Location was very convenient, staff very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful and tastefully decorated rooms.

The bed was hard not the most comfortable.

The room is big, the staff are nice. The cleaning lady made an accident and broke my perfume bottle. They compensated me in the amount i asked so I'm giving it as a good thing.

1. There is construction work all over the surroundings of the hotel. 2. There was a smell of mud from the water sources in the hotel (2 different rooms) 3. The air conditioner didn't work when we arrived and they fixed it while we were in the room which was uncomfortable.

Noisy construction sites in the vicinity

La stanza è grande e pulita. Posizione a Sea point vicinissimo al mojo market e comodo per ristoranti/supermercati e per esplorare cape Town. Parcheggio interno.

Purtroppo al momento la zona intorno è praticamente un cantiere quindi ci sono lavori tutto il giorno (fortunatamente la mattina non iniziano troppo presto e stando fuori per la maggior parte del tempo e capitando a cavallo del weekend non ne abbiamo risentito troppo), ovviamente esteticamente non è il massimo. La prima notte è partita ad alta velocità la ventola presente sul soffitto e si è fermata dopo 10 minuti (senza che noi potessimo capire come fermarla). Il giorno dopo lo abbiamo comunicato allo staff ma non ci è stato chiarito il motivo, inoltre ci è stato detto che viene comandata con un telecomando che però nella nostra camera non c'era e nonostante lo avessimo fatto notare (e ci fosse stato promesso di fornircelo) questo non ci è mai stato dato. Vengono fornite istruzioni per la cassetta di sicurezza ma noi in camera non l'avevamo.

The property is clean and we got value for our money. The facilities are very beautiful.

Ongoing construction made staying indoors unbearable. As it is, they don’t serve breakfast to guests. They need to work on that.

Sleeping in the middle of a construction site. Stay away for the next six months. I’m attaching a video so you can see for yourselves what to expect.

Property not as advertised and lack of transparency. Felt more like an apart hotel than a boutique hotel. Staff works till 5 PM and service is limited and uncaring. 2 construction projects very close to the property with loud racket starting early in the morning, severely limits resting. Surrounding area felt unsafe as construction projects attract homeless at night. Decided to switch hotels even tough partial refund request was denied.

Staff were lovely at this hotel and the bed was very comfy. The room was spacious - bigger than expected. Was able to purchase drinks from reception if needed.

We weren't advised that there were building works going on, literally surrounding the hotel. So this was noisy and not the most aesthetic of views! The area did not feel like there was much around, not your 'typical touristy' spots.

great little hotel room was excellent and spacious and could walk everywhere from there,, and good safe parking for my motorbike which had lots of gear strapped onto it .. staff great .. a lot of construction going on around the place at the moment, but it didn't bother me as they adhered to sensible working hours .

It felt secure

Currently and until the end of the year, the only property is and will be surrounded by serious construction. Drilling and jack hammering start at 8AM and end at 6PM. It was a very loud and noisy and not a peaceful place to stay. We wish they had informed me when making the booking as booked for 7 nights

أعمال البناء والصيانة المجاورة للفندق من بعد الساعة السابعة صباحًا تبدأ العمال ويبدأ الازعاج ولكن بما إني كنت اصحى بدري ما أهتميت بالازعاج

The property is very clean and located near all amenities, not far from the beach , mojo market just across the road and grill and bar around the corner

Ich hatte ein sehr schönes großes, sauberes Zimmer.

Aktuell befinden sich einige Baustelle in der Nähe des Hotels, daher war es sehr laut. Wenn Gebäude fertig gestellt sind, wird es bestimmt auch wieder angenehm ruhig sein.

There’s constant construction around the area and you cannot sleep in or stir on the balcony because there’s people moving around a lot

Location was perfect, right in the middle of Seapoint and staff very helpful and friendly. The room overall was ok

There is extremely noisy construction work around the area. I was away most of the day so that was not a major issue but some days I needed to take calls in the room and it was very difficult. There is also quite a lot of humidity

The property was super clean.

penthouse was a bit small,bed room cupbroad had a smell.Fridge was set on high ,no kitchen drying clothes to clean up with.

Bij aankomst was onze kamer niet zoals aangevraagd, we kregen 1 bed, en het was bevestiging om 2 aparte bedden, maar dit werd ter plaatse opgelost!

The shower head was not great for a good shower. It probably needed cleaning or a new one.

Perfekte Lage. Wirkte sehr sicher, gut überwacht. Rezeption 24 Stunden besetzt. Sehr bequeme Betten und große Zimmer. Gut ausgestattet. In der kleinen Küche war alles vorhanden.

Türe wurde vom Reinigungspersonal einmal offen vergessen.

No robes, telephone broken, no brochures, no service! Still waiting for list of treatments, where going to send someone still waiting. Very noisy with all the renovations in area. State of cupboards not good for the rating of the Hotel. Fridge froze everything and it was on 3. Coffee was hard as rock. Shower leaking badly into bathroom. No robes on arrival, no connection with reception did not bother to repair it, came out but did nothing. Just super disappointing service and star rating being a Boutique Hotel did not say much.

