The location was safe and close to all main attractions by car or Uber, with a market less than 2 a minute walk. We also could walk down to the beach, it was on the street below. I definetely recommend this hotel!

The apartment was located on the second floor and on the corner by the entrance for The President Hotel and was therefore very noisy. The sliding door on the balcony struggles to open/close properly, the shower door was broken and the towels were poor quality and worn out.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026First of all the location was amazing, it was clean and safe, with so many restaurants around to have a nice dinner and enjoy a glass of wine, the hotel was very clean and quiet, everything was well organized, the staff was on another level, so helpful, always welcoming and ready to help with any inquiry. If I am back to cape town again, for sure will be staying in the same hotel.

Later during the day i booked for 1 more day and a stuff member as well called Asi gave us an amazing service. The restaurant is top notch and affordable the chiefs are amazing very thing was top tier advise once you land come check out this place.

The room has dirty and old carpets. The lift is old and needs an upgrade. The entrance can do with a facelift. A long mirror would be value add.

The bathroom does not have a proper shower and the bathrooms could do with a renovation.

just the entry for the parking...I ma sure the gate will eb prepared but wouldn`t stop me form returning.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The room was spacious and comfortable. Nice beachy decor throughout the hotel and in my room. I was on the President Hotel side of the building and there was no street noise. The street side of the building would get irritating noise from the mini van taxis in the afternoon and evening. Staff were very helpful, with damage to my room from a storm being quickly repaired.
The kitchen area was hard to use at night as it doesn’t have a light over it. It wasn’t practical to self cater dinners as a result. Bed was too firm. Location was a bit out of the way, but wasn’t too bad. Sea Point can be a bit dodgy at times.

Het hotel heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud, we misten een klein zitje op balkon
