The bed was comfortable, with clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff were consistently helpful. Room service was fast. check in and check out process was done with ease. Staff were accommodating and helpful for early breakfasts. It felt quiet and calm, even in New Dehli!

It was all excellent, we wish we had longer there to experience the facilitiies more. Perhaps a little earlier breakfast opening however staff were able to accomodate this

Ii ordered a club sandwich to take away with me to have later for lunch during my journey. Sadly, the Sandwich turned out to be a big disappointment, and more so, given the hefty price! It was a thin, tasteless, flimsy product . Unworthy for such an excellent hotel. Fries were added, which i don't ask for or want.

This hotel is truly an oasis in Delhi at a fair price. The rooms are well‑designed, clean, and comfortable. You can enjoy meals with confidence, including ice, juices, and water. It is a very peaceful place, perfect for resting after the chaos of India. Traveling to this destination is not easy, but staying in a hotel like this completely changes the experience. The food and breakfast were excellent, and the reception service was outstanding. I rarely give a hotel 10 points, but considering my stay and how they made my time in India pleasant, it was worth every cent. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, such as writing my name on the television with a personalized welcome message.

The only detail I would mention is that, for a hotel of this category, the showers do not have doors, so water splashes outside. This aspect could be improved. Apart from that, my stay was truly spectacular.

I have had one medical emergency so had to rush as day early and they did not refund my money saying your reservation was fixed. It did not happend in past. So i did not like their approach.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was attentive and welcoming especially Anil at the door. Location is great and easy to get to many places from there. Felt very safe and lots of dining and shopping options.

המלון היה מקום מפלט מהשיגעון של דלהי. מזגנים חזקים, צוות שירותי ונעים שענה על כל הדרישות שלנו, פתחו לנו דלתות דאגו לנו בארוחות בוקר, דאגו שיהיה הכל בחדר תמיד, פשוט אנשים מקסימים ושירותים. המלון עצמו מהמם והעיצוב ממש משדרג את החוויה, עדיין מרגיש שאנחנו בהודו אבל בנוחות אחרת, לא כמו במלונות לבנים וקרים לזה יש אופי. הבריכה הייתה בדיוק הרענון שהיינו צריכים בחום של בחוץ, נעימה מים נקיים, מגבות מיטות שיזוף, הכל. המלון הזה זה בדיוק מה שחיפשנו וענה לנו על כל הצרכים שהיו לנו. האוכל מעולה גם בארוחת בוקר וגם במהלך היום, אוכל הודי מדהים וגם אוכל מערבי.

Visited The Connaught just for lunch. At the entrance, Mr. Anil from the reception staff was very nice and welcoming. He actually took his time to tell us all about the hotel. The restaurant has a great vibe and we saw a lot of foreign guests dining there. The restaurant is seriously good, you must try their Indian food here. Highly recommended.

Супер чисто, лояльно, услужливо, невероятно тихо, прекрасные завтраки. Качественные одноразовые наборы, фен, кофе, чайник, вода в бутылках на каждом шагу в неограниченном количестве. Невероятно удобный матрас и подушки (субъективно). Очень близко до популярных кафе, но с территории лучше выезжать на заранее вызванном uber, замучают пока идете.

Внутри душевой нет двери, по всей ванной была вода. Не открывается окно, хотелось свежего воздуха (хотя может оно и к лучшему).

Breakfast service was awesome and prompt . The food i had for dinner special thanks to the chef and the waiter who customized my choice of pasta ( spaghetti) bolognese into non vegetarian version. The salmon was very fresh and tasted that awesome . I would like to specially mention 3 people, the housekeeper of my room 401 , that person kept my request of more water and green satches and took care of my emergency need of the hour without causing me embarassment. And the second person is the security check in lady , who caught my interest in animals and happily introduced me to the dogs and cat present there when i was feeling down after a very long day . And the third person is Mr.Ranauk of telephone operator who stayed back his shift time on sunday 9th August and sorted my problem i was facing in payment details so that i can smoothly enjoy my stay at your place. Kindly appreciate these 3 people , they are wonderful service person ,take that from my experience as i have worked as HOD of F&B at Hyatt regency kolkata and hospitality professor in Kingston College, London.

