Yogurt and muffins too sweet.

The outside access to the room was appreciated. The bed was comfortable and hot water in the bathroom.

Overall, things are worn and tired looking. The bathroom floor group and caulking were poorly repaired. The interior and exterior doors were dirty looking. The concrete outside the room entrance was a loose gravel mess. The bathroom towels had that well washed old stain discoloration to them. The breakfast was lacking attention when we showed up at 0720. The oatmeal packets contained hardened settled content, I threw the first one out. The milk was empty and we had to ask for some. The coffee lacked any satisfying taste. The attendant was microwaving frozen sausages, which we lost patience waiting for. Another customer pointed out a coffee spill at the counter to which she replied she would get to when she had time. Restocking yogurt was her priority. Please give her a roll of paper towels so she didn’t have to pump the dispense repeatedly to produce long strips for some use. I have no idea if there were any other hot items as nothing was displayed. No observed sense of urgency to have food items ready for the guests. I think the pancake machine was working but again no indication things were ready.

The convenience of the hotel was good. Staff were polite.

The rug in my room was very dirty. It was cramped for all the furniture. They must have had problems with a door across the hall, because it kept beeping. It would have been nice to have a cool room to walk into. Not a big concern, but I needed to immediately turn the fan on to cool the room. A bit dark and dingy. A very old hotel that has tried to be revitalized. The choice of breakfast was very subpar.

The price was right

The server in the kitchen was suffering from a bad cold and kept blowing/wiping her nose without washing her hands in between. Not very sanitary.

Pancakes were pre-made and then you popped them in the toaster. It made it quick but not sure I like them sitting out.

Glad to see the upgrades from years previously when I stayed there. Beds were super comfy .although the hottub was not working the pool was nice water was warm not freezing like other hotels. Breakfast is limited options but still nice to have breakfast offered

Only issue was the molding around the door came unsecured and locked us out of the outdoor door but it was not a huge issue going forward

There were lots of towels and pillows. The breakfast options were good.

We had requested a main floor room when booking online, but the comment/ request was not seen. The toilet was very loud even flushed.

Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Property older but basically clean, just in need of some maintenance. Staff very friendly.

Pillows were fat and hard - bed was waaay too soft. Location while convenient was beside the highway so traffic noise all night.

Great location. Very friendly staff! A little older and worn but beds were comfortable and rooms decent. Good value for the price we were charged.

Carpeting in the room was pretty worn and window did not open.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Also, I overheard a young server at the breakfast as she was making conversation with some of the guests and I really appreciated the friendliness and inclusiveness in how she related to them. I thought she should be commended (sorry I don't know her name).

location was fine. breakfast was sub par.

the room was humid and very warm. The AC was broken and it was an 80 degree day. needless to say, we did not sleep well at all. The facility pool was not available due to maintenance/repairs. we were travelling with two young children. not having the pool was very disappointing. we would not have booked this hotel if we had known the pool was not available. Very disaapointing.

Great value for the price. Clean room, comfortable stay, and although the breakfast was basic, overall everything was good.

The breakfast was fine for the price. I just wish the breakfast area had a warmer and happier atmosphere to make the morning more enjoyable.

Plenty of hot and cold items for breakfast with fresh pancakes. Food was continuously replenished. Excellent beverages, fruits, yogurts and choice of jams. Staff was physically present overseeing the breakfast room. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Big size and clean washroom with decent toiletries. Big tv with plenty of channels. Wifi was fast. Plenty of light fixtures in the room.

No elevator although some rooms were accessible from parking lot. Too close to the highway and prominent motor vehicle noise all night. Lobby was small and unappealing. Not many seating areas. Place looks-bit old and rundown.

Location excellent, room is a good size and the king bed was very comfortable. I like both a couch and sofa in the room made it a very comfortable room. Breakfast choices were good.

We were close to the staff storage room and prior to 8:00 am it was pretty noisy. Also sheets for the king need to be bigger, these did not fit down the sides of the mattress at all.

Room wasn't very clean (window sill was filthy) bed was saggy, breakfast was poor

the building itself was just quite outdated, and the breakfast was kind of small, as well as the carpet in our room felt a bit damp, which was concerning, the staff were very nice though and there’s only so much they can do. It’s really the building needs a renovation not the greatest value for your money, I would maybe pay $90 for the hotel room, not $120

Breakfast was decent. Missing eggs/bacon but other options were good. (Took a muffin and orange and coffees). the pool was pretty warm that was a big plus. Comfortable pillows

Old Cherry pits behind the night table and the pool/hot tub area was a little dingy.

Breakfast was underwhelming although the staff attending were very cheerful/helpful.

- the water very very dirty - bed uncomfortable - pillows too high and hard - general hotel is too old and dirty - The curtains are very small and short, the sunlight wakes you up at 5 am. It's very, very bad. - TV subscription systems are Shaw brand, and you're constantly watching commercials. You watch movies during commercial breaks. It's terrible.

Hair from others in tub. Was put in a room in the basement, felt like it was because of the deal I received from booking that I was put down there. I was not impressed with anything really.

Location was nice. Shampoo and body wash on the wall was nice too. Front desk attendant was very helpful and resourceful.

Room was fairly warm. Ac didn't seem to work well. Parking wasn't ideal. Curtains wouldn't really stay closed. Bathroom fan was very loud. There was a dark stain on the sheet as well.

The breakfast was ok, no complaints and the location is fine as it was between both shopping centres.

The outside door to the room had to be slammed shut and hard to open, this was very difficult for my wife to open and close. The surrounding area of the pool was starting to crumble and the pool show didn’t work.

Staff was very informative about the road closure.

Location is good, with great staff. Breakfast is good. Included small fridge, micro-oven in room. Facilities are okay.

Very old building, old carpet style in modern times with very poor lighting and ambience. It badly needs renovation. The Wyndham Green Saving initiative is not at all acceptable if the same blankets and towels are used from one visitor to another. Is this really hygienic practice. Needs some clarification. If they are changing from one visitor to another is fine or else not at all acceptable.
