Location - short walk to shuttle bus to Times Square. Friendly staff. Free Parking.

Air conditioning unit in room. Noisy and inefficient

Best location near to Manhattan. Big 2 rooms .

Very cooperative as my flight was at 6 Pm they allowed me till 2 pm

This hotel offered a great-sized room that allowed us to enjoy the evening after spending all day sightseeing. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean. Parking was easy and there was plenty of space.

The location was not great and was not on the best side of town.

Room was clean and comfortable. The bartender at the bar was very friendly and fun to talk to.

Staff was for the most part was friendly and helpful. Communication was challenging at times.

Breakfast was freshly made and brought to the table since we reserved with the breakfast option.The bed was very comfortable. The king size suite was spacious and the room had all the amenities like a microwave, small regrigerator, 2 tv's & stand-up shower and bathtub. The views from the room were amazing!

Tout était parfait. Le personnel est très aimable et professionnel. Nous étions arrivés en retard et avons appelé, l’agent au comptoir était très aimable et accommodante. On a passé un excellent séjour. Mon fils a fait son déménagement à New York, l’hôtel est juste situé à 18mn de Time Square avec une navette pour 4$ par personne. Le parking couvert sécurisé est un plus. La chambre est très grande et très propre, le lit et les oreillers sont très confortables. Tout était parfait, je recommande à 100% et sûrement je reviendrai. Le petit déjeuner est cher et le prix également mais tout est justifié et je n’ai pas de souci la dessus, l’excellence et les bonnes choses se paient

Nothing about hotel/property. Just that if u r relying on buses to get u in and out of city from here it can be a pain. We had to get an uber back from manhattan one evening as waited over an hr queuing for a bus that didn’t come.

The pool and the gym were nice to have and clean. The parking garage was secure and easy to access.

Very disjointed lay out. You have to travel through creepy stairwells to get to rooms. Ice machine door was broken.

The hotel room are a good space. Lots of room to move around in.

The microwave was positioned too low to work it good. Secondly there was a woman named Karen who was working with breakfast serving. She was rude and she served my wife and I half cooked food. Her excuse was that "the oven was broken ".

comfortable rooms with luxury bedding, very secure parking, very nice staff. The bigger rooms ( executive doubles?) are wonderful- super spacious and comfortable, well worth the extra if traveling with family.

Location is a bit isolated, about 2 blocks from restaurant options, but food is available in lounge. excellent secure parking-i had a packed SUV with items for a friend who is moving here, and the car was completely safe and inaccessible to anyone on the street. Easy local bus or uber ($10) to journal square PATH station, for day trip into NYC, other stations might be closer.

Wir waren wirklich begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt! Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Alles war außergewöhnlich sauber, angenehm ruhig und sehr komfortabel. Das Badezimmer war großzügig, die Dusche hervorragend und das gesamte Zimmer machte einen modernen und sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das unglaublich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt war das kostenlose Parken im Parkhaus – das ist heutzutage alles andere als selbstverständlich und hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

I loved that I was able to park in the garage prior to the 3 pm check in. It slowed me to uber into NYC and have a peace of mind that my car was safe.

The staff is helpful and kind. Location of hotel is ideal for visiting Time Square or New York City. There is a shuttle near by that transports people to the Time Square area. The hotel overall is very nice, clean, and quiet.

The hotel does not charge for parking but if you’d like to stay a bit longer there is a parking fee. I had reserved my stay with breakfast included and when going to breakfast was asked to pay.

The location was excellent to get to Secaucus junction

In addition, I was clearly told that luggage storage was free of charge, but I was later charged $20 without any valid explanation. A good hotel should be judged not only by its rooms but also by the honesty and professionalism of its staff. Unfortunately, this experience left me very disappointed. I strongly advise future guests to confirm all charges in writing before making any payment.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De kamer was erg schoon en elke dag werd de jamer schoongemaakt en kregen we schone handdoeken. Het was erg prettig om de,auto in de parkeergarage kwijt te kunnen. Manhattan was snel bereikbaar door de pendelbus bij het Super8 hotel om de hoek. Deze zet je voor $ 4 per persoon af in hartje Manhattan.

Het geluid van toeterende treinen in de nacht. Gelukkig hadden we oordoppen mee.

The shuttle is no longer available on-site; you need to walk to the main avenue and look for alternatives. After checking out, use of the gym and pool was no longer permitted.

Bathroom small, shower was below average and the pillows suck. Breakfast was limited to two choices and pay for rest and pool was small and cold

Odamızı upgrade ettiler ve her gün temizlediler. Oda ve otel gayet temizdi. Toplu ulaşım için 5-10 dk otobüs durağına gidip manhattana geçilebiliyor. Fiyat/fayda dengesi açısından gayet yeterliydi. Ayrıca otopark imkanı da gayet iyiydi.
