Hotel Ariele

Bel établissement dans un quartier très sympa. A 2 pas du centre historique. Nous avons confié notre voiture au garage de l'hôtel (bien évidemment cela a un coût mais c'est le côté très serein du séjour). Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est excellent et le petit jardin pour le déguster très agréable. Personnel sympathique.

Pour une chambre twin bed, dommage que les lits ne soient pas plus larges. C'est malheureusement le cas dans beaucoup d'établissements.

Hotelul este într-o zonă foarte liniștită, într-o clădire frumoasă, cu camere foarte curate și dotate cu tot ce ai nevoie. Are o grădină unde poți servi micul dejun, să te bucuri de liniște și de preparatele de o calitate superioară. Personalul hotelului este foarte amabil, în special doamna Irina de la recepție care mereu ne întâmpina cu zâmbetul pe buze și ne oferea mereu informațiile de care aveam nevoie. Hotelul este la o distanță de 15-20 de minute de mers pe jos de zonele de interes, dar asta îl face special pentru că e atât de plăcut să îți începi dimineața în liniște sau să închei o zi încărcată de plimbări într-un loc departe de agitație și haos. Recomand din tot sufletul!

Great location close to the train station and river with walking distance to the main town centre. We enjoyed our stay here at the hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious for 3 adults to enjoy. It would have been nice for another lounge chair to enjoy but honestly we enjoyed the lounge downstairs and were out most of the days. Liked we can walk along the river into town the hot spots. The service from Irene was great so friendly and really helped with suggestions for restaurant and what is a must for sight seeing as we did not book a couple items. We would come back here again as it was quite but still walking distance to places.

This is the best hotel I have had the pleasure of staying at in Florence — and, I would say, one of the best hotels I have experienced in Italy. The rooms are beautiful, modern and brand new, with high ceilings that create an incredible sense of air and space. The views of the greenery and garden are especially lovely after a day of walking through Florence. But what makes this place truly special is the people. The staff are exceptionally kind, attentive and caring, doing everything they can to make your stay comfortable and memorable. And, of course, the breakfasts are absolutely delicious. I originally planned to stay in Florence for just one or two days. Instead, I extended my stay every single day and ended up spending a whole week here. I leave with very warm memories of my time at this hotel. It is truly a place I would love to return to.

El hotel es una maravilla! Las camas, las almohadas y las sábanas son buenísimas! El desayuno súper rico y variado y tiene un jardín muy acogedor en el que también puedes desayunar. Todo el hotel está limpísimo, no solo las habitaciones sino también los espacios comunes y está todo muy nuevo. Está a muy pocos pasos del río y puedes ir caminando al centro. El personal es súper amable. Está ubicado en una zona bastante buena de la ciudad, rodeados de edificios muy buenos, tipo palacete. La verdad es que ha superado mis expectativas.

Chambres plutôt confortables et très propres, et très bien insonorisée. Le personnel a l’accueil est absolument adorable et bienveillant. Service de voiturier (parking à 35€/jour), vous laissez vos clés et quelqu’un s’occupe d’aller garer votre véhicule que vous récupérez quand vous partez ou quand vous en avez besoin.

Un peu loin du centre (une bonne quinzaine de minutes à pied) et donc un peu éloigné des restaurants pour manger le soir (même s’il y en a quelques-uns pas si loin) Le personnel qui gère le petit déjeuner pas souriant, à la limite du désagréable, on a l’impression de déranger.

Globalement une bonne surprise, calme et confortable, bon rapport qualité prix, je serais heureux d'y séjourner à nouveau si je reviens à Florence. L'hôtel est dans un immeuble ancien et on retrouve à l'intérieur les hauts plafonds, les grands volumes et grandes fenêtres d'une ancienne demeure ce qui est très agréable, l'état est excellent avec une rénovation qui semble relativement récente, la déco est discrète, sans être luxueux c'est léger et agréable. La chambre est relativement spacieuse avec ce haut plafond, hyper calme, vue sur le jardin, climatisation très efficace et bienvenue par ces fortes chaleurs, et de loin la meilleure literie de notre séjour italien. Salle de bain très convenable avec baignoire. Bouteille d'eau à disposition sans limite, très appréciable en août. Bon buffet pour le petit déj dans le petit jardin au calme, où en salle climatisée si on préfère. Staff à l'accueil agréable et accueillant, parle anglais voire français pour certains, répond avec enthousiasme aux questions. Le quartier est très calme et aéré à 20min à pied du centre, avec quelques bars et restaus à proximités (pas de resto à l'hotel.

