The hotel is beautiful. Spotless and luxurious in decor. Lovely big room and bathroom. Beautiful breakfast room. Breakfast was excellent. Hot food made to your choice. Easy to get to from train station on the Tram. Easy to walk to town although we like walking so didn’t mind the walk. We walked from hotel to the view point Piazza Michelangelo on other side of river for the sunset and it took 45 mins brisk walk.

We stayed 2 nights and first night we had a poor sleep due to a rubber sheet to protect the mattress. It was not smooth and felt uncomfortable. Second night we took it off and had an excellent sleep in a very comfortable bed. Please re think this rubber sheet.

It is not really a negative per se, but for regular sauna-goers, it is good to know that this place prohibits entering the Finnish sauna without a swimsuit, which is rather unnatural and potentially hazardous to health, as swimwear is not designed to be exposed to temperatures of around 100°C.

Pretty much everything and everyone was perfect from a lovely breakfast to getting a bucket of ice late in the evening. The spa was so relaxing and all facilities were excellent. You certainly feel like you are special staying in a wonderful hotel. Also, a Tram stop outside the property for ease of access and a nice pizza place across the road.

My only issue was that I am a big guy and the spa robe comes in one size only, which was way too small. Maybe a large. My suggestion would be to stock just a few larger sizes so that everyone can feel included.

Bij vertrek hadden wij veel bagage en er stond niemand aan de receptie. Receptionist maaakte geen aanstalten om te helpen. Welness werd tussen de tijdslots niet watervrij gemaakt wat voor een gladde situatie zorgde. Man had tussen de slots water eens kunnen wegtrekken duurt 2 min. Wel mooie welness

Distance from duomo and ufizi approximately 1,5km / 25min walk. If time is available, it is a nice/lovely walk.

L hôtel est neuf, les chambre sont magnifiques, la propreté et les décors. A 10 mètres d une station de petits bus électriques et gare tramway pour rejoindre le centre de Florence en parking. Personnel qui parle le Français et très gentils.

Le prix du parking pourrait être compris dans la chambre, 35 euros la nuit.

A experiência foi maravilhosa do início ao fim. Desde o momento da chegada (amei a decoração) e a receptividade no atendimento. O hotel ao meu ver oferece muito mais do que se espera de um Hotel quatro estrelas. A parte que eu mais amei foi a do spa, com duchas com cheiros e temperaturas diferentes, saunas, hidromassagem e espaço relaxante com música que acalma. Além disso o hotel deixa à disposição suco e bolachinhas o dia todo em um espaço para quem chega dos passeios. O café da manhã também foi excelente. Para quem precisa passar roupa, o hotel empresta vaporizador. Eu voltaria mil vezes nele.

Não teve nada que eu não tenha gostado. É preciso que as pessoas saibam que há necessidade de pedir táxi para deslocamento. Talvez seja o único ponto, porém, o hotel é tão bom que isso no final acaba nem influenciando.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. This is an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it. Everyone from the receptionist, the breakfast waiter, the spa attendant and the chambermaid are helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast is excellent, and the spa is very good. Thank you very much.

The room was small. The micro-bar was miniature.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. The hotel was impeccably clean and the breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to start the day. The location was also very convenient: the main attractions were around a 20–30 minute walk away and there was a bus/tram stop directly opposite the hotel, making it very easy to get around. A special mention absolutely goes to the spa, it was incredible. After spending the whole day walking and exploring the city, being able to relax there was the perfect way to end the day. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable hotel with wonderful service, excellent facilities and a very convenient location. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

C’est un établissement bien conçu, très design, très chic on s’y sent de suite bien. Le personnel est accueillant. Malheureusement on n’a pas eu le temps de découvrir le SPa. C’est un hôtel bien situé proche du centre ville historique de Florence. Nous avons opté de tout faire a pied.

Fabulous hotel. The decor was beautiful and the room was comfy and clean. The staff were approachable and friendly and they gave us a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A great choice for breakfast and the food was delicious.

Śniadanie rewelacja typowo włoskie, jak i europejskie, duzy wybór jedzenia. W pokoju było bardzo czysto, zestaw kosmetyków w łazience, kapcie oraz szlafrok. Spa rewelacja sauna, strefa relaksu jacuzzi. Ogólnie polecamy Hotel.

La ubicación por el clao q hacia. Está a unos 20 minutos del meollo. Hay taxis, autobuses, tranvia....