Er zijn meerdere hotels die de naam The Connaught dragen. Houdt hier rekening mee als je met de taxi of tuk-tuk teruggebracht wordt. De hotels liggen zo'n 1,5 km bij elkaar verwijderd. Dus The Connaught IHCL Seleqtions.

The room itself was smaller than the pictures seemed to indicate but that was fine. The breakfast buffet was great. Location is pretty solid.

I booked The Connaught for a week while arriving from the US with my two cats, specifically because it advertised itself as “pet-friendly.” A week before arrival, I confirmed via Booking.com that two litter boxes would be ready in my room. After 24+ hours of travel, I arrived around midnight to find that neither the litter boxes nor the request were recorded. After showing the confirmation, reception managed to arrange them within 30 minutes. The boxes came without extra litter or a scoop. When I called reception for a scoop, I was initially told the hotel could not provide one. After travelling for over a day with two cats, having to source a ₹100 scoop myself seemed unnecessarily frustrating, especially after paying over ₹100,000 for the stay. The receptionist eventually provided one. The room was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but otherwise fine. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location is good. I shortened my stay from 7 nights to 4 because the paperwork for my cats in Delhi was completed sooner than expected. I negotiated a ₹20,000 refund, which the hotel agreed to. I checked out on July 17. On July 21, after I followed up, I was told the refund had been processed and would appear on my card within 5–7 days. Ten days later, I followed up again. I received a generic apology and was told the matter had been escalated. That was 9 days ago. I still have no refund and no further update. For a supposed 5-star hotel, this level of follow-through and service is disappointing. I would not stay here again. If you're travelling with pets, I'd look at Novotel Aerocity instead.

The coffee shop is worth a visit. The food is delicious. The rooms have an amazing view of the Shivaji Stadium hockey turf. Staff is courteous. Welcome coffee/ drink is on the house.

This is the worst hotel by any measure- the staff is poorly trained, the rooms get flooded after a mere shower, the food service (both in room and restaurant) are abysmal. The worst part was the Hotel Manager, Miss Sonali Chauhan who behaved very badly with me and my elderly family members. A small request to fix the TV that was not working in the room was met with disproportionate aggression and hostility by her. She went so far as to remind me of a previous visit where she “allowed” me a late check out nevermind the fact I had bought the stay as part of a package which provided for a late check out. The front desk is an appallingly ill-mannered bunch who sneer and laugh at your face at the slightest inconvenience. I would also advise solo female travellers and older people to think twice and think hard before booking this hotel. Trust me!

It’s very centrally located a really beautiful girl but what really stands out beside ms the amazing facilities are their staff with a special mention to the amazing Robin, Sona and Anil , they are the nicest people and they make me feel so at home whenever I visit Delhi , I would very highly recommend staying here !!

I had a wonderful stay at The Connaught in Delhi. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The service throughout the hotel was exceptional. The reception team was warm, attentive, and always happy to help, making every interaction pleasant and effortless. The restaurant was another highlight of my stay. I had one of the most delicious Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, and the quality of both the food and service was outstanding. A special thank you to my housekeeping attendant, Arund, who was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and attentive. His care and dedication truly made a difference and made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I felt valued as a guest, and it’s the little details and genuine hospitality that made my experience so memorable. Whenever I return to India, I would absolutely love to stay at The Connaught again. Highly recommended!

It wasn’t value for money . Dining area is extremely cold, rooms are small and very basic . For the rates paid, you expect better . The place needs a revamp .

I had a very quiet room at the back of hotel overlooking footbal field, there were luckily no latches during my stay, but I think it can get noisy then. Just something to consider.

J'ai demandé à rajouter un invité à ma chambre directement à la réception de l'hotel (hors réservation booking.com) et on m'a fait payé plus que ce que j'avais payé pour ma propre chambre! Cela me semble très abusif...

All staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were made up meticulously daily, and great facilities, including bar, gym and pool! the location of this hotel is the selling point - it would be my first choice if returning to delhi.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

We have been refusals for years but there staff led by Ms Sonali Chauhan completely insulted us and sullied our trust in this hotel to the point that we left in a huff. Never again!
