Super 8 by Wyndham Edmonton International Airport

Clean.. very kind staff

Do not like the super 8 coffee pots!

A good economical choice. Tim Horton’s in the parking lot. Clean. Staff were friendly. Free airport shuttle

Posizione vicina all’aeroporto. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Un po’ sporchi i corridoi di accesso alle camere.

Everything was clean and comfortable, great value!

The elevator was quite slow but only 4 floors so quick to take the stairs.

Grat .. clean

Air conditioner was super turbo loud..

Easy check-in, helpful staff, complimentary shuttle to airport

Adjoining door to the next room let in tv noise

Close to the airport

NA

The staff were amazing. The facilities were clean and the response time was fast.

Breakfasts weren’t amazing.

Pet accommodation

Great price and location, just for the night

Coffee in room and breakfast not use to that brand ( lazzaro )way to strong

Easy to find

Great having a choice for breakfast

Chambre propre et hôtel bien situé (à proximité de l'aéroport). Service de transport

Salle de petit déjeuner petite

Close to airport and shuttle service to airport

The same garbage was on the elevator floor for both days we were there. The free breakfast was minimal was expecting more at the price .

Very clean n comfy

Friendly staff, good location

Small breakfast

Shuttle was fantastic! Super thankful for that

Location and free airport shuttle as it was a layover stay

I found it expensive for just a regular standard room.

Ubicación

What occurred on Friday was unacceptable. I booked the hotel to stay the night as I had to drive 500km to Edmonton to pick up my family after traveling for 3 days and they were exhausted. I arrived at the Hotel at 3 o'clock ready to check in and I was at the reception for an hour and a half waiting trying to resolve the situation as she could not find my name in the system. All while my family waited in the airport ready to be picked up. I can no longer trust this chain and will no longer book it as it ruined my already tiering day. I will be posting this all over social media so the people truly understand how terrible this company. How am I expected to pay the cancelation fee after I was not responsible for the cancelation and treated the way I was? Unacceptable.

Great location for the airport and outlets. Quick and easy to get to after a long flight.

Proximity

The shuttle service is not really available I had to take an uber because I waited for more than 45min

Quiet. Comfortable

To far away from city

Place was clean, front desk staff were very accommodating. Coffee was great.

Parking was tight..

The price..comfy bed

Very dated ..carpet needs to go.. better gym , get a dumbell rack

Couldn't get the floor I requested. Shuttle was not ordered for the 4:55am proper time so needed to rely on my friend for a drive.

Good location. Room was clean.

Bathroom sink was clogged

sauber und ordentlich, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen Gutes kontinentales Frühstück Zimmer ruhig und groß, Betten sehr bequem Mall und Airport in wenigen Kilometern erreichbar

Room fasility

There is no veriation of foods. Other than that everything is fine..

Great location , very helpful staff

I had lots to choose from, nice layout for breakfast

The space for breakfast can be bigger, to make preparations more convenient 1 or two more counters will make it space ideal.

Breakfast, parking

The night shift lady was very raw talking, best to fix her attitude.

Good, enjoyed the boxed cereal with ability to add milk and the novel pancake maker!

Safety bar in the shower to provide safety for seniors!

We love staying on this hotel for the price, the shuttle and the free breakfast.

Not much really. Maybe just a little updating.

Very close to the airport.

The breakfast was very basic.

Great location

Bed bugs! And they tried covering up and kicked me out of the hotel with my Dog and I who's extremely irritated from them as well who I take for that and they kept the whole payment and I was 3 days into my stay out of a whole week so I was missing another for 3 to 4 more days

0 their management and customer service is not there. The manager and the owner is a complete a****** he lied to my face and covered up his bed. Bugs situation breaks my face

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was pretty decent.

The cleaning staff tried to come into my room while I was sleeping and in the shower. Thankfully I had the door latched so they couldn't otherwise they would've walked in on me on the toilet more than once. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL!!

Clean , comfortable welcoming staff

The tub didn't drain very well

Very convenient

Nothing

The location, the price, the cleanliness, the friendly staff.

