Expensive Car park was chargable for guests. Drop off is 10 mins which is no use when you have baggage so you end up in the car lark which is £6 per hour!! No shuttle bus for terminal 4 available, basically you're on your own

A very tired looking Radisson, needs refurbishment. Old run down carpets and furnishings. Even the cutlery in the restaurant is really tired. Needs replacing. Parking fees even for hotel residents!

The hotel room was very clean, the location opposite Heathrow Airport was great and the breakfast was tasty.

The room was very dated, low lighting, very worn out looking. Bathtub very narrow and not safe for my 87 year old mother to stand in it. Poor tv programming.

Automated check-in. Absolute bedlam in reception. Hotel restaurant did not display prices on their website, emailed them to ask for a copy of the menu before we visited, didn’t get a response. We therefore did not use the restaurant.

Perfect for an overnight stay for an early Heathrow flight.

The staff were exceptional and accommodating. They kindly facilitated our two booked rooms next to one another as we had a 7month old baby with us. The hotel was extremely good value and a great location for easy access (7 minute drive) to Terminal 5 - we did have a car and for a relatively small fee, it was easy to park at the hotel. We ate a snack in the restaurant and the food was great - the citrus fruit salad was very good quality and value. Check in and out was a breeze.

One room was damp smelling in the bathroom, slightly unfortunate. This is a very large hotel with many rooms - it is functional rather than luxury and the rooms could be a little cleaner, especially the window cills.

Great room and I couldn't have asked for anything more. They really went above and beyond for us.

The Hotel is perfectly fine for the business traveller.

Booking.com needs to be more careful about how the hotels are identified on your site, especially when there are two hotels of similar brand nearby. It shows on the web site and in the reservation as "Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre London Heathrow". It is actually identified on site as "Radisson Red". Nearby is Radisson Blu, which resulted in us arriving at the wrong hotel only to find there was no reservation. Similarly, last year we booked at "Leonardo Royal Hotel London City - Tower of London". Arrived at a nearby hotel identified as "Leonardo Royal London Tower Bridge", again wrong place due to improper identification. Please be more specific in future. This has resulted in significant loss of confidence in Booking.com when we can't rely on the information provided.

Room was spacious and comfortable and kept at a pleasant tempurature. The breakfast was also great with a huge selection catering for all needs. The gym and swimming pool was an added bonus.

Airport shuttle bus didn't turn up in the hour i was waiting. I had to get an uber in order to not miss my flight. I know bus transport isn't the hotels responsibility, but it would have been nice to have been told of the unreliability, or have a shuttle bus of their own.

This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel, staff were again very friendly and helpful ,good value for money, great location to all of Heathrow terminals and there are bus shuttles that take you to the different terminals although we had a uber, bedrooms were lovely and clean with superb aircon,breakfast was £21 but there was lots of everything and very well presented it was lovely, excellent hotel couldn't fault it if I'm honest definitely will come back again soon.

Despite checking in online, none of the kiosk were working when we arrived. There was quite a long queue but fortunately we didn’t have to wait too long

They need to be more clear on shuttle services and how to get to and from airport. They say they have a shuttle service but seems u could only pre book and was extortionately priced. Taxi was priced at £26 for 5 mins down road. There a hotel hopper which u can catch which is frequent and reasonable but it really isn’t made clear at all on website.

Not clearly defined onBooking.com as Radisson Red . Taxi took me to other Radisson and had to walk to the red one. Quite a large step out of bath/ shower to floor and nothing to grip. Less abled guests would need a grab rail or just remove bath and make it a shower.

Having to pay a considerable amount for breakfast, the only way to get decaf real coffee, is to pay an additional amount at the Starbucks stand. Parking is offered but the car park was over flowing and cars were double parked.

Surprised this time for the 5GBP charge for the pool. Guess I didn't read everything close as we have stayed several times before. Like the gentleman behind me I expected staying at a hotel with a pool there wouldn't be an addition charge. Wonder why no charge for the gym with all the towels and equipment there

Floor was soaking wet down the side of the bed TV didn't work charging points in the room didn't work staff were unhelpful in moving us to a different room or even supplying us stuff to cover up how wet the floor was pretty disgusting situation we should of been offered alternative room or even alternative accommodation

Check in and taxi booking is all smooth and the staff is at hand to help. Breakfast was one of the best! Bed comfortable, firm. The view of planes taking off was an excellent bonus.

Other guests who bang doors after their merriment late at night is not great for those flying out early

Location is good for airport transport but thats about it.

