It was on the ground floor and there was noise and the smell of cigarettes from outside.

We stay really good. It was clean, the shower worked excellent ( good pressure) , TV, AC, nice staff. We love the shuttle service. We felt safe and definitely we recommend it. Thank you guys. 🙏

Good location, near ALDI and shopping center. Public transport or shuttle bus to NewYork 20 minutes. Light breakfast (coffee, tea, juice, toast, jam) included.

On the morning of our arrival they sent an email that our reservation has been cancelled due to Booking.com hasn't transferred the fee of our rooms. If we want to keep the reservation, we have to provide our credit card and pay the fee. It took several 2 telephone conversations with the hotel and the Booking.com to clarify the situation.

Close to New York. Very convenient shadow to manhattan We were housed on the property in a smaller building. Safe quiet and secure.

Good price, overally good

Water was a little stinky (like mold smell) on the tap, and there was no other option at the lobby.

The room was very clean & spacious. Bathroom was small but clean as well. Location was easy to get to. Having the Easy Express Shuttle to NYC was so convenient, only issue was drop off. Location was not described clearly & we missed our stop & spent an extra hour on the ride to switch shuttles to get back to hotel. Chalk it up to lesson learned & we got to see a little more of Jeresy.

Parking lot is a little tight, so I do not recommend taking larger vehicles.

The motel is convenient to the shuttle to New York. Price was comparatively reasonable to other hotels in the area.

The neighborhood is a bit dicey, and there is no place to eat within walking distance.

Der Safe war defekt, das Wasser aus der Dusche hate keinen Druck war nur ein Rinnsal, die Klimaanlage hat einen direkt angeblasen ohne konnte man es aber nicht aushalten, habe mir dadurch einen Erkältung eingefangen.

The room was fine, with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and microwave provided. A shuttle bus to Manhattan, near Times Square, leaves from right outside the hotel about every 15 minutes. A one-way ticket costs $4, cash only. There is also an ATM at the hotel, which charges around $7–8. Free parking is available, and I was allowed to leave my car after check-out time.

Overall, I had no real complaints.

The location is convenient for getting to Manhattan, and the hotel is next to a large supermarket, which is convenient.

The place is noisy, located on a highway, and the rooms are relatively old and worn out. The reception staff is very strict, and in our case, was neither empathetic nor patient. When booking through Booking.com, the hotel required unreasonable amounts of money for security ($160 per room was placed on hold to secure the reservation, and an additional $100 deposit was actually charged - these are unreasonable amounts in my opinion), and it took a long time for these funds to be refunded to our account. The price was high compared to the value. The breakfast is very, very basic.

This is a perfect place for anyone who wants to visit NY city. Parking is free in the facility and a shuttle bus is available right in-front of the hotel. Staffs are not particularly welcoming or friendly but responds promptly.The rooms are clean and comfortable , less expensive than living in the city. Facilities are moderate.

Room , it was right behind the stairs and was always dark. The front key at the main entrance was not working many times.

Very nasty don't stay there

Not fancy but has everything needed. There is a breakfast included which was not mentioned in the booking, its coffee tea toast with butter and jam. Stuff is very nice and helpful. There is also external express bus which takes you from the hotel to Bus Authority Terminal in Manhattan for 4$. There Starbucks and Aldi supermarket just nearby.

Would be great to have suitcase scales at the hotel, it is very handful for international tourists to check if the weight of the suitcases exceed the limits.

That you have to pay another 100.00 deposit before you check into the room which make no since.they dont have no elevators and the price is too high for the rooms and the rooms are out dated need to be updated bed made a loud noise when you moved stayed here to go to concert me myself personally would not stay there again.. that 100.00 deposit was a deal breaker and no elevator .it was an old China cabinet in the room the middle glass was missing and the wood was also missing from bottom right side it was an bad eye sore for the money I paid 😕

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us great advice on what to see, what to do, and the most efficient way to get around New York. The room was very clean, had no bad smells, and the beds were comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and checked every day to see if we needed cleaning or fresh towels. Having the bus stop right outside the hotel with a direct ride to Times Square for only $4 cash was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise we didn’t realize it was included when we booked. Free parking was another big advantage. The location offers excellent value for the price, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by an extra night.

Für Besucher mit Mietwagen ideal da parken kostenlos ist und der Bus zum Times Square direkt vor dem Hotel abfährt. Zimmer sind sehr sauber, Betten bequem.

Man könnte die offenen Flure z.B. vergittern und Zugang nur über die Zimmerkarte ermöglichen. Das würde das Sicherheitsgefühl verbessern, vor allem im EG. Aber oben fühlte man sich immer sicher.

Transporte: Fabuloso..!! Te recoge cada 15 minutos en la puerta del hotel y te deja muy cerca. Funciona de 4:00 a.m. a 1:00 a.m . Te deja y lo tomas en Times Squar. Así puedes disfrutar de New York con tranquilidad. Su costo $ 4,00 Ubicación: Se descansa en un lugar tranquilo, luego del ajetreo de la ciudad.

El precio, debido al campeonato mundial, prácticamente su costo fue mas del triple y no justificaba, porque podías encontrar a ese precio mejores instalaciones.

My door would not lock. The building was not air conditioned. No elevator. No ice machine. Overpriced drinks in the coke machine. Thin walls. Can tell it is an OLD looking hotel

Considering the price, the Super 8 wasn't bad, especially given its proximity to NYC. Public transportation runs right in front of the hotel and takes you near Times Square for just $4; the return trip costs the same, though the drop-off point is about two blocks away—a roughly 10-minute walk. The staff is attentive, and the room was clean and of a standard size. Breakfast is advertised as included, but in reality, they only offer bread for toast and coffee; plus, the area is very small and lacks seating. Still, considering hotel prices near NYC, it wasn't a bad choice.

The ac in my room was not working and when asked to be fixed it wasn’t done so, it was just a quick fix for us not to complain more

As long as you don’t expect a 5 star experience, this hotel hits the mark. The room and bathroom was clean and fairly spacious, and was cleaned and towels were refreshed everyday. The close proximity made it easy to get into New York via NJT bus, but beware it will take a longggg time on heavy traffic days. Free parking for one car

It was very close to the road and therefore a little noisy at night but it was bearable

Me cobraram 60 dólares a mais que o booking tinha reservado , mostrei várias vezes o valor do ap , e o atendente com inglês ruim e o meu pior ainda não me deu nem uma opção a não ser pagar o ficar na rua com filhos e esposa , mais de resto tudo é ok

The room had absolutely nothing—no toilet paper, no spare slippers, and no toothbrushes. The breakfast was terrible. Definitely not worth the money. :)

Great room. I really enjoyed the free parking and the inexpensive shuttle ride to Manhattan. It was extremely helpful in getting to my concert 😀

La camera king era abbastanza spaziosa e il letto era confortevole e largo, in 2 si stava belli comodi. Il bagno aveva la vasca, però era pulito e l'acqua sempre calda con prodotti per l'igiene e asciugamani...

Nel prezzo della camera c'era la colazione inclusa, anche se era minimale però un po' di succhi burro pane marmellata e caffè c'erano. Il servizio navetta privato costa come l'autobus, passa più frequentemente e arriva diretto a Time Square...