L'hôtel dans son ensemble, très bon emplacement surtout avec une voiture ,parking prix très correct, arrêt de bus devant l hôtel. Très propre, très bel accueil et personnel parlant français (Billy et François très à l’ecoute et aux petits soins) sans oublier les cuisines pour un petit déjeuner tout fait maison et de très bonne qualité et frais!! Le spa aussi est très appréciable et agréable !!!

We liked the friendly customer service; the hotel decor; the 1 hour daily use of the spa (jacuzzi); that the toilet, bidet & basin was across the hallway separate to the shower & basin); the 24/7 hotel customer service.

That the restaurant at the hotel could have also provided dinner (only breakfast provided). Also there was no kettle in the room for tea (only a coffee pod machine).

We had a wonderful 8-night stay at The Moon Boutique Hotel & Spa and couldn’t have asked for a better base for our time in Florence. A special mention has to go to all of the receptionists and managers, who were always incredibly welcoming, helpful and happy to assist us with anything we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The gentleman looking after the spa also deserves a special mention — extremely friendly, attentive and made our spa experience feel that little bit more special. We’d also like to thank the head waiter who looked after us at breakfast on our final Sunday and Monday mornings. He was fantastic, very attentive to our needs and made sure we were well looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable and relaxing, but it was really the staff and their hospitality that made our stay memorable. A lovely way to spend our time in Florence, and somewhere we would happily return to!

Det var 2 trikke stasjoner fra sentrum. Det ligger et kjempe god pizzeria gå avstand fra hotellet! Frokosten på hotellet var kjempe god og man kunne bestille egge retter som kom rett fra kjøkkenet .

Fikk ingen hjelp med bagasje da vi ankom. Men utover dette, ingenting å klage på.

Le petit déjeuner avec des suppléments payants et pas très frais. Le double vitrage innéficace, on a l’impression d’être dans la rue à 6h du matin. ( ambulances, trafic...)

This is a lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and with a lovely decor. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered very good variety of both cold and warm options. The location is convenient for public transport and access to the main train station, city centre, and tramline heading to the airport.

Perfect location, various amenities are in walking distance as well as the historic center. Also great if you are coming for an event in Visarno. Also also, a tram and bus stop accross the street. Facilities are spottless and the vibe is immaculate. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved the Spa. We loved the breakfast. There were so many options we couldn't try them all.

Unique

Stands out for the breakfast variety and quality. Francois, the person responsible for breakfast, is exceptional and a real asset to the hotel. Great air-conditioning and water pressure, good and free wifi, comfortable beds, big and clean rooms, nice décor, good spa area. The hotel is not within comfortable walking distance to the centre, especially during the summer months. But, right outside the hotel there are airconditioned buses (C2) and Trams (T1) that can take you downtown fast. You can pay on the bus/tram by tapping your bank card to a reader.

1. In booking.com the hotel was listed as having refundable rooms, "pay at the property" type. We chose those, but at the final step we were forced to pay online to make the booking, otherwise we couldn't proceed. I don't know who is to blame for this discrepancy/dishonesty, booking.com or the hotel. 2. Being a family, we booked and specifically asked (by writing at the hotel) two adjacent rooms. We were told that they will try to accommodate our request. Upon arrival, we were allocated to different floors! They never informed us that our specific request could not be accommodated and insisted on putting the blame on the customer (us) that didn't explicitly say that not having adjacent rooms is a "dealbreaker". This is unacceptable behaviour! Then, they offered to give us two smaller (much cheaper), adjacent rooms but refused to refund the price difference, putting the blame to us again! Anyway, in the end, we took the two rooms in different floors, got used to going up and down the stairs and had a great time staying at the hotel :)

There was honestly nothing not to like! Everything, from the moment we entered (fresh, clean, tremendous reception staff) to the room ( bright, spotlessly clean) to breakfast ( beautiful breakfast room, amazing choice, perfectly presented) to checkout - everything was perfect. We also had the opportunity to use the spa - it was amazing; We found this to be a super place from which to explore all that Florence has to offer. We walked everywhere - nothing felt too far.

La persona addetta al controllo della Spa entrava ed usciva ripetutamente come se volesse controllare cosa si stava facendo all’interno della Spa, poca empatia con le persone all’interno della Spa che si sono lamentate tutte del modo di fare dell’addetto… Avevamo la sensazione di essere osservati senza motivo, anzichè rilassarci