Clean, quiet and great value

Breakfast was amazing. A lot of different choices for all appetites. Beds were very comfortable. Location was ideal. Shuttle service was fast.

Clean, convenient,friendly.

No restaurant

Close to airport. Free shuttle. Cheap long term parking. Nice rooms. Nice linens, very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows.

The drive thru to Tom Horton is on the drive way to the hotel

Nothing of note

Hotel needs refurbishing and is rather tired for its age. Asking for a room damage fee is not on and is not explained in the booking process

How clean the lobby and rooms was. Bed was very comfortable, we overslept lol. Gas station right across the street and Tim Hortons in the same parking area.

There isn’t anything I would complain about.

Very friendly employee that served me.

Nothing

Breakfast was light and quick 😋 and it noce to be able to go get breakfast!

The reception lady was very polite, shuttle bus available, location was good from the airport (15min at 655 am)

Location

Breakfast

Absolutely clean, building, café area, and especially room. The manager and staff were wonderful. Helpful with queries. Nice and quiet.

Nothing. One of my best Super 8 stays ever.

If all you need is a place to sleep in clean sheets and have a okay breakfast as a break from the road, then this is pretty good place to be.

I had a weird toilet issue as that's a 12. Would self flush constantly every few minutes for a few hours. Needless to say, it wasn't a very good night for sleeping though the room was quite comfortable.

👎👎👎👎👎

Pot hole in the entrance and in parking, tiny breakfast, washer broken , hotel smells old and mildew

clean and comfortable.

The road was under construction so it was not easy to get to the hotel.

Location to the airport and breakfast starting earlier

Staff member at check in was unkind and rude.

Location and price

Continental breakfast was very limited. Hard to compete with Tim Horton in your parking lot

Good basic accommodation

The breakfast selection could be improved.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Ummm 🤔

The nails coming up threw floor where there was no flooring 🤨 the filthy couch and uneven floor / rug, also the bedroom door opened even if you locked it, also after leaving to get food when we came back to our room our key card wouldn’t work, no biggie took they’re tiny incredibly slow elevator down to get a new one, tired that one, doesn’t work, get a employee to come help, she couldn’t figure it out either, she calls her manager, eventually they had to reset it somehow, waited a good hour outside our room while the staff tried to get the door to open, it was past 8pm ( with 2 tired little kids) had we not had all our family’s stuff in the room we would have just left and gone to a different hotel, they did offer us a different room but we had the best room in the hotel so didn’t want to downgrade rooms, it was late and we needed our stuff, thought they’d maybe comp or discount our room but nope😑 oh and I don’t know if they were starting to “renovate” the room, but there was a bunch of trim missing and paint patch’s that were the wrong colour (from holes in the wall) , the bedroom door also had a horribly done patched hole, we entered the room and our jaws honestly dropped at the quality of the room, like what kind of owner /manager thinks this quality is acceptable!

Staff was friendly, the room itself was clean, convenient shuttle

The common and main areas of the hotel were older, the hotel smells older and muggy

Always a good stay. Always clean comfortable and convenient.

The location was good. Beds were comfortable.

We were supposed to have the King bed and it was booked out to someone else. We arrived late and were disappointed in that outcome.

A little more range of breakfast items

Decent room. KS bed. Competitive price.

No beer available after a late flight

It is a basic hotel, but it is everything we needed for a night before a flight. We have stayed once before and it was a very positive experience

This time the lady at the front desk was rude and did not go out of her way even a smidge to keep guests happy. She came across standoffish and was definitely not eager to help with any concerns. I heard her speaking the same way with a guest before us,and experienced this when I called ahead before our arrival and again when we had checked in. I would stay again if I hadn't had such a negative experience with that staff member.

The parking lot situation is a problem, especially when the hotel is busy. It makes it difficult for people who are not familiar with the area because then they have to try and find parking elsewhere.

The property was a bit old but we really enjoyed our stay as it was a crash one night stay, rooms were very comfortable and beds were cozy and the breakfast was good not enough options but basic breakfast.

There was on one to pick up our luggage we did it ourselves.

Facility is clean, but dated, with limited amenities.
