The swimming pool...it really helped before a ling haul flight.

I asked for an early alarm call which I didn't receive...luckily, I didn't miss my flight!

The rooms were spacious, good interior decor and very clean

No Netflix! It timed our every 7mins. Also no bus shuttle to Terminal 4 alone which was annoying

The staff was horrible, they refused to check in a guest that was on the booking and when they realised their mistake they kept making excuses instead of just apologising. I booked online and added two guests when the other guest got there they refused to check him in insisting that I had to be there or send them an email before they can check him in. I called them on the phone, and the customer service rep could hardly understand or speak english I had to repeat myself multiple times and explain the situation to her, after a long conversation she told me the issue was resolved only for the guest to still be waiting at the reception. They need to fix up their attitude, be more thorough and also get people that can at least speak and comprehend english on the phone.

The location, the service, the facilities and the breakfast are all very good.

The lighting in the rooms can improve. I understand that there is a theme etc, however it isn't bright enough when you need it to be. For example when packing your bag . The check in desks are good, and the staff are very good and helpful but there aren't enough staff member at the reception. Especially at rush times.

This was the best airport hotel I’ve stayed in yet! And I’ve travelled a lot! Pool, rooms, price and location all great.

Taxi. Service recommended. Mohamed was 30 mins early and kept pressuring me to go. I had already allowed extra time because of conditions. Asked to be taken to Terminal 3 and I already explained that I needed assistance and still dropped me off three roads away from terminal 2. I had two pieces of luggage case and hand luggage and am 82. Charged me £30. Kept on how he could take me to Devon if my flight was cancelled.

Restaurants were pricy. (Yes, it’s London)! Rooms were painted black-rather depressing-Not light and cheerful ambiance. No free airport shuttle (£ 7). Take the close by local bus for £1.75. Hotel will not mention that.

Really clean and well maintained. The lady who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful. Room was quiet.

We arrived at 9pm and there wasn't any spaces on the car park and it's a large car park. Some cars were even parked on double yellows. Just pure luck we saw someone leaving and finally got a space.

Online check in didn’t work, a lot of hassle Food choices expensive and limited. £26 for a bowl of pasta is a rip off. Hotel website showed a menu from 3 years ago with prices £10 cheaper!!

The location at London Heathrow was perfect as it allowed us to spend the night before our departure home there to unwind and prepare for the next day. Our overnight stay effectively took away the stress out the next day. It was a top class facility and great value for money. All my issues and concerns were quickly and professionally dealt with by management and staff.

We like the location and that we could leave our car for our holiday. Breakfast was very good and lots of choice for different taste.

Staff were trying my best but only one member staff on the checkin station trying to deal with too many people at once. We had a king size bed but the pillows were very small and very hard. trying to find a parking place was a nightmare, but the hotel website does state parking cannot be reserved.

Quiet bars and restaurants, happy contented atmosphere, no noisy music, it seemed busy with people. Staff we met all very pleasant. Didn’t have time to explore or use all the facilities.

Impersonal self check-in, we’re not fans of this system, the key making device didn’t work, so needed help anyway, like many other guests.

Convenient to walk from the cheaper bus stop if you come from the airport port and need to get to hotel. The staff provided extra blankets at my request.

On arrival it was easy to find someone to help. When leaving it was hard to find someone. Also the room wasn’t very inviting. It was very cold and it was chilly outside. I needed more blankets to sleep. The Icon restaurant served cold food and I waited a long time just to get a menu. I think my food was sitting f a while before they brought it to me.

Check in sucked. Their IT system wasn’t working and we waitted 20 mins. Walls are very thin and one can hear the noise of the hallway, doors opening / closing of other rooms in the morning once the air con went off and that was loud enough to wake me up While checking out it was raining and we were told to take our Ubers from another spot in the hotel as the main lobby was closed for a film shooting - kind of odd that we paid to stay here and can’t even take an uber easily and they’ve sold the lobby to someone making a film while ignoring guests who’ve paid to stay there?!??

Chaotic system for ordering in-room dining. We tried 2 phone numbers and were then told to order via the TV , which told us to call one of the numbers we’d already tried. In the end I went to the bar to order and carried it back myself 🤷🏼‍♀️

I got bitten twice in the night.

