Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Un hotel semplice e pratico, con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. La posizione è molto comoda soprattutto per chi deve prendere treni o autobus, essendo vicino alla stazione. La mia camera era essenziale e affacciava su un cortile interno, quindi l’atmosfera era piuttosto sobria, ma per una notte di passaggio aveva tutto ciò di cui avevo bisogno. Nel complesso, una soluzione semplice e conveniente per un breve soggiorno a Firenze.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026La ubicación. Al lado de la estación de tren y a 10 min de la catedral. Además tiene debajo la parada de tranvía que te lleva y trae del aeropuerto. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien. Imprescindible en verano con el calor de la ciudad. No hay restaurante pero tienen una máquina de vending a buenos precios que te salvan si necesitas agua o algún capricho de snack. El desayuno bufet es básico pero es completo .
Es lo que esperaba. Calidad precio muy bien. Quizás cambiaría las almohadas ya que son un poco finas y use una manta a modo de almohada para darle mas consistemciq

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Staff gentilissimo e super disponibile! Pulizia impeccabile, anche se siamo rimasti 2 notti ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani (cosa non scontata oggigiorno). Camere ben insonorizzate (c’era il temporale eppure non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore). Colazione molto buona, presenza di un piccolo frigo e climatizzatore ben funzionante! Dista a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a circa un minuto di camminata si trovano sia la fermata del tram che di vari autobus. Letto comodissimo!
Sicuramente ambiente un po’ datato, non è ben indicato sulla strada, presenta un ascensore molto piccolo

O banheiro parecia dimensionado para ser acessível, porém a localização da pia não fazia sentido para esse propósito. O chuveiro ficava de frente para pia, sem nenhuma proteção ou cortina. Havia apenas um vidro na lateral. Isso fazia com que a área em frente à pia ficasse toda molhada.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The most disappointing part of our stay was the elevator incident. On our first day, my wife and I got trapped inside the elevator. After pressing the emergency alarm several times, the elevator restarted after a few minutes and moved down to the basement, where there was a very strong sewage smell and a lot of garbage. The staircase door was locked, so we were unable to leave. It was a very stressful and frightening experience. When we reported this to the reception, instead of showing concern, the response was not helpful. We were told that it was only two floors and that we could have used the stairs, although we were trapped inside the elevator and had no access to the stairs. We were also incorrectly told that we had exceeded the elevator capacity, while we were well below the stated limit. The mattress was very worn out and uncomfortable. The blankets had visible dirty marks, and even after replacement they still had an unpleasant smell. The breakfast was poor, with stale bread, old fruit, and items not properly replenished.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026El personal, muy amable tanto el recepcionista como las personas que trabajaban en el hotel. La ubicación está cerca del centro en 10 min. La habitación bastante bien.
Faltó una tostadora y algo más para el desayuno pero por el precio del mismo, bastante aceptable. Yendo para el centro hay un poco de nivel social bajo, y mucha gente por los suelos, pero hablamos de fuera del establecimiento no de dentro.

Sobe su bile ugodno rashlađene, što nam je bilo izuzetno važno zbog visokih vanjskih temperatura. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i susretljivo, a lokacija hotela odlična. Budući da smo bili na proputovanju, savršeno nam je odgovarala jer smo mogli jednostavno posjetiti Firencu. Iako je hotel nešto stariji, uredan je, čist i dobro održavan. Rado bismo ponovno odsjeli ovdje.
Sve je bilo u redu!

