Breakfast is certainly a plus, and it is good. Room is clean, quiet and big. It is about one hour to Jasper, and very easy to get on the main road.

The price includes "fully refundable" 200 CAD which we never saw in other hotel booking, and we haven't got the refund yet. Is it supposed to be done at the checkout? We just turned in the key cards, no one mentioned the receipt and refund.

Bathroom needs more attention tub specifically.

Good heating/cooling system, very quiet which is great. Lots of space in the room and small kitchen. Tea/coffee station available 24/7, laundry and free parking - were great. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast was very basic, the tea selection could have more variety. We didn't like Hinton as a location overall which is by no means hotel's fault.

It was clean and comfortable. My granddaughter loved the swimming pool. They were places to sit to smoke or vape close by outside. The free breakfast was better than anything I’ve ever had at a hotel

My son did not like the coffee.

Booked last minute as I originally was booked at a different motel but when I arrived there I felt incredibly unsafe! I made a last minute booking at the super8 and I’m glad I did! Clean, tidy, the staff were so lovely, laundry worked well, was so glad I made the switch!

The front reception people were very helpful pleasant and friendly especially the woman in the morning always had a smile on her face and very pleasant to ask for the things I needed with no hassle.

The breakfast buffet was ok. The bathroom was very clean. The windows opened. The staff was pleasant.

In our room the carpet was lumpy and old, who knows what has been spilled on it over the years. I refused to go barefoot. Take out the carpet please! Replace it with flooring. The room smelled funky. I'm sure it was the carpet. We immediately opened the window to get fresh air in the room which helped some.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We liked having a pool, and the drinks and ice station was very convenient. The vending machine with drinks and snacks was also a nice option to have available.

The chlorine smell around the pool was extremely strong, and the pool being located right by the entrance was not ideal. The bathroom was very small and tight, and the Kleenex holder was broken. The fridge in our room was also not working, although the staff kindly stored our food in their fridge. We could also hear the creaky floors and footsteps from the room above us. Breakfast was quite basic. The ready-to-toast waffles were okay, but pancakes would have been a nice option, and scrambled eggs would be preferable to the flat round eggs that were served.

Das Frühstück konnte man sich am Buffet selbst zusammen stellen. Der Orangensaft schmeckte, es gab Joghurt, Kuchen, Toast, Marmelade , Würstchen und kleine Eierkuchen.

Staff were kind and helpful, the hotel was easy to navigate around, and most importantly it was clean.

Breakfast can be improved a lot. No healthy items except for eggs sausages and apples. Everything else is sugary.

The bed was super comfy. We enjoyed the pool for a short bit in the evening which was an added bonus to the trip. We skipped out on breakfast sadly as there was no seating available and much of the food was in need to refilling (it was only 8am). Staff was friendly and helpful during check in and out.

Close proximity to a wonderful Chinese restaurant next door. Swimming pool was a bonus.

The hotel was busy and breakfast was chaotic. They don't have enough seating area for guests. People were standing around waiting on people finishing so they could get a table. It meant you couldn't sit snd enjoy a leisurely breakfast. A larger area would benefit. Also, when booking it said it was very close to Hinton. However, this refers to the old part of Hinton not the main drag where all the restaurants and bars are. You would have to drive a few kilometres to get something if you didn't like Chinese food.

Rooms are big and comfortable

The smell in the room was terrible, and the bedding seemed like it hadn’t been washed properly. The refrigerator wasn’t working, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from it, like spoiled food. The breakfast was poor, limited, and not tasty.

Πολύ μέτριο προς κακό πρωινο . Μικρός χώρος όπου κάθε μέρα περιμέναμε να αδειάσει τραπέζι , από φρούτα είχε μόνο μήλο , η ομελέτα ήταν κακή , δημητριακά είχε μόνο 2 είδη κ κανένα υγιεινό . Σε σχέση με τα χρήματα που πληρώναμε ήταν φτωχό κ κακής ποιότητας.

We like the breakfast and coffee, the lady is friendly too even though they are tired they still manage to smile with thier customers..working with this role should be patient and friendly thats what the customers needs..

I don't like the smell in our room, the facilities should sanitize the bathroom and the carpet so when you open the door it's fresh specially so that it's summer.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The location was ideal for our purposes.

We booked a room with one king bed, which we got. There was no side seating, such as an arm chair, just a large empty space in the corner. We found the breakfast not up to par.

We loved the pool and the fact that our motorbikes could be parked right outside our room and in good view.

This hotel was out of the way for getting an evening meal. If you like walking or don’t want to load up the vehicle again after a long day, I would suggest another hotel. Also, the price of the room was quite high for the quality of the property. I understand it was high-season and close to Jasper, but still seems high for what this is.

Toen we de deur openden rook het alsof deze was schoongemaakt terwijl er werd gevaped. Randen van het bed waren stoffig. Twee keer naar de front desk moeten gaan, een keer om aan te geven dat er vlekken in de lakens zaten en een keer omdat housekeeping de handdoeken had meegenomen maar niet vervangen. Ontbijtruimte veel te klein, waardoor je werd opgejaagd om plek voor anderen te maken. Uiteindelijk ons verlies genomen en een dag eerder vertrokken.

Pool had toilet paper and bugs in it. Kids didn't want to swim in it. The blankets on our beds were crunchy. The man told me when I checked in that the earlier the better to breakfast because they run out of food. Should they not be prepared to feed their guests? Was not worth the price.

Die Frühstückssituation ist nicht so optimal. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war viel zu laut.

When it comes to facilities it’s not worth it, because the toilet bowl is clogged and the front desk want me to do it on my own. During our 3 days and 2 nights stay in this hotel we are not satisfied about the service and the hotel itself cause the floor carpets look like dirty

Insectes dans la chambre, débarbouillee tachée avec du sang, chambre qui sent la cigarette. Poils dans mes draps. Déjeuner tres très basique, pas de fromage, pas d'oeufs durs, café qui goûte rien.

Very helpful staff. We arrived on muddy motorcycles and they provided us with a hose and cloths to clean them off. The room was comfortable and clean. It was nice to have a pool to swim in too.

The cleaning staff keep the rooms above all expectations, every day ask if needed refills. The reception was very friendly at check in, and check out, the breakfast was full of options for children and adults. ALL EXELLENT!!!!

Location was easy and the staff put me in a room that was easy access for my dog (main floor)

The room had a bad smell like an ozone machine was just used to cover up past guest smell. The linens smelt clean but didn’t look clean and there were dark stains on the wall close to the bed. I was too tired to ask for a change in rooms but I wouldn’t stay again knowing this was a “ready” unit.

From 10 pm to 6 am, there was noise in the hallway, which sounded like people talking loudly and running or playing in the hallway. Our room was next to the front desk. Our friends were located 3 rooms from the front desk on the same floor and did not indicate any noise issues, so we think the noise was mostly in the front of the hotel, lobby, etc. The desk staff on duty did not seem to hear and the noise persisted off and on all night. We did not get out of bed to report the issue during the night, but reported this to the staff during checkout.
