The bedding and furnishings in general were immaculate

If you were a light sleeper and your apartment was on the eight floor like us, you might be bothered at night during the weekend as it gets a little noisy since there is a restaurant and maybe a bar if i am not mistaken on the 9th floor.otherwise, everything was perfect. Just ask for an apartment on a floor other than the 8th.

The 3 bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, very clean and modern. The facilities were great, including the excellent restaurant in the building. The location is central and very convenient with many shops just below the hotel. We loved our stay!

Latitude is close to restaurants and the promenade. As a family we have stayed at this establishment more than 20 times and the standard has only improved. We always rent the 3 bedroom apartment. The new restaurant is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend staying at the property. Staff, cleanliness and proximity to restaurants make this hotel our all time favourite in Sea Point.

الدخول للاستقبال المدخل صغير ويوجد درج وهذا صعب لكبير السن وتضطر للدخول من مواقف السيارات مكان الاستقبال صغير جدا لايوجد بهو للفندق خدمة التنظيف محدده بساعات معينه تنظيف العاملات سيئ وقمت بتنظيف صالة الجلوس نفسي بعد طلب مكنسه يدويه وتم توثيق ذلك بالفيديو حيث ظهرت أوساخ سابقه في سجاد الصالة عدم وجود شطافات (bidets) في دورات المياه الإضاءات ضعيفه جدا

I like their breakfast which was amazing, the hotel is clean and to be honest it prime location whne you are moving around Cape town attractions it is a petty i had to stay one day only, very good parking space as well which is amazing for someone who is renting

No international outlet, which is not a big deal for me, for some people they might find it in busy area so noise in the street can be heard, the rooms are cosy but all of these mentioned were fine by me

The internet is written that the room categories are different, but in reality, we pay the same amount for 2 different rooms. .Secondly, we booked as a family group together. Unfortunately, whenever we reach there, they saw the that the hotel It's fully booked so they put us in a different floor which is not nice while traveling with family and kids.

The staff to be specific, they're so helpful and very warm. They're willing to go an extra mile to make life easy for you. The location is perfect you have a filling station next to your door steps, the airport is fairly close, you have a restaurant inside, ATM's are just on the opposite side of the street, so it's ideal.

The know in the morning when it was almost time to checkout at the hotel, it didn't really seat well with me. Other than that the place is so amazing I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Cape Town.

Modern en ruim appartement met twee aparte slaapkamers, twee badkamers, een gezellig terras en een volledig uitgeruste keuken. Het appartement is smaakvol ingericht, voelt ruim aan en is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. De ligging is ideaal: op wandelafstand van de oceaan, met een prachtige wandeling van ongeveer 7 km naar de Waterfront. Ook de Tafelberg ligt op slechts 15 minuten rijden. Er is een supermarkt vlakbij, parkeergelegenheid is voorzien en de ontvangst was bijzonder vriendelijk. We hebben ook ontbeten in het restaurant op de bovenste verdieping van het gebouw. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het uitzicht maakte de ervaring helemaal compleet. Zeker een aanrader!

We booked a 3-bedroom apartment and it was absolutely perfect. The living area was incredibly spacious and featured an awesome view of Table Mountain. The bedrooms were a comfortable size, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. The location is also fantastic—there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets just a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommended

Would be a great addition if they could add a bidet to the bathrooms in the future

I have stayed in this aparthotel a number of time. I have stayed in 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed apartments. They are all spacious & have all the basic amenities you need. They have a lovely restaurant upstairs with good breakfast. They serve all day food but we only ate bfast. Maintenance is really fast if u need any assistance.

The lounge/dining area does not have an aircon but bedrooms have aircon so it can get pretty cold or hot. We were there in the middle of bas CT weather, cold & rainy! We stayed in a 3 bedroom this time & lounge was very cold! They need to consider heating or some kind of aircon in the lounge/dining room. They also need to give guest 30minutes grace on checkout day. They start harrassing you 10:05!

Ubicacion excelente, personal muy amable, apartamento muy limpio y comodo, la cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios.

Contratamos con desayuno incluido, y una vez alli me he dado cuenta de que no valio la pena. En primer lugar, porque alrededor del hotel, hay muchos lugares para comer a precios accesibles. En segundo lugar, hay variedad de supermercados con una variedad inmensa de viveres para preparar el desayuno en el mismo apartamento y con muy buenos precios, y en tercer lugar, la variedad de desayunos que ofrece el hotel es muy limitada y es a la carta, con un sistema un poco engorroso, ya que tienes un monto limite sobre el cual van deduciendo, lo cual es no es practico y al final resulta desagradable.

