Absolutely nothing! This place is a dive.

Run down, holes in the wall, broken blinds, broken TV and the staff are liars!! We had to evacuate Penticton due to fire evacuation so I had to cancel the room last minute so we could get home to Alberta. I was told no problem I would get a refund but 6 weeks later still no money back. Horrible service! Not my fault we had to leave BC. I will be talking to the better business bureau about this. Never again will I book here. Sleeping in the car would have been better. Extremely dissapointed.

Very dated and not clean, and no shower curtains.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment which space-wise was fabulous. Full kitchen. Coffee provided. Lots of space. Big living room and dining room. 2 washrooms with showers !

Showing its age a bit but you know renos bring higher prices. Because this had a kitchen and people have been cooking food over the years, the food smell was strong. Property is a bit older but we did not have any safety concern.

It was a very unpleasant resort, too dirty and unsafe. The washroom was never cleaned properly, toilet paper holder was broken and ne repaired it, so disappointing. I would never recommend this property.

Only the location is good, but the management is poor.

Room had bed smell. Mold grew in the bathroom. One of the trash cans in bathroom was full when I checked in a cover underneath the sink. Toilet water kept running. They didn't have indoor or outdoor or jacuzzi as advertised.

Found alternative accommodation even thought I'd pre paid. Mould in bathroom, lots of cracked tiles, unsecure patio door, loose front door handle grounds and room rundown dishevelled

Room was bigger than expected

The security latch flip guard was broken so the only lock was on the door handle, and the door did not seal properly. The fridge was not plugged in and when it was opened, there was a foul sour smell. There were many ants in the toilet, sink, and bathtub, as well as many ants in the bathroom, which came back multiple times. The toilet seat was almost detached, almost fell in toilet. The floor to ceiling balcony blinds had multiple panels missing and did not close properly. There were no batteries in the tv remote. The garbage can lid was broken. The room was generally dirty and unkempt, dust and dirt on the floorboards, there was tape in the bathroom to seal the tub, and the seal between the outside of the tub and the wall/floor was rotten away to the point that there was a hole.

If the pools and playground were in working order it wouldn’t have been bad. They offered a full refund on August 10. We have not received it yet on August 16.

Beds were firm Rooms were a good size and good location. Accommodated us even though for whatever reason our reservation wasnt saved in the computer. Staff was able to see that we did book.

Pool wasn t available. Issue with booking, didnt have my reservation from third party. Very glad was able to still accomadate us!

Rooms were dirty and the bathroom smelt of mold.

Denied us check in because we were 18. They said BC law was 19 for rental rooms. Went down the road and checked into an Inn no issues. Still have yet to get a refund. I did call ahead and ask and the person on the phone confirmed 18 was their check in age for booking.

Ac was not working, after using washroom, sink was outside the washroom right beside the bed.

Stayed there 30 years ago and not much has changed. It’s a dump. They should burn the place down and rebuild and for sure they should close it out as a motel accommodation until these changes are made.

Just upgrade the place for that kind of money they should’ve charged 20 bucks a night total disgrace run by a bunch of East Indians. I’ll never stay there again ever ever ever.

Here’s a polished version that is clear, factual, and appropriate for a property review: I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. We were supposed to check in at 4:00 PM, but due to a delay, we arrived around 5:30 PM. Shortly after checking in, I used the washroom and, when I flushed the toilet, the water overflowed onto the floor outside the bathroom. The property had to call someone to come and repair the issue. Later, around 12:30 AM, we received a call from the lobby staff saying that we had contacted them, even though we had not called anyone. This was disruptive and affected our sleep. Unfortunately, the room itself was also not in good condition. The lighting was inadequate, the bedsheets did not appear clean and had visible holes, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I would not consider staying at this property again. I expected a much cleaner, better-maintained, and more comfortable room.

I'm not sure what to say here I like that. It was close to the highway and close to coffee shop

The room was extremely dirty. I believe they're in the process of renovations. The air conditioner was hung on the wall but wasn't fully covered, so it was exposed to some outside. The door wouldn't fully close extremely dirty. Don't recommend I was almost charged twice for the room. Because I did booking.com. And they didn't realize that I had already paid. I supposedly have or am getting a refund.Which i'm going to contact my bank today to see if it was done. The area is very sketchy, lots of sketchy people.

The location was the only good thing

Would not stay here again.

The location was central. The neighbouring stores are walking distance for items we need replacing or topping up. The staff were friendly. Since the pool was not in use, they were kind enough to let our 5yr-old play billiards and table tennis with dad.

