部屋は広めで過ごしやすかった、ベットがふかふかでよく眠れました！　エレベーターがあるのでキャリーケースの移動に困りませんでした！ 朝ごはんはビュッフェ形式で種類が豊富で良かったです、ホットサンド作れるのがよかったです👍

水圧自体は十分でしたが、シャワーヘッドの形状によるものなのか、一度に出る水の量が少なく感じ、少し洗いづらかったです。 また、部屋や廊下の照明が全体的にやや暗く感じました。

Insgesamt gutes Frühstück, jedoch wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es mehr Obst und frische Brötchen gegeben hätte.

Durch die direkte Lage am Bahnhof war abends der Weg zurück ins Hotel teils nicht wirklich sicher.

Gute Lage um Florenz zu erkunden. Zimmer mit Balkon war völlig ausreichend. Perfekt.

Das Frühstück war nicht in Ordnung. Der Lärm vom Bahnhof war schon sehr laut.

El ruido del tranvía. Entre las 0:00 y las 5:00 era lo que podías dormir, el resto imposible entre ruido y vibración. Cada 10 mts pasando tranvías sin parar. Una pena el restp del hotel muy bien. Quizá el desayuno siempre repetido en 5 dias lo mismo. No repetiría únicamente por eso, pero es fundamental descansar.

Location great. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast. Very clean and comfortable. Great air conditioning in the room. Very enjoyable stay.

That it was close to the station (we took quite a few trains) but at the same time I felt uneasy passing the crowd of loitering people every afternoon and evening in the corner towards the City. If you are looking to stay close to the station look for hotel towards the main square. Fresh linen and towels (laundered outside so was properly pressed etc). Staff member on duty when we arrived was nice as well as young asian boy.

Hotel is very dated, upon check-in we were told we were upgraded to top floor, I wonder what the not 'upgraded' rooms look like then.. Toilet takes 5 attempts to flush. Water in the bath is of poor pressure, especially cold for some reason, shower head fixed.. not ideal when you don't want to wet hair even though they supply shower caps. Air con did not work upon arrival, staff corrected it. At night it feelt like a jet was taking off, we heard not only our air con (which we had to turn off) but neighbours as well as it rattled outside our room (maybe pipes or condenser somewhere nearby). And then combined the outside noise of tram and loitering people meant a very poor night's sleep. Ask for the room at the back if you must stay there.. Pillows were so thick and hard, very uncomfortable. Asked if they have smaller, was advised that they don't. Remote control was not working, back stuck on with a cello tape.. asked receptionist to change batteries (took it down with us on the way out) was told to take it back up and he will send someone to check.. 3 more days passed and no one did anything. Breakfast not that great.. edible but not something I would want to repeat. My daughter got bitten quite a bit, I did not hear any mosquitos in the room though. But she had a few extra marks after each night.. would not return to this hotel and would not advise any of my friends to choose it

Местоположение отеля отличное, в двух шагах от центрального вокзала и в пешей доступности от главных достопримечательностей! Номера отеля были очень чистыми, новыми, даже лучше чем на фото в букинге. Завтрак довольно разнообразный. Однозначно рекомендую!!!

Honestly, I was expecting a better breakfast, as I didn’t find it to be particularly varied. Although the room was quite spacious, the hotel is rather old, and I missed having some of the amenities you would normally expect in a room, such as complimentary water and a coffee machine, for example. That said, the location was excellent, right opposite the train station.

Отель находится очень близко к центральному вокзалу, что является большим преимуществом для туристов, передвигающихся из одного города в другой. Мы пробыли там всего одну ночь, но впечатления самые наилучшие!!! Номера очень чистые и выглядят гораздо лучше и современнее, чем на фото, балкончики-шикарный бонус к номеру, завтрак довольно таки хороший, а персонал очень приветливый! Однозначно рекомендую!!!

El ruido, en la habitación que nos alojamos el ruido de las cañerías era constante, se escuchaba cada vez que el resto del edificio iba al baño o se duchaba, al igual el ruido del tranvía se escuchaba mucho.

Excellent service and attentive staff. Gave us a free room upgrade which was very kind and a bottle of champagne as it was an anniversary.

Wir waren zu viert (Kinder 10 und 5) da, hatten ein dreibettzimmer gebucht und hatten vor Ort Upgrade auf 4bett Zimmer erhalten, die Matratze und das Kissen war wahrscheinlich die besten die wir im Urlaub hatten, die Lage war super, direkt am Hauptbahnhof, unser Zimmer war trotzdem ruhig da zum Innenhof

Frühstück war ok für 1 Tag, nichts besonders, Plastikbecher bei Saft/Wasser weniger schön, alles etwas veraltet aber trotz allem waren wir zufrieden

Our room overlooked the street next to the tram that ran from 6:00am to 11:00pm. The shower handle was broken. Not so good breakfast juice and coffee machine. Tiny bed and TV screen.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado tanto con la estación de tren como por su cercanía al centro.