It was a really comfortable bed that I needed so was excellent on this respect

The secure parking was one of the tightest parking bays we have had and they only had a few so definitely could have been a big problem had we not got one with a boot full of our stuff

Impossible de dormir à partir de 9h à cause des travaux de construction en face de l’hôtel. Certes ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais avec un peu plus d’insonorisation peut-être cela aurait été mieux. Si non super hôtel.

The unfortunate scenario that there were construction work all over in the near proximity of the hotel. As much as we understand that it is not within the control of Atlantic Affair Boutique Hotel. It was at times very annoying and irritating, because they were drilling whole day, every day and over the weekend as well.

Being a boutique hotel, there’s no breakfast and no restaurant, so for the price tag you’d expect at least something.

Comfortable Hotel which is close to restaurants, shops, bus stops and the beach promanade. The room is stocked with a variety of teas and coffees. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Nice to have on site parking but will be tight during peak times. The hotel is opposite a construction site. A multi story building is under construction and the street is busy during daytime hrs. Street parking fills up fast.

Unfortunately there was a lot of construction noise during our stay.

Dee este alojamiento lo único que destaco es la excelente ubicación, ,en la zona de Sea Point y a una cuadra de la costa, además de estar a metros de la avenida principal del barrio, donde se accede a diferentes comercios, restaurantes, supermercados y bares. La atención del personal de recepción es correcta. La habitación cuenta con vajilla, cubiertos y otros eleentos para preparar cosas.

Para la calificación de 4 estrellas que tiene, dista muchísimo. Para ser un hotel boutique, como se describe, las habitaciones son tremendamente impersonales, sin ninguna decoración que hagan agradable la estancia y la iluminación natural es poca, ya que incluso de día e hace necesario encender alguna luz. Los balcones son pequeños. La cama de la habitación que me alojé era muy dura, incómoda lo que hizo muy dificíl mi descanso. ALgo que no es culpa del alojamiento, pero si deben advertirlo a los huespedes, es que hay 2 obras enormes en construcción al lado de la propiedad, por lo que el ruido de la maquinaria comienza desde temprano, perjudicando el descanso. POr eso, creo que deberian flexibilizar las politicas de cancelacion de las reservas, ya que es común (según el propio staff me dijo) que la gente se quisiera ir despues de ver como son las condiciones. Personalmente, de una reserva de 6 noches que tenia prevista, solo use 1 y decidí irme, por lo que perdí mucho dinero, ya que la tarifa no era reembolsable. En la zona hay otros alojamientos de similar o menos valor (apartamentos) muchos mas lindos, cómodos, habitables y agradables. No recomiendo en absoluto esta propiedad, ya que su valor no condice con lo que realmente es. No es 4 estrellas.

This is a very comfortable accommodation where I spent 3 nights. The location is very good, in the heart of Sea Point. Our room was nice and not too small (as many others in town are), there was a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, kettle and microwave oven, so we were able to have self-catering breakfast and it’s even possible to have a quick meal. Their private parking is not very big but we managed to park every evening, with the help from the very kind night guard.

The hotel is located in one of the city's liveliest neighborhoods, Sea Point, just a few meters from Mojo Market. The room has dishes, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

Since it's on a side street, several homeless people gather near the hotel entrance at night, which increases the feeling of insecurity. We accidentally broke a glass, and they charged us 50 ZAR for it.

Все в неплохом состоянии, не ушатано. Большая кровать, очень большая ;) Есть приборы, тарелки, можно погоеть еду в микроволновке. Мыли пол каждый день, меняли полотенца как просили. Есть парковка, на машин 5-7, хватает вполне. Можно выпить кофе на первом этаже, где администратор, там аппарат стоит.

В душе не гермитные стенки, старость. Вода протекает на пол, лужи большие. Надо сразу вытирать, это реально неудобно. Много наркоманских личностей обтирается вокруг отеля, прям перебор, иногда по 6-8 человек группами стояли… странные дети которые на асфальте лежали и нюхали что-то тоже.. Короче вокруг контингент так себе

Where do I start. The location of the hotel is halfway up a narrow street with significant construction going on all around the property from morning till night. This was not disclosed before check in and payment of it had been we would not have continued with our booking. There is also residential housing to the back and side which also produces a lot of noise. Homeless people sleeping outside the hotel who approach you and ask for money. The penthouse apartment is very small and badly maintained definitely not as advertised. The owner is not interested in doing anything to rectify the situation he has your money he doesn’t care. I am fighting this with Booking.com and my bank.

Vagrants hanging around the gate, and lots of building around. It had a strong smell of damp in the room and some wood rot. Otherwise a very good stay.

Заселили на час позже, номер был не готов. Среди ночи кто-то из персонала орал во все горло и будил. Один раз отключился свет, полчаса ждали электрика. Отель не тянет на 4*, стандартные 3, и не стоит своих денег
