Western Budget Motel #1 Leduc/Nisku

I loved the free breakfast and access to coffee and water after hours.

The musty smell (126). I suggest that staff suggest to guests that windows be opened upon entry.

The staff.

The bacon could be thicker 😂

Great experience, very accommodating staff!

Großzügiges Zimmer mit Kochecke. Bad mit Badewanne.

Morgenmaden var ikke særlig god

L’accueil le confort tout

Le déjeuner es pas asser copieux

Jet Tub was cool

Fire Place wouldn't work

Breakfast is good satisfied 😊

Rooms were very clean and spacious

N/a

Rooms were very large with full kitchenette and very cheap

Room was nice and clean

Beautiful large rooms, friendly and helpful staff and good price!! Will definitely stay here again.

Was a bit of a hassle to haul our luggage and young children from the parking lot to the farthest door to enter where our room was. Would be nice if luggage carts were available.

Clean great location

There should have been 2 comfortable chairs, usually when there is only one bed it is king size.

Clean and quiet. Good location. Good value.

It was good.

Clean and the renovated tub was fantastic, bed was very comfortable

The breakfast location was good. We appreciated the range of food items each day.

While we appreciated the air conditioning, the unit was rather noisy so we turned it off. There was no teatowel in the unit but the front desk staff quickly provided one for pur use. In order to boil water, we used a saucepan; a kettle would have been appreciated. The shower had a problem but, when I informed staff members, they assured me that it would be fixed.

Large room with kitchenette. Quiet and comfortable Great breakfast included.

The staff was nice and the room was clean and well maintained

We had booked and paid extra for a room with a spa and we instead were given a handicapped accessible room. With no bath. My husband is 6'9 and everything was adapted for short the bed was uncomfortable and low.

No carpet not even area rug for around bed no phones in room for calling out . Jacuzzi rooms not having extra towels .definitely not same as as when opened up . No ice machines and pop machines not working .won't recommend to any one

The lady at the front was so kind and helpful! The room was clean and bigger than usual . *There were cats at the front window of the hotel, bonus points for that. *

A bit close to the highway but it’s not too noisy.

The room was quite spacious. Nice that it was close to the airport and the outlet shops.

The waffle mixture wasn’t available, not functioning,so there were no waffles. There wasn’t a kettle in the room.

Easy access to Edmonton airport. Good quality for the price

We have stayed here a number of times, every stay has been amazing! we rent the hot tub room to relax from a crazy month, we live in Edmonton this is a little drive for us and a perfect getaway.

To add to my last answer, this stay... there was a crack in the tub that we noticed, we took a picture and brought it to the front desk. Unfortunately they had no other rooms, so we were going to transfer to a different Hotel in Leduc that had rooms for us with hot tub. However, we could not transfer the reservation, we had to cancel the current one and wait 7 to 10 days for the money to be refunded, both the deposit and the price of the room, and when we go to the new hotel pay again. for the deposit and the cost of the room. This is something we save for, and the extra $350 + was not part of that budget. So we ending up going home. :( I was very disappointed, I guess we will wait till our next 30 days. You know other then the "difference in cost for the other room" no one offered anything for our interrupted evening. Maybe its time, we will find a different home away from home.

Excellent location close to the airport and a few minutes from Leduc.

Nothing to complain about,,nice and quiet motel.

Near airport and breakfast

Everything

Nothing

Helpfully shaft on arrival and departure. Good breakfast

The grout in the tub/shower needs to be removed, cleaned, and regroutedgood retreat

Always friendly, quiet area despite being right off the highway

Haven’t found anything yet!

Spacious room.

Breakfast was a but limited and processed.

the jacuzzi suite everything was clean and new front desk Lady was Amazing at her job at making it a great stay.

tv in room the acoustics were either way to loud or to quiet

jacuzzi bed an everything in the room was brand new. local food front desk Lady was Amazing Absolutely deserves a raise on all her hard work to make us comfortable.

the acoustics in the room tv was either blowing your ears off or to quiet.

People fighting in the aisles and rooms, I heard everything from my room I couldn't sleep much. The heater in the room was so noisy, I had to shut it down.

