The staff is amazing. Breakfast option in the morning is convenient. Clean room. The breakfast area in the main building was neat and well maintained.

I booked a queen room with outside door access. Overall the building didn't match our expectation for the price paid.

My daughter loved the variety of cookies that were offered! We had fun on the water slide and hot tub.

Service extrem freundlich. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse gut. Man kann auch etwas mitnehmen für den Tag. Frisches vorhanden. Die Servicekräfte haben den Buffetbereich stetig gesäubert.

Die Lage ist nur okay. Aber wenn man ein Auto hat dann passt das auf jeden Fall.

Rooms were clean and the location was nice.

The elevator and hallways were dirty and smelled. Peeves of garbage in the elevator. Swimming area was dirty so we didn't go in. The price of one night was too high. The continental breakfast wasn't hot it was warm. Eggs were chewy and potatoes hash was mushy and cold. Sausages were dryer then a popcorn fart.

Clean, comfortable and the staff was super friendly.

The room was comfortable. The kitchenette was convenient. The exterior access was very convenient. Our room was clean and quiet. We brought our dog along so it was a must to have a pet friendly room and we really appreciate that this was an option and so comfortable for her.

I didn't like that the room had a faint smell of stale cigarette smoke. I am sensitive to that smell but I do realize that it is difficult to get out.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating our early check in request. The property was clean as well as the spacious suite. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Colour scheme of the hotel interior - light cool gray, cool white, and cool charcoal with bright red accent. The combination itself is great but it is not homey.

Incompetence of some staff members ruined the stay

Super Hotel, sehr gut gelegen direkt am Highway, kein Lärm. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind, werden wir wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten.

The shower curtain does not fit on the shower so water still flow on the toilet floor and does a lot of work to clean up

The family room with three queen beds was nice and spacious. We loved having a kitchenette with a stove and fridge. Having two bathrooms was also very handy for 5 people. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for families. I liked the gym. The kids liked the pool and slide. The breakfast was simple and nice to have. The coffee machine by the front door is such a lovely thing to have for guests as is the availability of oat milk.

The accommodations were excellent, lots of space, super clean as well.

Beds were comfortable and heater was right noise level. The hottub was really nice to have. Breakfast was a nice touch.

The sink in the room was wonky. The handle was too close to the wall&mirror and so you couldn't fully open up the tap. When you washed your hands the water went all over the vanity.

We have stayed here 5 years in a row now on our way out to Vancouver Island. The hotel is pet friendly and very clean. However the price is getting ridiculous. Breakfast was mediocre. With pet fee we paid almost $300. Next year we will try somewhere more economical.

The room was clean, spacious and warm! The breakfast options are 10/10 and delicious. Pet fee is $25, which is very reasonable, and easy access to have our pup go in & out as needed.

The bedding was rough - felt sandpaperish. However, we brought our own fleece blankets, so it didnt cause much discomfort. The pool area is great, could use a refresh, but nothing alarming!

It was clean, the room was an excellent size with great amenities for our family.

The chlorine in the pool was very strong, to a degree that my children were unable to stay in the pool. The hot tub also could have been cleaner better.

The breakfast is delicious. Staff is all so friendly and helpful. We had some leftover food and one staff member made a big effort to help us bring it home, they found a plastic container from the staff room and cleaned it for us. The kids love the pool. The rooms are really big and comfy and the kitchenette in the family suite is stocked with the basics you need. Overall very happy we stayed here for 2 nights during our Jasper Ski tri. Saved a lot of money and had a really great comfortable time with the family and friends. We will be coming again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.

The only downside was that the breakfast area was not in a separate room.

The hot tub at the pool was out of order, the hot water in the hotel shower was governed so unable to get it warm enough to be comfortable. Breakfast was pretty mediocre.

I've stayed here a few times, and each time I stay, I am reminded of why I do. It was a great Hotel before, and since the Reno's it now has that fresh new look to go with it. Our room was huge, very clean, and the bed was incredible! I also want to ensure I am adding in here that the breakfast is on point as well. You won't be disappointed!

The only complaint I have was in regard to the room. We stayed in the king suit with Jacuzzi tub, and while the room is very well lit for its size, the area where the coffee maker is could use a small light so you can see what you are doing. It was quite dark in that particular area, making it difficult to add water to the coffee maker.
