Fica fácil pegar ônibus para ir e vir do Port Authoriry em Manhattan. 15 minutos de caminhada até o ponto e quase qualquer ônibus que passa pelo Lincoln tunnel leva e traz até essa parada. Hotel com quarto grande e microondas. Tudo funciona.

Free parking and breakfast are added value for our stay. The shuttle bus service near the Super 8 hotel is a great convenience for guests traveling back and forth to Manhattan. It makes commuting much easier and faster.

The room’s décor feel somewhat dated. There is no walk-in shower—only a bathtub. No bottled water was provided in the room. The complimentary breakfast was quite disappointing. The food was repetitive and bland, and the overall quality was way below our expectations. On one occasion, we even found a hair in the eggs, which was particularly concerning from a hygiene perspective. We also felt somewhat uncomfortable during check-in when the staff member insisted that my wife hand her credit card directly to him while processing our check-in. This was unusual in our experience, as we have not encountered this practice at other hotels. We hope the hotel can review its check-in procedures to ensure that guests feel comfortable and secure throughout the process.

AC unit location in the room: being right next to the bed and at the bed level, it's blowing hard the cold air right onto you all night long. I had to use the extra pillows to shield my self from it, afraid to catch a cold.

Everything was perfect. The hotel was clean. They offer typical American breakfasts. The location is ideal, close to shops and gas stations. There's a laundromat just 6 minutes away where you can do your laundry.

Może i monotonne, ale kto je w domu śniadanie składające się z bogatego menu? Można zawsze było znaleźć coś dla siebie. Dolarowiec nieopodal Union City + duże centrum handlowe. Wygodne łóżka. Klimatyzację można wyłączyć ręcznie.

Brak możliwości otwarcia okna, aczkolwiek ma to sens, ponieważ hotel jest zlokalizowany koło drogi przelotowej i byłoby głośno. W sezonie letnim, powinien działać basen zewnętrzny, byłaby to dodatkowa atrakcja na ochłodę podczas upałów. Na śniadanie można dodać kilka rodzajów sera, kilka wędlin, oraz pomidora czy ogórka. Trochę daleko do centrum, ale Express Bus jeździ regularnie za 4$ od osoby, gdzie przejazd lokalnym autobusem 4,20$! Na dojazdy straciliśmy i tak niewiele, patrząc na cenę noclegów koło centrum.

Niestety nasze doświadczenie z **Days Hotel by Wyndham North Bergen** jest bardzo negatywne. Od **miesięcy walczymy o zwrot dwóch depozytów zabezpieczających (security deposit / incidental deposit)** pobranych przez hotel w związku z pobytem. Łączna kwota przekracza **1 000 zł** i do dziś środki nie zostały nam zwrócone. Kontaktowaliśmy się wielokrotnie zarówno z hotelem, jak i z Booking.com. Niestety sprawa cały czas jest przekazywana dalej, a **nikt nie bierze realnej odpowiedzialności za jej rozwiązanie**. Hotel nadal nie zwrócił dwóch depozytów, natomiast ze strony Booking.com również nie otrzymujemy konkretnej informacji, kiedy środki faktycznie wrócą ani co zostanie zrobione, jeśli hotel nadal będzie ignorował sprawę. Najbardziej frustrujące jest to, że nie mówimy już o kilku dniach opóźnienia. **Ta sytuacja trwa od miesięcy** i wymagała od nas wielu wiadomości, zgłoszeń oraz kolejnych prób wyjaśnienia sprawy. Pomimo tego nadal nie otrzymaliśmy zwrotu obu depozytów. Dodatkowo **poziom jakości hotelu jest kompletnie nieadekwatny do ceny**. Jedzenie było na bardzo przeciętnym poziomie, a stan łazienki pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. W naszym pokoju rozwiązania techniczne wyglądały wręcz prowizorycznie — przy brodziku znajdowała się **rurka PCV przyklejona silikonem**, co przy cenie pobytu w tym obiekcie było dla nas mocno zaskakujące. Rezerwując hotel przez Booking.com oczekiwaliśmy nie tylko standardu odpowiadającego cenie, ale również tego, że w przypadku problemu platforma pomoże skutecznie doprowadzić sprawę do końca. Niestety w naszym przypadku zarówno jakość pobytu, podejście hotelu, jak i brak konkretnego rozwiązania ze strony Booking.com pozostawiają bardzo dużo do życzenia. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego obiektu. Trudno mieć zaufanie do hotelu, który przez miesiące nie potrafi rozliczyć i zwrócić depozytów pobranych od gości, a jednocześnie oferuje standard wyraźnie nieadekwatny do pobieranej ceny.

Que en ocaciones tiene olor a encierro, le falta luz natural al comedor donde ofrecen desayunos y el aire acondicionado suena súper fuerte todo el tiempo

The hall way was very humid, the parking lot is on a hill so it was hard to pull our luggage. Also there was only one waffle maker and the line was so long just to make a waffle!! The view of the abandoned outdoor pool was horrible!!

