There was a lot of noise on the hotel because of a group of teenagers staying there as a group. It occurred on two nights and we were not exactly sure which room the noise was coming from so we alerted the front desk on the second night as we had to be up early in the morning. My husband and I had to phone 4 times as the man on duty was dismissive and short. In the end we asked him to come to the room to hear the noise -this was at about 1:30 in the morning at this point. Finally, after we asked him to listen to the noise the loud talking and laughing stopped. We first phone around 10:30. This made our stay uncomfortable hence the low rating for comfort. The way the manager ignored the problem would be a good reason to never trust their regard for guests.

Habitaciones muy pequeñas y poco luminosas. La luz del baño muy oscura y el baño era con caída de techo (un poco claustrofóbico). Se escucha un poco el ruido de la calle. Muchos mosquitos.

El lavabo de l’habitació estava una mica “brut” i la dutxa hi havia pels (no eren nostres). El lavabo no té res a veure amb les fotografies que hi ha a la web.

I waited 15 minutes to check-in, nobody at reception. We were put on the 2nd floor which had an elevator but you had to walk a flight of stair down to get to and from your room to the elevator so what's the point of an elevator? The room and bathroom were tiny with no coffee/tea or bathroom extras. The parking is next to the hotel but is a long walk to take luggage and there are no carts. All of this adds up when you are senior citizens with back and knee problems. Nobody offered to help us with our bags. The breakfast was ok. This Hotel is way too expensive and very very tired to be charging the price we paid. We will never return to this place.

The hotel is within walking distance of Santa Maria Novella Train Station and was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was particularly outstanding, offering a great variety of high-quality options. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. Floransa’da iki gece konakladığımız Hotel Golf’tan son derece memnun ayrıldık. Otel, Santa Maria Novella Tren İstasyonu’na kısa bir yürüyüş mesafesinde bulunuyor ve oldukça temizdi. Personel son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Özellikle kahvaltısı beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi; çeşitlilik ve kalite açısından çok başarılıydı. Floransa’yı ziyaret edecekler için gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the beauty of Florence. Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The beds are comfortable and the Aircon works so you can get a good night sleep. The room is of a reasonable size. The breakfast was reasonable and there was a selection of cold meats and salads as well as yoghurts and pastries. You could get yourself coffees from the machine. The parking facilities on site were good.
The hotel itself is extremely tired, it feels like the hotel is waiting to be taken over and renovated. Everywhere is old and tired even the wallpaper looks worn out, Bathroom fittings are old and creaky the shower cubicle door did not shut properly so water got all over the floor of the bathroom and the extractor was not working. The bathroom was also very dark and dingy as the lighting was very low. The hotel is located on a major road and so it is dusty and noisy and it is quite a long way from the centre of town and all of the historical attractions so if you're going to walk be prepared for a long walk.

Difficile trovare difetti essendoci un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Probabilmente si può migliorare il servizio di caffetteria.

A 2 min a piedi c'é la stazione per prendere il tram che ti lascia alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Questa volta ho apprezzato la pulizia e la gentilezza dello staff, soprattutto degli addetti alla colazione, molto gentili e disponibili anche per quanto riguarda le scaldate di latte per il biberon di mio figlio. Grazie mille; ci ritorneremo una terza volta sicuramente❤️
Io amo le uova strappazzate con il bacon e ho visto che voi non le fate rispetto ad altri hotel. Ma va bene lo stesso.

El mobiliario está muy pasado, deberían actualizarlo. La ducha no tenía agarradero, y la cebolleta no se podía mover. Había mosquitos en la habitación

Sostituirei i serramenti così da migliorare l'insonorizzazione della stanza

Reviewed May 23, 2026Funcionario Napoleão impecável no atendimento, muito prestativo e gentil a todo momento. Sr Marco na recepção e as camareiras muito atenciosos. Estacionamento excelente. Já a funcionária Sara foi de extrema indelicadeza ao proibir o lanche que preparei para viagem pois meu esposo é diabético tipo 1 e toma insulina.Não tinha conhecimento da regra, compreendo mas a forma grosseira me causou constrangimento desnecessário. Parecia um soldado fiscalizando. Existem formas mais delicadas para se dirigir aos clientes. Na minha empresa não trabalhava.
Ar condicionado ruim, muitos pernilongos, secador péssimo, iluminação fraca e sombria.

No haber mosquiteras en ventanas, poca iluminación en habitación o más bien falta de luz potente.