- J'ai choisi cet hotel notamment pour le calme du quartier, donc un peu à l'écart. 20 minutes à pied du centre c'est très acceptable pour moi, mais en pleine canicule un peu dur avec les enfants, il n'y a pas de transport en commun pratique donc l'alternative est le taxi, rapide à 15€. Le prix à payer pour être un peu à l'écart des foules dans un quartier agréable. - Conversation kafkaienne par la messagerie de booking.com avec l'hotel sur un supplément à payer pour avoir des chambres communicantes... et finalement arrivée à l'hotel avec proposition de chambre communicante sans supplément. Agaçant mais vite oublié avec une satisfaction globale.

Lo unico por poner un pero, es que concertamos el parking orque viajamos en coche y tanto en el mail antes de llegar como en el momento del check in vieron el coche y confirmaron que eran 35€ por noche, al hacer el check out, cobraron 40€. Location was perfect quiet and tranquil. A 10-15 walk to station and busy streets. Its steps from the river front. Beautiful walk to busy area. Note supermarket at top of street and incredible Mexican restaurant Tijuana Tropical Garden 5-7min in walk. Reception, cleaning and breakfast staff. Excellent. Building old and beautifully renovated to chic and elegant, modern vibe and standards. Old traditional meets, sleek, clean and modern. Cute garden to relax in. Room was large airy, beautiful high ceils, French door window, over looking garden. Plenty of space in room and bathroom. Fridge, safe and good wardrobe. Brilliant air conditioning. Towels and bed linen changed every day. Hotel atmosphere was the one of calm and quiet. Perfect after a long day of sightseeing. I found it to be value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Die Lage vom Hotel Ariele haben wir als perfekt empfunden. Alles war in Gehweite erreichbar. Das Frühstück war superfein und sehr umfangreich. Das Zimmer ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet und sauber, hell sowie angenehm temperiert. Rundum alles perfekt!

Das Einzige, was wir nicht wussten war, dass wir in der Lobby kostenlos Wasser hätten trinken dürfen. Dies haben wir erst bei der Abreise, bei einem Check-In von anderen Gästen gehört. Der sehr nahe gelegene Carefour hat uns dafür aber als Stammgäste für Getränke gekannt.

This is a very good hotel. The staff is amazing – they even helped with some random loud party on the street which was just next to my room's window. Staff is very helpful, the room and bathroom very clean, hotel is situated ca. 15' walk from the city centre. You can eat breakfast inside or in a pretty garden.

Hard to say – everything was great. Only the breakfasts could be a bit better quality / taste, but it was ok!

Breakfast was good, vegetables needed more attention, the room was clean, complimentary water was available in the mini fridge, staff was polite and helpful.

Paper cups in the room for tea and coffee seem weird for a 4 star hotel, it would be useful to have conditioner in the bathroom not just hair and body wash combo. Air conditioning control is a bit too limited/restrictive for comfort.

Eski şehrin içerisinde ama kenarında, hem sakin ve elit bir mahalle hem de merkeze yakın. Odamız güzeldi, temiz ve konforluydu. Bahçesi güzeldi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. ZTL'nin içindesiniz ama kameralara denk gelmeyecek kadar kenardasınız.

Biraz daha merkeze yakın olabilirdi. Sabah kente yürüyüp, akşam geri dönüyorduk. Gün içerisinde arada otele uğrayıp geri çıkmak oldukça yorucu olabilir.

todo fue excepcional, no hubo algo que no me gustara, el barrio estuopendo, cerca de todo, la habitacion muy bonita, techos altos, excelente confort en habitaciones, bano impecable, lo recomiendo ampliamente y repetiria.

L'hôtel est très agréable avec de beaux espaces. La chambre est claire et propre. Un large choix est proposé pour le petit-déjeuner. Le personnel est toujours accueillant et souriant.

-équipement et décoration minimaliste niveau 2 à 3 étoiles, par exemple pas de portes valises, minimum d'objet de toilette, le pouf l'assis très usée. aucune décoration. -vue sur le jardin, c'est plus un patio avec 6 sur 7 palmiers morts depuis longtemps. - tarif du parking très élevée 80€ pour 3 nuits, Le prix de la chambre que nous avons réservés en mars 2026. était de 1320 € alors que 3 jours avant notre venue à 820€ soit moins de 60%. Nous avons le sentiments d'avoir été abusé. En conclusion nous sommes très déçus.