Good breakfast. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff. Explained how the shuttle to Manhattan worked and it worked well. IHOP near Exxon was good too! Plenty of parking

Corridor was a bit dingy/dark

Zimmer war ok, super Lage um Manhattan zu besuchen. Mit dem Shuttlebus (Fußläufig ca. 5-10min) kostet es 4$ pro Person zum Time Square, wir mussten nie länger als 5Minuten warten, weder hin noch zurück. An der Rezeption gibt es eine Karte mit den Abhol und Ausstiegspunkten der Busse. Es waren genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden. Buffet war üblich, wie es in den USA bei der Preisklasse ist.

Das Frühstück war meist etwas chaotisch, es gab nur ein Waffeleisen, beim morgendlichen Ansturm konnte es auch mal 10-15 Minuten dauern, bis man eine Waffel hatte.

Rooms were great size, we had two queen beds and a sofa bed. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, nothing earth shattering. Parking was free and not difficult to find. The shuttle was very convenient to get to Manhattan, it’s about a ten minute walk, if you have elderly people or disabled in your group it would be difficult.

Only one waffle maker, I was there 4 days and every day there was a line to make waffles. The electric outlets weren’t working next to the bed, had to use the ones near the fireplace.

Słabe śniadania bardzo maly wybór dosłownie gofry,tosty,jajecznica z proszku,ziemniaczki zasmazane,na zmianę mała kiełbaska lub mięsko do burgera,jogurt,owoce sporadycznie ,papierowe talerzyki kubki i sztućce plastikowe.

I have never been able to understand why the owners of these hotels don't invest in fixing up and renovating the place to make guests' stays more pleasant. Over the years, everything deteriorates and looks increasingly worn and unsightly, yet nothing is ever done to improve the appearance or the overall experience. You pay a fortune for a night, yet the hotel is not in top condition.

La propreté et la localisation. On peut prendre une navette privée à cinq minutes de marche pour se rendre directement à Times Square. Elle passe au 15 minutes jusqu’à très tard le soir. La chambre était également très propre. Personnel gentil.

The parking was taxing on the car. The top size scrapes the bottom when coming in and/or out.

The room was generally good and the bed was comfortable. The location was decent and conveniently close to the shuttle service. One of the best things about the hotel was the free parking, which was a big advantage.

The air conditioning was quite noisy. Unfortunately, the breakfast was very weak and disappointing, with very limited options. I was disappointed with the early check-in experience. I had requested early check-in 1-2 days before, but when we arrived at the hotel, they did not allow us to check in early and then charged us $90 to get the room earlier.

Le principal point négatif est la situation géographique, qui peut ne pas convenir à tous les voyageurs. Toutefois, cet inconvénient est largement compensé par le tarif attractif et l'excellent rapport qualité-prix proposé par l'établissement. Il centro è raggiungibile utilizzando una navetta, costo 4 dollari a persona per raggiungere Time Square. Autisti tutti disponibili e gentili che ti aiutano a capire dove bisogna scendere . La fermata per tornare all'alloggio è distante 10 min a piedi ma di sera è buia ed isolata.

Ac didnt work in room really was hot entire week in room, couldn't sleep cause was so hot. Back door did not work only one working elevator. I heard employee tell another customer that they know all the issues but they dont care cause they are still making money and he didnt care cause he gets pay check. Unfortunately its sad they do not care about the customers thats brining them the money and trusting them with their stay. I had never been to the area and I was trusting them and it was miserable.

Very convenient location for the price, it was close to stores at walking distance and the shuttle to NYC.

The room was clean and updated though there were signs of leaking on the ceiling and signs they tried to cover it, with chips of paint on the floor since it was peeling off. There was only one of two elevators working and the stairs were very confusing.

Estávamos no hotel por conta da Copa e os preços foram bastante razoáveis pela época. A localização é de fácil acesso a Manhattan e o café da manhã é um diferencial para a região.

Os funcionários poderiam ser mais simpáticos. Tanto o funcionário que fez nosso check-in quanto a funcionária do café da manhã eram rudes.

The room exceeded by far our expectations, even small but really lovely with a great fireplace, parking is free and with the shuttle bus it’s easy and quick to get into downtown - if we’d ever come back to NYC we’ll certainly stay here again.

Everything was in good order: Fridge, TV, AC, exercise room ... Staff was competent and courteous. Unfortunately, neither is normal even in higher priced hotels. Great value! If I needed to find something that can be improved, it's starting the breakfast at 7 AM. A lot of travelers will be on the road by then - like me.

Disappointing Stay – Poor Hospitality and Service I was very disappointed with my stay at Days Hotel in New Jersey. The overall hospitality and customer service were well below expectations. The staff were not friendly, welcoming, or eager to assist guests, which made the experience unpleasant from the moment I arrived. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of assistance with luggage. During both check-in and check-out, there was no one available to help transport luggage from the car to the room or back to the car. Many hotels provide this service or at least have staff available to assist, but that was not the case here. The breakfast was also very disappointing, with limited choices and poor quality. It did not meet the standards I would expect from a hotel of this type. Another recurring issue was the room key card, which frequently stopped working. I had to visit the front desk multiple times to have it reactivated, causing unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, the hotel does not provide complimentary bottled water in the rooms. Instead, guests must go downstairs to use a water dispenser, which is inconvenient, especially late at night or after a long day. Overall, the combination of unfriendly staff, poor breakfast, unreliable room keys, lack of complimentary water in the room, and no luggage assistance made this a disappointing stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to both service and guest amenities.
