Western Budget Motel Leduc #3

Das Frühstück war gut, etwas viel Plastik, aber ich denke das geht nicht anders

Der Stil war eigenartig, der künstliche Kamin besonders. Aber für ein Hotel in der Preisklasse reicht es auch wenn alles da und sauber ist

Breakfast area was clean & well looked after. There was a variety of Breakfast Choices: Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, fruit, bagels, muffins. Staff were friendly and made sure our stay was great!

My jacuzzi tub was huge

The room felt muggy and heavy

Jacuzzi sweet was amazing...beds were super comfy ..perfect amount of pillows...unable to hear the loud traffic outside 😁... Check out should be noon.

Checkout should be noon

There are no hotel staff on-site between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This means if you lose your room key, you have to call the office for assistance. Additionally, you cannot request an airport shuttle during these hours unless it was pre-arranged. The front desk closes strictly at 9:00 PM. The facilities are good, though note that the TV is a smart TV (no cable) and there is no towel exchange service. I would recommend this hotel to those who plan to check in and out during office hours and do not need to leave the property during the night.

It was very clean and the staff were pleasant and attentive. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. As a vegan who is gluten intolerant I had gluten-free toast with peanut butter. The next day I had oatmeal with walnuts and I brought my own banana and dairy free milk. The little kitchenette in the room was more then adequate for making your own meals too.

The internet was really slow - you couldn't really use it to stream or play a game that required a stable connection. Our room (201) was on the highway side and the traffic was loud at times. If we visited again I would ask for a quieter location.

The staff were friendly as always. The room size is great. There have been upgrades done, but unfortunately they are cosmetic and not functional.

The renovation left a lot of wasted space and a bathroom fit for a hobbit! It is so cramped trying to get on and out of the shower, unless you're 6 feet tall and 140 lb. The beds have gotten way too close to the ground to easily get out of them.

Everything was really wonderful and I always enjoy my stay at this location

Affordable, clean and functional. Breakfast was excellent!

Wifi is a bit on the slow side but does not really concern us too much.

It was so clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Great breakfast

Location

Room was large but only one comfy chair

Close to the airport and easy to find.

I could hear the hum of traffic throughout the night.

Great location for our Rodeo night

I never had a place so good in airports

The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had, huge selection of food and friendly staff eager to assist. Also the room we booked came with a full kitchen and stocked with plates, cups and utensils, it was more than we expected

The pool was closed, but that's our fault for not properly researching before we booked. Also the temperature of the building was extremely hot. So hot that we had to turn the air conditioning in the room and it was mid- April.

Everything works staff assistance and considerations

Nil

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed what was offered.

Location was super 👌 though there wasn't too much options but it was nice

A-lot of what u need right there

Beds are super hard and not at all soft, they definitely could use a bed up grade.. It is a cheap thin mattress laid on a hard frame , definitely dont fall or jump into bed, you will break your neck… other than that its a ery ni e place

Excellent rooms great location very quiet

There was nothing not to like

Large , clean room . Bed was huge and very comfortable . Reception staff were very friendly

Bathtub was small but still good

Le confort, la chambre très spacieuse !

The location is great, cost is great- however , I have been many times, usually in a jacuzzi room- and the bed is great- comfortable and room very good. This time I had a king room and the bed was absolutely dreadful uncomfortable and the pillow were wrapped in pillow cases that looked like they had been used and reused ( wrinkled and worn ) not crisp from the wash. Also I came in late and wanted to just fall asleep- but the thermostat had been set at 24 and the room was a hotbox which never really cooled by morning although I adjusted the thermostat to 15. There was not coffee/ tea in the room which given the hotels entrance coffee was empty - was disappointing. Breakfast was also sad- some dry scrambled eggs and sausages. Usually such a good stay, but this time very bad

Rooms are very clean.

Location and very friendly staff

Very clean and spacious room

Personal preference but pillow was too thick

room was so clean and comfortable

I liked the room and the bathroom. It was really clean.

A little weird that they used Disposable plastic (cutlery, cups, …) for breakfast

Staff were amazing and room was better than expected

Spacious and clean suite fit for a large family.

No pool

Plenty of choices.

Eggs and sausage were cold heated them in microwave.

We LOVED this place. The owners were SO friendly, the room was great for the price and the breakfast was great!

Fantastic renovations! They've taken great effort to update the decor, very clean!

I did not have a vehicle, airport shuttle was very good. Access to the building after hours was not very convenient.