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026朝食のクロワッサンがとっても美味しかったです． スリッパはなかったので使い捨てスリッパを持っていくといいと思います オリーブのシャンプーとボディ用の？小さい石鹸がありましたのでそちらを使いました リンスはなかったようなので，自前のものを使用しましたが硬水のためか少々洗い流しにくかったです ホテルの受付が3階くらいにあるので，アクセスとしてはかなり分かりづらいと思います Googleマップのストリートビューで確認すると，鉄格子のある薄暗い場所の正面に位置されると思います また，見上げると「HOTEL」と黄色く光っているところが見えると思います 入る際は，鉄格子に装着されているインターホンのようなものを鳴らして，ロックを解除してもらって扉を開けて，階段を上っていくと受付が出てきます

Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi, sebze olarak sadece 1er tabak domates salatalık vardı, bittiğinde yenilenmedi. personellerden bazıları çok kabaydı. Sadece kahvaltı zamanında içme suyu vardı. Tüm italyada gün boyu çeşmelerden sürekli su akarken, otelde kahvaltı zamanında bile su şişesine su doldurmaya izin vermediler. Oğlum su şişesine su doldurmaya çalışırken engellediler. Otelin kuralı bu şekilde dediler. 2 gün sonra otel personellerinden bir tanesini şişesine su doldururken gördük. Ayrımcılık yaptıklarını düşünüyorum.

Purtroppo la struttura è datata e necessiterebbe di un tocco di ammodernamento sia per quanto riguarda la stanza , sia la sala colazione, Il palazzo che ospita la struttura è molto, molto trasandato. Certo, non è colpa della struttura, però rende il tutto un pò squallido.

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Breakfast really good Location great as its close to Bus and Train station. Room was large. Bathroom shower is so small and rickety! The concierge "Rossario" was super helpfull and went out of his way to assist us.
Shower needs to be removed and a new one put in.

Reviewed Jun 20, 20261) Lo staff: tutti gentilissimi, accoglienti ed efficienti; cito Emmanuel e Ada perchè ne ho scoperto i nomi, ma i complimenti vanno a tutto lo staff. 2) la colazione continentale è ottima è abbondante e per la parte salata varia giornalmente. Per non dimenticare nulla cerco di ricordare il tavolo. A destra: frutta fresca (pesche, susine, albicocche, banane), un vassoio con il salame (ungherese/milano), un vassoio con il prosciutto (cotto, spalla cotta, pollo?), uova sode, pomodori, cetrioli, condimenti x insalate, un paio di torte stile casalingo (cioccolato, mele, ecc). Nel centro i distributori di bevande fredde (succo arancia, ace, acqua) e calde (caffè, cappuccio ecc.). A sinistra brioches/cornetti ripieni (cioccolato/marmellata), vuoti, vegani, ai cereali, i dispenser di marmellate (frutto di bosco, arancia, albicocca), i cestini con i biscotti e le fette biscottate, le nutelline, poi i bollitori con te e tisane, gli yogurth tradizionale e greco, i cornflakes e similari, e.. spero di non aver dimenticato nulla. 3) la posizione solo perchè vicino alla stazione e permette di raggiungere il centro a piedi.
La posizione, lo stabile, la camera . 1) la posizione, la comodità di essere a due passi dalla stazione si abbina ad un certo squallore di vie e frequentatori delle stesse. Non ho mai percepito insicurezza, e non siamo mai stati importunati da nessuno, tuttavia e soprattutto rientrando alla sera, la presenza di "senza tetto", di ubriachi, e di raggruppamenti di persone trasandate, non permetteva un rientro in hotel completamente piacevole. L'atmosfera rimandava un certo squallore urbano ed umano. 2) Lo stabile, perchè è trasandato e sporco. Il portone di ingresso allo stabile (l'hotel è al secondo piano) e alcuni vetri delle paratie delle scale presentano crepe tenute insieme con nastro adesivo. Nell'ingresso dello stabile ci sono piante impolverate e tutto rimanda a squallore e mancanza di pulizia. 3) la camera, perchè probabilmente quella assegnatomi non è rientrata nella recente ristrutturazione declamata su booking: mobili e arredo bagni vecchi e smangiucchiati. Nel bagno aprendo i rubinetti fuoriuscivano per un breve periodo odori sgradevoli (probabilmente dipendenti da impianti datati, però la puzza comunque si sentiva).