The pool was not available to use—huge disappointment for us! The pool was one of the main attraction when booking the site. I had promised my kids pool use for this stopover, but it hurts to see them disheartened and disappointed.

Do NOT go here😭✌️ the first thing my family and I notice when we walk into our room is that there is NO lock and a bed blocks our door from fully opening it. Then we see that the sink drains into a bucket and there’s mold on the ceiling. And in the main room the sliding door leading out to the courtyard does fully close either. There’s also a non working tv and a fridge that smelt FUNKY AF😭 not to mention the toilet seat is worn down and should’ve been replaced years ago. And id like to specify that the room I stayed in was room 310.

Bed was ok.

State of room. Broken floor boards, missing front for baseboards heater, curtains coming off hooks, holes in walls, No rod in toilet tissue holder, missing towel rack, holes still there. Tub rusty in parts. Tub was painted and peeling. Worst of all, couldn't get shower to work. Lever was stuck. No other rooms available.

The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet The room and bathroom were both very clean

Nothing comes to mind . . . it was good modest accommodation

Good backyard/lawn. But the grass were too long and not maintained. Dogs were not allowed on the lawn which was also pretty funny because they allow pets in the rooms but not on the outdoor lawns

We arrived and checked in, we weren't informed about anything. We were just given the key to the room.. -When we walked in, we saw the bathroom-dirty-unflushed toilet with urine still in it and leak on the floor. The bath tub was dirty and not cleaned as shown in the photos -The bathtub was clogged so we could not use it to shower. As a resolution, they gave us a key to a different room (about 2-4 min walk around the resort) just so we can take a shower. -The sink in the "kitchen" were not clean and dirty dishes were just sitting there, as shown in the photos. -The lights in 2 of the rooms were not working so we had to keep the main light on in the main room (where I slept). -The ceiling fans in 2 of the rooms were not working so the doors had to be left open so the AC would get inside the rooms. -Electrical sockets were not working except for 2 in the entire room, so we had to take turns to charge our devices.

Was definitely getting run down from our previous stays. We were so excited to use the two pools and hot tub, none of which were operational. In fact, they were empty. I asked for our money back so we could go somewhere with a pool, the staff were awesome and refunded us.

The pool was out of service due to maintenance. There was no modem in room 304. There is no remote for the TV, no microwave They gave a microwave after 1 day, and gave the wife of the office after 1 day, and set the TV without a remote after 2days Please accommodate a refund of some money There was a leak under the sink in ROOM 310

Please fix the above things, and I would like to have a refund amount

the man at front desk was very nice. when i asked for a refund he was understanding and helped us get a room at a nicer hotel.

the indoor and outdoor pools were closed down with no plans to repair. the rooms were outdated and the bathroom lights flickered and the bathroom door didn't close all the way. our room didn't open out onto the private grassy field but instead into a unkept parking lot feeling unsafe. the location was central and easy access from highway.

I love the location but the pool was closed but it was ok as long as they’re getting renovated.

Toilet seats were broken, curtain was in hanged , but I had to fixed it myself when we walked right in, under the beds were so dirty like crumbs , dust etc. I accidentally spilled my water then I wiped it with a towel and it was so dirty liked it was never mopped. Oh and the shower were kept dripping water.

The pools are not working. The door to the courtyard is very hard to open . The blinds keep falling off.

There isn't much that I liked. I was disappointed with my stay. I would not recommend staying here. Why do I have to say What did you like?

I was disappointed with my stay. There were many things that were broken or not working properly which made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. It feels like the property has been poorly maintained for a long time. This hotel is in serious need of a complete renovation before it should be open for business.

We love the location.

For our stay recently, we were very disappointed because we thought there was still the pool and the playground. This was actually the reason why we kept coming back here but then it wasn't been updated in the website. We also noticed that the room wasn't that really clean especially the washroom. The shower head was not working, the bath tub was very dirty. It wasn't like this before. We don't what had happened. And also, we were promised to have a discount but it wasn't appearing yet on my credit card..Sorry about my comment but I just really need to voiced it out.

Absolutely nothing. The photos online of this location are completely inaccurate. Both pools are empty. The park is broken. The indoor pool and area is just full of mattresses and junk. The rooms were dirty upon entry. Tiles in the bathroom are broken. And there is no microwave as stated. There is no kitchen or eating area. When asked if we could switch to a room that was clean and that had a lock, the gentleman stated they were full… It was not full. At least not full of customers. It is a Motel a the very most and is definitely is being used to home homeless people.
