, it is a stretch to call it an apartment. (Note that I refer to it as a hotel above.) More specifically, and the reason some of my scores are good rather than excellent, is that there is no table and chairs. So, there is a microwave and hotplate, but nowhere to eat the food you cook.

As always great luxurious hotel, love it. Location is also unbeatable it’s in the heart of Chongqing and 5 minutes walk to Jiefangbei. Breakfast was also excellent

The hotel has a convenient location right in city center. The apartment is large with a big bathroom and comfortable bed, and the breakfast is delicious with both western and chinses menu options to choose from.

As Marriot chain hotel, quality is same as another Marriot properties but what have to be clearly mention is that we suffer from lack of communication in English when wants to check in reception. Meanwhile first amount of rooms charges deducted in RMB! After I objet to withdraw from account in RMB Instead of USD, reception claimed the amount will back and they again cut amount in USD! Now almost 3 days passed and still money didn’t retuned to balance! Quite freaky and unreliable reception desk!

Lack of communication in English and sexism being unreliable for calculation of bill! As soon as I request for explanation, they corrected the bill and amount decreased!

Actually the best beds and bedding here - we’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. Perfectly sized rooms for small families - separate bedroom to living room. Washing machine is a massive plus in China. Friendly staff - particularly the guys at the front door

The location was amazing, right in the heart of the main city area, making walking (while tiring due to the elevational nature of the city) everywhere that's worth seeing so easily accessible. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, and served their purpose effectively! Would stay again just for the location itself.

The room a/c seemed to be controlled by the building and not the individual in the room, so I did tend to feel a little too warm, but luckily we were able to open the windows to let the fresh air come inside. But in reality, this is a me problem more than anything else.

The apartment was very spacious at a good location and we were always greeted politely by staffs at the entrance. The breakfast buffet only had a small selection but was very good quality and staffs offered very good service. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment.

I developed a rash towards the end of my seven nights stay. There might be some mite issue with bedding. Otherwise everything else is excellent.