A fairly comfortable studio with a jacuzzi right next to the bed—a great place to relax. It comes with a refrigerator, a stove, and basic kitchenware. Budget-friendly price. The staff is very friendly.

The room smelled of smoke. My husband and I don’t smoke, so it was very unpleasant. We reported this to the staff, but unfortunately, there were no available rooms to switch to. We aired out the room for the entire two days of our stay, but the smell lingered. It’s clear that someone smoked right in the room, even though it’s designated as non-smoking.

The cleanliness of the room, hallways, lobby, breakfast area was great. Breakfast was very good - your standard continental but items were individually packaged. Management was very friendly and accomodating.

Bathroom area for showering is very small and our room wasn't very soundproof. We were close to the Lobby and could hear people coming and going.

Location close to the airport

The hallways were dirty . Beds were not very comfortable , cheap sheets on the bed . Security door to the lobby only opens at 6:00am . It was a major issue when I was leaving for the airport on a 5:55am shuttle!!

Breakfast room could have used more tables and chairs when we were there. 2 families came (8 people) 1 single gentleman and ourselves (3 adults) - 12 people in all at the same time. There are only 4 small tables and 8 chairs.

Everything was excellent. Will stay there again.

Other everything is good 👍 i like it 👌

Pillow and blankets

Great location because near airport. Very comfortable and attended room.

No improvement necessary

It is conveniently located close to YEG. There’s a shuttle service and you can do late check-ins. Samantha, the property manager was very accommodating and responsive. The breakfast buffet was also good with many options.

There could have been more toiletries provided.

The jaccuzi tub was amazing 👏

The fire place didn't do anything , the flicking flame was so tiny and we couldn't find buttons or the remote to turn it up.

Close to airport Has been renovated 2 person jucuzzi jet tub

Clean, staff were nice.

Should have had some shampoo and hand soap.

Loved the room which had a fire place. The floor was a little chilly at first but otherwise the room was awesome. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good.

Wished we had a jacuzzi in the room.

Clean

No snow removal

Staff were all excellent! Comfy bed and pillows, clean room.

Cold air coming through the air conditioner, not turned on but it was -22c outside. No coffee pot in the room, but there was some in the lobby.

Location and upgrades are good

The pillows in my room smelled of aftershave - I felt they had not been changed

Location was very convenient. Room was clean and comfortable . The staff was very friendly and efficient

Location

Easy to get to. Clean.

I dislike the $40 fee for early check in. Extra charges for so many things.

Free breakfast, the food was great. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable to sleep. It’s guiet ambiance where you can sleep well. We want to stay here next time.

All good thank you

Overnight stay good. Rom not available early

Awesome staff. Good jacuzzi room. Loved it

Clean room and comfortable. The hotel has recently been remodeled. But the walls and floors are not well sound insulated. We hear water usage from other rooms.

Rooms were clean

Room was clean staff was friendly.

The place was great. I liked how spacious the rooms were!

Location and the room was nice, comfortable and accessible to get inside was convenient

No coffee maker in the room

Very nice property. But when I booked this property online it said my total with taxes would be $127 and when I got there I was charged $175 and I asked about it and they would not honor that. I even took a screen shot of my price and booking and it didn’t matter. I paid the extra because I had no other option at that point

Fantastic accommodations. Nicely renovated rooms with all the amenities one could need, including stove and full fridge. Continental breakfast is a great touch and awesome.

L emplacement par rapport à l aéroport en seulement 5 mn

Nice tv and kitchen everything needed was there

Bohaté vybavení a funkční vybavení, prostorný pokoj, decentní snídaně v ceně, skvělá poloha vůči letišti, shuttle v ceně ubytování.

Nedotažený úklid (občasné vlasy v pokoji, který byl přímo před naším příchodem uklizen).

The hallway to our room stunk so bad of weed and cigarettes considering it’s a non-smoking hotel

Nice and clean, great staff

It’s a weird complaint, but, no coffee machine in the rooms

Great motel, clean, friendly staff, and quiet!

Prostrana soba, mali apartman. Sve je bilo lijepo uredno i čisto. Jako drago osoblje.