I found my overall experience very poor. Upon arrival i used your self service check in. The check in cancelled twice and took me 7 attempts to get a key cut. In the bar area i sat at my table for 10 mins waiting for a waiter to take my food order, i then went upto the bar and they said i couldnt order from here and go back to my seat and a waiter would take my order. Waiter arrived 10 mins later, i then got no condiments which i had to go to the bar and ask for. After my food i asked the waiter for the bill, i waited 10 mins and no bill arrived, i went pay at bar and i was told a waiter would be down to take my payment. I then waited another 10 mins before he arrived In my room the tv did not work even after i restarted it a few times, the wifi also kept dropping. I rang down to reception to report this twice but each time no one answered. I then walked down to reception to report this but the queue was so long as you only had one receptionist i just gave up and went to bed. I travel allot for work and this is one of the worst experiences i have ever had

The room was small but we didn’t mind it because we were only staying for a night before catching a flight. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet at night. We ordered evening meals which we ate in the bar. Both were fine. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked well.

The hotel was exceptionally busy and we had quite a wait before we could check in. The automated check in wrongly told us that our room wasn’t ready although staff said it was. People were complaining that there was nowhere left for them to park and the public areas were full of people and quite noisy.

The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was good.

WiFi was rubbish kept disconnecting. The TV in the room you coulding watch it as the picture pixaled all the time. If you park in the back car park you have to walk all the way round to reception to book in, was told we couldn't book in via the back entrance.

I stayed overnight journeying to london. The spa was my main reason but it was an excellent standard as was the room and bar area.

The room felt tired. The bath didn’t drain properly so you were showering standing in a bath full of water and the towels were like rags.

Close location to LHR and the local buses that travel down the Bath Road . Room comfortably designed . Appreciated the room had a “walk in shower” +lots of extra towels . Having a small fridge in the room was handy and a good coffee machine appreciated . If you are a “ plane watcher”,definitely book a room on the 5th floor . You can sit and watch the planes land on the nearby run way . It’s quiet though ..won’t disturb your sleep,. There are lots of sitting areas in the lobby and outside the hotel; makes for a pleasant and relaxing time . The reception staff very personable and helpful . And a special thank you goes out to Rishabh — ( Supervisor):your welcoming smile , your kindness and assistance during “ check- in” was very much appreciated. You are a credit to this Radisson Hotel.

I’ve stopped here many times before travelling abroad for work. The hotel is excellent and has everything you need, including facilities for charging cars. It’s a large place, but the food is good, and the service is always excellent.

The overall experience was quite enjoyable and met my expectations. The amenities provided were satisfactory, contributing positively to my visit. I found the location to be convenient for my needs during the stay. I would consider returning in the future based on this visit.

Not a lot

The room had a strong smell of urine which was not coming form the bathroom and was overpowering when you entered. Previous reviews show that beds have been soaked in urine and were simply hidden with a fresh sheet which is foul. Unfortunately, I only found this out after I had reached the airport so didn't check and didn't raise this at the time due to a later check in with an early morning flight. Staff were slow checking us in and the car parking is a nightmare, avoid this hotel at all costs.

The shuttle bus from terminal did not arrive. It took me nearly 3 hours to get to hotel via alternative bus route that went long way round lots if other hotels. Will not use this hotel again for shuttle bus issues as this is not the first time it has happened.

Location good, friendly service, room was as expected. Much better than my previous stay. Good rate and all facilities worked as they should.

I asked for a twin bed or 2 queens bed instead they give me a king size bed that I have to share with a friend.

We stayed here for one night ready for a very early flight the next morning. The room was spacious & had everything we needed. It was extremely clean with a fabulous walk in shower. We left too early to have breakfst so can't comment on that but we did have dinner in the hotel restaurant & the food was excellent - I recommend the baked salmon, it was delicious! We have another early flight next week & we have booked the same hotel for an overnight stay. Highly recommend!

Free bottles of water, although it was English so pretty unfortunate tasting. Close to Heathrow with a bus!

The room had one towel even though it was a twin room booked for two people. I called down to the reception requesting a second towel to which they replied saying they’d send some up. They never came. The bathroom is pretty poor with stained toilet bowls and a poorly functioning shower. The shower had no wall attachment so it was difficult to hold the nozzle while washing. After a long day, we headed back to the hotel room only to find the card decided to randomly stop working. This was pretty frustrating but down to a technical error. We got a phone call at 00:50 in the early morning from reception, no idea why! This did wake us up. This wasn’t the most appropriate time to phone.

None of the usb ports worked and some of the 3 pin plugs didn't. Reception wanted to charge £24 for car parking even though I had stated that my wife was only staying 2 hours while dropping me off. They basically didn't listen to what I had said and assumed. After explaining a second time I think the parking was waved. The carpets in the corridors had definitely seen better days.

The property was excellent. The room was clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Very easy transfer to the airport as well.