La última noche hubo un temporal en Florencia y toda la lluvia nos entró por una de las ventanas, una cantidad de agua bastante considerable que tuvimos que poner cubos y toallas. Cuando se le dijo esto a recepción su solución fue poner toallas nuevas y bajar la persiana, ya que nos dijeron que no había habitaciones grandes puesto que éramos una familia de cuatro con un bebé pequeño. No nos dieron ningún beneficio económico para compensar las molestias y la preocupación de pasar así la noche con el bebé. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bien.

Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Les jus de fruits ne sont pas bons du tout, que de l’eau et du sucre.

Nos dejaron hacer el check-in antes de la hora y pedimos que la habitación no estuviera pegada a las vías del tranvía y también lo aceptaron. Además nos dieron una habitación superior sin cargo adicional. Las camas muy cómodas

El baño había pequeños detalles que mejorar como la cadena de la cisterna y la repisa del lavabo

La struttura è facile da raggiungere, essendo vicino alla stazione, stanze pulite e staff sempre gentile e a disposizione

Breakfast was good, location is okay and room was appropriate for people with disability. Filipino Staff were excellent, one arranged us for Tuscan tour and it was great.

Sending us to a very bad restaurant in the neighbourhood. We ended up paying 45Euro just for a bowl of soup that was very salty and a glass of beer.

Tudo no hotel foi maravilhoso! O café da manhã é excelente, a localização é ótima e a equipe é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. O hotel também oferece água gratuitamente aos hóspedes, um cuidado simples, mas que faz toda a diferença. O quarto estava muito confortável e tudo muito bem cuidado. Foi uma experiência excelente e eu recomendo muito este hotel. Certamente voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

The staff were excellent helping me with my mobility scooter every day. Great location of hotel near train station and local landmarks. The hotel also offered a decent breakfast with both hot and cold choices. The room had a great air con system, the balcony was a great bonus, bedroom cleaned daily and there was free tea and water available in the bar area all day. Plus the hotel has 24hr reception cover and it’s right next door to a convenience store.

No shelves for cosmetics or wash kit in the bathroom and no coat hooks on the bathroom door to hand towels or clothes.

Está al lado de la estación, y a 15 minutos andando del centro histórico.

El desayuno podría haber estado mejor, faltaba fruta fresca y el zumo tenía mucha azúcar.

La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda para nuestra familia. Tenía una cama para nuestro hijo y otra para mi esposo y para mí, por lo que tuvimos bastante espacio. Cuando tuvimos un inconveniente con el aire acondicionado, el personal nos ayudó rápidamente y nos cambió de habitación. La nueva habitación fue excelente, muy cómoda y con una hermosa vista panorámica de Florencia. Destaco mucho la atención y la disposición del personal para solucionar el inconveniente.

La primera habitación que nos asignaron tenía un problema con el aire acondicionado. Sin embargo, lo comunicamos y el personal actuó rápidamente, nos cambió de habitación y finalmente quedamos muy satisfechos con la solución y con la nueva habitación.

Estábamos en habitación que da a la calle y los niños sin problema, pero a los adultos nos costaba el sonido durante el tiempo de servicio del tranvía.

Dostaliśmy pokój narożny - miał to być prezent bo apartament zamiast 3 osobowego pokoju. Niestety, pokój okazał się być na pierwszym piętrze, w bliskiej odległości od torów tramwajowych. W nocy sen bardzo utrudniony - masz wrażenie że tramwaj wjeżdża Ci do pokoju 😔A prosiliśmy o pokój jak najcichszy, podróżowaliśmy z dzieckiem.

Todo, sobre todo la amabilidad del recepcionista y los camareros del buffet. Habitación para 3 amplia, limpia y con todo lo necesario, camas cómodas. El desayuno tiene de todo un poco, asi que genial.

La ubicación está bien y muy simpática la chica que nos recibió.

La habitación es un poco incómoda, el aire sonaba mucho y un día no nos funcionó porque no tuvimos luz. El piso es de alfombras lo cual hace ver que está sucio. El desayuno estaba malo la verdad, no había variedad y los huevos muy secos.

We liked the location as it was close to site-seeing. Breakfast was convenient time and a nice variety of foods.

It would be nice if there was a ramp to enter the hotel. It is only steps and with heavy luggage it is a bit difficult.