Great owner spoke with him a few times very friendly and really cheap yet luxurious rooms... hot tub was a pleasant experience

AC and heat control in every room with blackout curtains. The suites themselves are newly renovated so it’s clean and cozy. The walls are also concrete and super thick so you can’t hear anything which is a plus with being beside the highway and airport. The staff are super nice, especially the manager. And if you make it to breakfast they have lots of options, usually eggs and sausage or bacon, cereal, yogurt, bread and bagels, danishes, oatmeal and coffee, hot chocolate, variety of teas, and a few juices to pick from as well.

The in suite kitchen while having most utensils and a few pots and pans, ours didn’t have a baking sheet which would’ve been nice. Also would’ve been nice to have a few extra blankets and towels

Friendly staff at check-in, spacious room and clean

.

Staff were lovely. Amazing rooms and free breakfast - and cheaper than anywhere else.

Staff was wondering, Continental breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay here, the only thing was the air conditioning did not keep our room cool and was barely working.

Rate was goid

So close to hwy 2. Traffic noise.

Great place and value.

Everything was great. Our room was huge, clean and updated/renovated. However, when we arrived the unit was 29° inside. We immediately turned on all 3 AC units and it took 24 hours to get it below 25°. Wayyyy too warm. The units should be turned on prior to guest arrival. Otherwise we are happy with our stay. * the building outside advertises pool open with both a sign on the road AND pool signage on the side of the building. However the pool has been permanently closed.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room. I liked that it had a small kitchen area and dining, along with a separate bedroom that was enormous. Loved having no carpet. Never heard the other occupants of the motel and it was full. Would definitely recommend this motel.

The staff were friendly and amazing, early check in was accommodated. The rooms were super clean and freshly renovated and very nice! Bed was super comfortable with tons of great pillows. The free breakfast was so good! Make your waffles was the best. Will be back!

Excellent overall

The rooms were big and very nice. The property said had a pool but there was no water in it. Also there was no ice machines

Very modern property. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint was there was only one arm chair not two

Nice clean renovated rooms. Only downside was that the room we booked was advertised as sleeps 5 but it sleeps only 4. So for party of 5 it caused some chaos. Not enough towels in the room either.

The room was more like a small apartment. Lots of space for the family to spread out. The price was very affordable, breakfast was great, and the kids loved the fireplaces. We will definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness , spacious room, safety, good rate with breakfast right for the price with complete kitchen facilities. approachable staff. Definitely I can recommend this place

Holes in ceiling where various safety items have not been installed yet. Lots of advertising for a pool including a large sign outside. the pool sits empty.when we inquire they say there is no plan to fill it with water. They plan to close it up and install a mini mini golf. My opinion they should take down the advertising and compensate people . All pillows in our room are overstuffed and too hard. No coffee and coffee pot in room. Having said all this staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff including management quick to respond to out needs. Lots of choices in free breakfast .

Great people all around and room was great for us.

Loved the staff,comfort and breakfast.

Did not like the noise at night and early morning from the Highway. Ask for the Sparrow Street facing rooms which might lessen the highway noise.

Great

Close to amenities

Good staff and beautiful rooms

We stayed here on a hot day and the air conditioners were not big enough to cool the room down. It was 28C inside and 19C outside at 11PM and I couldn't sleep. The management brought us fans and tried very hard to make things right. It would be a nice stay otherwise but not when it's a hot evening.

Nice and spacious rooms, lovely fireplace excellent view

Nice budget motel if you need kitchen and want to cook your own food. Location is great snd breakfast is good.

Room was very clean. All items for kitchenette available. Stove and fridge in excellent working condition.

Clean, spacious. Beautiful. Newly rennovated. We love it.

Nice , clean place to stay. Quiet. Reasonable price.

It was a fantastic stay very quiet, clean and the staff is excellent. I will definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.

The beds very firm and the noise was horrible until after 4 am . The only other disappointing issue was the pool was not available due to maintenance but that needs to be done as well .

I was in desperate situation as I had made an error in booking therefore I had no hotel on a Friday night. Found this and the room was bigger than my 595 sq feet apartment. Staff was amazing and the breakfast was fast and easy and items were wrapped for easy clean and freshness. will book again thank you

Check-in was easy and quick. Room was clean but very warm. AC took a while to cool down the room. Hallways were very warm.

Clean, lack of a couch in room, would be nice vs two uncormable chairs

The room was spacious had fridge, stove , microwave etc but the one thing was no tv like cable , internet was out couldnot even do my Netflix

Excellent property. Easy to find. Beautiful rooms. Great front desk. Super accommodating. We had to leave a day early and they were happy to refund us for the one night. Would love to stay here again.

No

The front desk was very friendly and quick as we showed up around midnight. They asked if we were hungry or needed a drink after our long day. We got our room which was beautifully renovated and the beds were lovely. We slept great. Breakfast was yummy and the coffee was perfect! We have already booked our next stay! Thank you!

Economical, clean, friendly staff