We chose this hotel because it is close to Santa Maria Novella Station (about a 15-minute walk), as well as Florence Duomo and Piazza della Signoria (about 20–25 minutes on foot). We found a clean hotel with welcoming rooms, a well-equipped bathroom, a very varied breakfast with good coffee, and an extremely friendly staff. The hotel is located on a quiet street, away from heavy traffic, which makes the stay even more pleasant. In short, you will find everything you need for a successful and enjoyable stay.

The locaition is great - walking distance to the center, yet not as loud as the main areas. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back again.

Lovely hotel, with authentic Florence feel but all the modern amenities. The hotel is close enough to walk to the center, but in a quiet area close to the river front to get a good night rest. The terrace is lovely for a nice breakfast and the staff is excellent. Filtered and citrus water is available every day for guests, which is a great help in hot summer days. Private parking is available with a private garage and valet service, for an extra fee.

La biancheria da bagno mi ha un po’ delusa, in un 4 stelle mi aspetto degli asciugamani di spugna, e anche di buona qualità, abbiamo invece trovato tipo lenzuolo/tnt.

We love staying at Hotel Ariel! Facilities are wonderful, and the breakfast buffet is outstanding!

The hotel feels very new and inviting. Our room was clean and brightly lit (garden view), and the decor was modern. They have a breakfast area that I did not have time to use, but the area looks nice and my husband said the free breakfast looks good. The receptionist was also lovely and helpful. They lock the hotel lobby doors after a certain time at night, but there is someone there 24/7 to let you in, even when we came back around 4am! The neighborhood seems to be a newer developed area— mainly residential and not much to do around there, but felt extremely safe.

O quarto era excelente, a cama muito cómoda e confortável e o pequeno-almoço muito superior ao que é habitual em hotéis. Os funcionários muito prestáveis. Em resumo, adorei a estadia.

Lovely, quiet hotel, yet within 15 minute walk from main attractions. Pleasant walk along the riverside into the centre. High ceiling in room increased feeling of spaciousness and we had a lovely view onto the garden. Excellent breakfast with added bonus of being able to sit outside on lovely mornings. Staff welcoming and helpful. Can't fault the hotel for comfort and quietness. Most welcome at the end of a busy day sightseeing

The safe in the room was on the small side, not large enough for a laptop.

Very clean, quiet neighborhood, beds extremely comfortable and just what I needed for my transition through Florence. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was typical and delicious. Perhaps a bit more remote that I'd calculated, but everything was still a (longer) walk away and the peaceful area makes up for the distance.

It’s a very nice small modern boutique hotel in a very quiet area Florence. The rooms are very generous and modern, with very comfortable beds. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Our room looked out to a beautiful backyard garden. The hotel is about seven minutes walk from the old town city center, you walk along the river. The breakfast is small, but very nice and you can sit out in the garden. The hotel offers valet parking. It’s a very good option in Florence.

This hotel is a bit out of city center but nothing an electric bike can’t do. There are plenty to rent thru Florence. We had the best time exploring Florence and going to all the places! The hotel breakfast was great, just wish they left the cushions on the outdoor furniture so we could have some breakfast there. It was also very warm in the room even on full AC. I also wish there would have been one more bathroom for a room for 4. But you get what you pay for I suppose.

We loved how it was removed from the tourist hub but was still an easy walk to see the sites. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

This hotel has a lovely courtyard and breakfast spread. Chefs and linens are high end. The customer service is excellent - made us breakfast bags for early flight. Will recommend to family and friends.

Ariele Hotel is off the beaten path but still just a 15 min walk to the center of Florence. It’s perfect if you like to be away from the hubbub of the touristy centers. There are plenty of nice restaurants nearby including an amazing gelato/cake shop. It’s only a couple blocks from the lovely Arno River. The rooms are spacious (we had a Jr Suite with king bed) and minimalist, so there was plenty of room to do yoga if you want. Everything was super clean. Breakfast was not inspiring, but did include meats, eggs, and cheese in addition to the pastries, toast, butter, jam, and fancy coffee machine. And they had a nice little courtyard to sit outside - very rare in Florence hotels/AirBnBs. I ate breakfast there every day. Best of all was the staff! They provided recommendations for the restaurants, and for visiting museums and other places in town. They were always willing to go the extra mile, getting us extra towels and even letting me log in to their computer to cancel some train tickets. I would definitely stay there again!
