The hotel felt safe because a room key was needed to use the room elevators and to enter thr hotel after midnight. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The agent at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable.

The coffee at breakfast was good, but the food choices were very limited.

Personale molto gentile, hotel pulito, colazione buona, ma da variare un po' perché c'erano sempre le stesse cose, la pulizia della stanza in una settimana non ci è stata mai fatta, non so se in America funziona così, ma in Italia la puliscono tutti i giorni, c'è un bel supermercato vicino, ma l'hotel è un po' fuori mano

המיקום נמצא מחוץ לניו יורק וללא רכב ההתניידות לניו יורק מאוד לא נוחה ויקרה. יש אוטובוס שנמצא על המלון וזה אמנם נחמד אבל מי שרוצה לחוות את ניו יורק ולהישאר עד מאוחר בעיר המלון הזה פחות בשבילו

The hotel was really clean and peaceful.

There was no pool and the location was kind of tricky. But I think that was just the CITY overall.

They did not respect their words, once i booked i notified that we need early check in, they answered: they will do their BEST to accommodate us. I reached at 11.30 am, the receptionist said how can help you, i said : check in, she said no Check in before 1:00 pm, i said I notified you a head of time, she did not want even to check the system or to know who am I! I insisted, explained my family is sleeping in the car after full day trip! She said ok , we got a room, will clean it, this will take some time, i kept waiting and pushing her… she was saying we can’t guarantee! Finally at 1.00 PM. She said room is ready!! The beds were small, can’t accommodate 2 Pax The mattress was like a triangle , if you are not at the middle, you will fall at your side!

Estaba limpio y bonito, la habitación tiene microondas y un pequeño refrigerador, en auto está a unos 15 minutos de NYC, utilizamos la app SpotHero para estacionarnos y usamos el metro.

El closet es muy pequeño y no hay suficiente estacionamiento, la primer persona que nos atendió no encontraba nuestra reserva con pago por adelantado después de un rato incómodo afortunadamente llegó otra chica con más conocimiento y resolvió.

LOCATION to the bus stop for the route to NYC!! 5 minute walk in the morning to cross the street & stop is right in front of hotel in the evening!! Only downfall - the hill to climb to the front door (some may really struggle with the how steep it is)!! BREAKFAST - amazing selection each day to get the day started!! Well maintained by staff throughout the entire time!!

HOUSEKEEPING - have to remember to request each day & the effort put out by housekeeping was very inconsistent from day to day (especially how beds were done). That being said, I definitely appreciate coming ‘home’ each evening to a made bed & fresh towels no matter what!!

Comodidad en las camas, ambiente agradable, y el desayuno es bueno

Como debíamos notificar cada día en el lobby que arreglaran la habitación, lo informábamos y cuando llegamos en la noche no estaba arreglada, eso pasó las tres noches que estuvimos en el hotel. Hasta me dijeron que tenían poco personal los fines de semana. Considero que deben mejorar esto, ya que en el caso de mi hijo que andaba con niños, sele cayó algo en la alfombra y así se quedó las 3 noches q estuvimos, con el piso sucio y pegajoso.

Todo súper cómodo y limpio. La ubicación es muy buena, justo en frente pasa un transporte que te deja en el centro en pocos minutos.

Clean place . Is so quiet. Breakfast is good . Everything fresh.

Some times is full ... So many people and they forgot to wash the coke maker . But then they bring me a clean one. But it was fine.

One king bed for three people made it very unconfortable

La propreté,la facilité d’accès au Time square avec le bus 127 qui se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel et qui vous dépose au terminal de bus à 2 pas du Time square. Le personnel très agréable.

El desayuno tenía huevo, bacon, pan, ceral, jugo, café bastante completo y muy bueno. La habitación espaciosa y limpia, la cama cómoda.

Añadiría tostadoras adicionales para que la espera sea mas corta y microhondas para calentar el huevo hervido por que estaba frio (aunque en la habitación había) pero si quieres comer en el lobby puedas calentarlo.

Disque no encontraban mi reserva habiando confirmado yo misma mi hora de llegada al hotel, me tuvieron esperando hasta las tres de la madrugada con una señora de 83 años de edad y un niño de 14 años de edad, estabamos cansados y con frio.

Camera grande con due letti king size, utili per ospitare una famiglia di 4 persone e il prezzo.

La posizione. Avevo letto recensioni in cui si menzionava la comodità di raggiungere Manhattan con il bus 125. Di fatto non è proprio così, se viaggi con una famiglia. Gli orari, la distanza... insomma, non è comodo. Sei un poʻ fuori e intorno all'hotel non ci sono servizi.Già salire per raggiungere la struttura era un'impresa e per cercare locali ontorno, bisognava salire ancora, infatti per andare a cena, abbiamo dovuto servirci di Uber. Infine una menzione alla colazione, non proprio all'altezza e decisamente scarsa. Salato quasi insistence e il dolce non raggiunge la sufficienza.

The lobby was unkempt. The walls of one of the elevators was were covered with some upholstery material making it to look totally awkward. Staff are unprofessional and lacked courtesy. The location is not that good.

Excelente trato del personal, muy amables y serviciales. Muy seguro en todo aspecto, para ingresar a cualquier zona debes utilizar la tarjeta de acceso, dando seguridad que solo huéspedes ingresan al lugar. Nos gustó mucho lo accesibles que son, felicitamos especialmente al joven que hablaba español, olvidamos el nombre, Saul ...... quien nos trató muy bien. La habitación muy linda y cómoda, y con todas las comodidades, definitivamente es de volver a ir.

Se podría mejorar en el desayuno, no es malo, es espectacular y nos gustó que mucho lo empacan individual, pero al quedarse varios días, seria bueno ver variedad.

The hotel is standard, rooms are clean and spacious. You are walking/ short ride distance from West New York, and there is a bus in front of the hotel able to bring you to the Port Authority in Manhattan. Breakfast is good and provides different options. I picked it as it was just 25 minutes ride from EWR.

The staff was very pleasant and helped us locate some food options. Also very informative, letting us know about some construction happening on site. The beds were comfortable. The shower and bathroom were adequate.

The location of this hotel leaves little to be desired. It was very hard to get out of with the one-way streets and steep roadways. The breakfast was OK. The wall unit air conditioner/heater was extremely loud. The room was very dry.