For us travelling with two toddlers, the setup was perfect and so comfortable. Loved that the rooms were super clean and smelled nice and not outdated. Easy check in and on site restaurant and lounge rooms/working spaces are so convenient and close with great food and service. Amazing location with easy access to everything in the city. Close to the promenade for walks.

Schönes Hotel, gutes Parkhaus

Beautiful facilities. Friendly staff. Consistently so.

Das Personal war unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer haben Fenster zum Gang raus und oben ist ein Restaurant/eine Bar. Bis tief in die Nacht wurde dort Party gemacht und man hat extrem laut die Musik und die Leute gehört. Es war unmöglich zu schlafen. Wir haben vier mal an der Rezeption angerufen und es hat nichts gebracht. Beim Check-Out mussten wir unsere Koffer noch dort lagern, da der Flug erst abends ging. Man hat keine Quittung bekommen. Es wurde nicht alles Gepäck direkt zurück gebracht und wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen und warten, obwohl wir zum Flughafen mussten. Dann wurde uns verboten unsere Koffer dort nochmal zu öffnen und wir sollten das auf der Straße machen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert diese Hotel.

Location, service, facilities, safety, ease of shopping groceries, cleanliness, daily housekeeping - the team was super helpful when we couldn't start the dryer for our laundry. They even provided umbrellas to us for our walk around town on a washed out day.

It would have been great to get drinking water bottles, daily without asking.

Spectacular mountain views., Quiet at night for a good sleep. Location is near to cafes, restaurants & supermarkets. With 3 bedrooms and a big lounge, dining and open kitchen, it was wonderful as 4 of us had ample personal space. Washing machine was very useful.

Sehr gut, neues Haus, neue moderne Einrichtung, alles super ordentlich und sauber, es fehlt an nichts! Mitten im Zentrum von Sea Point, alles Geschäfte um die Ecke und in der neunten Etage gibt es eine Rooftop-Bar und ein Restaurant.

The grootte van de ruimte en het uitzicht. De veiligheid van de accommodatie en parkeren was erg gemakkelijk.

The location, SeaPoint is an amzing spot, it was super clean, amazing breakfast. Super kind staff and the room was great.

The 2nd room was a bit small for 2 and it had no outside light.

Localização perfeita. Pedimos o quarto com vista para a montanha e assim foi. A vista mais linda que já tivemos de Cape Town. Apartamento perfeito para quem vai com família muito agradavel, moderno e muito confortável.

Pequeno almoço poderia ser buffet para ser mais rápido. Mas ainda assim é bom.

Das Appartement ist stylisch und neuwertig eingerichtet ( Zimmer Nr. 505 ), Restaurants , Einkaufsmärkte ebenso die Strandpromenade sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist durch die Bauweise extrem hellhörig, auch ist der Straßenlärm zu hören, bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen war nicht möglich. Das Bett war für uns zu schmal  , leider waren vorab keine Maße erkennbar. Haare föhnen war nur in der Küche möglich da eine Steckdose im Badezimmer fehlte !!! Das Reinigungspersonal war hervorragend, sehr freundlich, alles wurde gründlichst gesäubert,  selbst Wäsche aufgehängt  und Frühstücksgeschirr wurde abgewaschen  (dafür nochmal herzlichen Dank).  Das Personal an der Rezeption war dagegen eher distanziert und formell ,  bekamen bei Ankunft überhaupt keine Informationen über Unternehmungen , Tipps. Überhaupt ist die Rezeption als solche kaum zu erkennen ( kein bisschen einladend, die MAB können kaum mit dem Kopf über den Rezeptionstresen gucken) , erinnert eher an einen Counter in einem Autohaus was schade ist, da ansonsten viel Wert auf schöne Einrichtungen gelegt wurde. Leider ist es für JEDERMANN möglich durch die Eingangstür direkt zu den Fahrstühlen zu gelangen OHNE  jegliche Kontrolle !!! Von Sicherheit kann da nicht die Rede sein !!!! Die Verarbschiedung gestern von einem Herrn dessen Namen wir leider nicht kennen war sehr freundlich.