Excellent location, super easy to get to Heathrow. The breakfast exceeded expectations, the quality of the buffet was much better than is typical for hotel breakfasts, with a lot of variety and quite high quality. The room I eventually got after initial issues (see below) was clean, very quiet, comfortable, had great blackout curtains, and the staff I dealt with when I had issues were polite and responsive. Overall I’d stay here again.

I arrived late, around 11:30pm, and wanted to get checked in and get sleep as soon as I could before getting up early for my flight the next morning. First the check in machines the signs pointed me to use didn’t end up working so I had to queue at the desk, which is fine but only annoying to have spent time on the machine first for no reason. The main issue is that when I did get to the room the guy had assigned me I quickly realised it hadn’t been turned around and serviced/cleaned since the last guest, including the sheets not having been replaced (the bed was all rumpled and not made, there was still rubbish around the room and in the bin, etc). I’m not hugely fussy but obviously don’t want to sleep in sheets that strangers have slept in that haven’t been cleaned. I phoned reception from the room to ask them about it and the guy I got through to (not the same I had originally checked in with) was super helpful and polite and immediately set me up with another room where he met me with the new key. This room was great and clearly had been serviced, totally different to the uncleaned room. So overall I was impressed with the staff response to the problem but it was unfortunate it meant it took a lot longer to get settled in. I don’t know what led to the previous room having been incorrectly listed as serviced in their system. The other negative thing was that the wi-fi didn’t work well, I ended up hotspotting to my phone.

I had a pleasant stay at Radisson. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. There was nothing major that I disliked during my stay. Everything was generally well managed and comfortable. If anything, some areas could be improved slightly in terms of maintenance, but overall it did not affect my experience.

The rooms are very dark - it is stylish but there is no overhead light which is annoying when you need to see what you are packing ! The bar staff could have been more friendly and helpful. The table staff in the restaurant and check in were lovely

Gorgeously stylish, comfortable and large room with a terrific bathroom and good options on the TV. My daughter and I loved the whole aesthetic of the hotel and enjoyed the swimming pool. We couldn't believe how quiet the room was, considering we could see planes landing and taking off mere metres away and both had a really good night's sleep.

We booked this hotel due to the fantastic price, but then had to pay £24 for parking and £5 each to swim. The room service food felt overpriced. The self-checkin process was bewildering and didn't work and I would've liked information to be easier to access once in the room - I was Googling a lot of things, as it was complicated to access info like room service menu, pool opening times etc through the TV.

Breakfast always fantastic good variety caters for all needs. Lady at reception on my arrival outstanding to accommodate my needs which she did successfully. Generally staff overall friendly.

Couldn't get the connecting room we needed for the family but they got us rooms next to themselves and it was great to have a working intercom for contact. Ease of checkout was also great and the support with waiting to checkin having arrived with an early morning flight. Rishabh was awesome and kind with making our stay pleasant and ensuring we were comfortable cos we came with 3 kids with jet lags.

I travelled as a single person for one night for an early morning flight out of T2. This hotel was exceptional and surpassed my expectations. The hotel is beautiful and makes a great first impression. Check-in via the online system and key collection at the kiosk was easy. I had a Superior room, it was spacious, beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, quiet, had everything I needed, and the bed was so comfortable. It was well laid out with lots of sockets for charging and a huge mirror for getting ready. The bathroom was big and looked new. The toiletries provided were very nice. The food in the Italian restaurant was great; it's rare to find a restaurant that has fresh salads loaded with vegetables. I had a beautiful tomato salad and prawn spaghetti, and a quality glass of Sauvignon Blanc. I travel a lot and am very picky about where I stay. This hotel really delivered. For the price I paid for the room, it was exceptional value, and I would happily stay again.

Good value for money when you consider it's London. Rooms are very spacious. Transport in to centre of London is easy with the Elizabethan Line a short taxi drive away at Hayes and Harlington station.

'Taxi Drivers' claiming to work for the hotel hanging around at reception inside. We fell for one of them and although he dropped us off at the station he charged 3 times the normal fare. My wife and I felt very uncomfortable during the ride and the hotel should do more to stop this happening.
