The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful, and guided us to our room. The room was very spacious and clean. It was very quiet at night, and I slept very well. The room was a bit warm even tho we turned the heat down. The breakfast was big and had a lot of options. There was a big pool, but I didn't have time to go in. My friend said it was amazing.

The rooms were really nice and the workers were good. There was a baseball team there making lots of noise and the parents started yelling at me. The location was nice, the pool was good and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here. The baseball team will hopefully not be there

Great service and great people. When we got there, they were very respectful and pointed us in the right direction. After we settled in, we went to the pool. The pool was clean and large for our group; we all went swimming, roughly 15 kids, and there was lots of room. The hot tub and the slide just make it better. rooms were clean, and it was very quiet. They were even kind enough to let our group use the meeting room for us to eat dinner together.

My experience in the hotel was lovely the beds were comfy the bathroom and hotel room were spacious the view was very pretty and game room was so cool and fun to hang with friends in the pool was very big which I loved and the was was perfect temp.

Recently stayed for a dance festival. This hotel is new, beds were very comfortable and room was clean and modern. The only reason I left 4 stars instead of 5 is because of 2 things…. We stayed on the 3rd floor, room 307 to be precise. When we went to bed you could hear the low beat of music. After 2 phone calls and almost 1 am, the night manager, Mason (who was wonderful trying to help!) figured out it was the speakers in the lobby! So again at 6am, we could hear it. 2nd, it is quite expensive. A discount would’ve been a nice offer since the music/lack of sleep was, in fact, due to the hotel itself. Overall though, I would’ve liked gladly return….. just not stay near the lobby!

Excellent stop in Cochrane. New. Nice pool

We were caught in a rain storm on our motorcycles and needed to spend the night in Cochrane. Very pleased we pulled into here. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and quick to get us checked in as we were wet and cold. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, modern, extremely comfortable beds, beautiful large bathrooms and wonderful breakfast with pretty much any breakfast items you could think of. Great to walk to restaurants. Nice pool, hottub and even a water slide.

It was easy to find, very clean, and offered an excellent included breakfast.

Hotel was very over priced for a standard room. Room was clean & updated but was very underwhelming for the cost.

The price was exactly what it was shown on Expedia and check-in was quick. The room was clean and the amenities were great. The slide was a huge hit.

I really like the amenities on this property. We did find a random empty pop bottle left in the corner of our room from the previous group who had stayed in the hotel but everything else felt clean and great. So that was minor and we just threw it out. Love how there was a game room and pool area. It felt really relaxing in here. I loved that the room we had access to the hallway but outside to our car. It made it feel like a home away from a home. I don’t think we paid extra for this so we must have gotten lucky.

The free breakfast was way above average, not the typical cafeteria offerings. The food is kept in an area separate from the dining tables, I appreciated how clean and tidy it was. Well done.

The beds were incredibly comfy!

I was happily surprised. What a lovely hotel. Everything is updated, feels current, and a great place for families with the waterside pool, great games room, and for me the gym being so well equipped. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Everything was wonderful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a pinball machine and games to play downstairs. The staff were friendly. We would definitely go back.

Overall pretty happy with our stays here, would stay again for sure. Pool and games room were nice, provided breakfast was excellent, coffee pretty good also. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable. My wife and I usually check the mattress/sheets for cleanliness, this was decent, a couple smaller stains and some hair left on the mattress protector otherwise everything was clean and in good working order as you'd hope to find in a hotel in this price range.

Very nice hotel that is close to Calgary and Canmore / Banff. Plenty of places nearby to eat. The breakfast options were the best that i have encountered in my travels.

Well we had a decent stay yesterday July 28 …. Only thing that wasn’t good was the soap dispenser in the tub/shower was basically empty and I had to do without…not really a big deal…. I did mention this to the lady at check out and she didn’t seem to care……plus the complementary breakfast was just ok …. The pancakes you make yourself had a chemical taste to them …. Quite expensive stay and probably will not return

I'm from the US had to come up here to visit family My niece was getting married. Hotel staff is friendly Breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m. and goes until 10:00 If you want to extend your stay the very nice about that cost money to extend your stay but it's not too expensive There's some mini marts and a Tim Hortons right next to the hotel a dog park across from the parking lot in the front of the hotel The only issue is with the remote on the TV if you don't have a Netflix or anything you have to sign up for an account and hidden that TV guide on the remote doesn't let you see the TV guide

We were visiting family that lives in Harmony. The last time we stayed this was billed as a Ramada. This stay is was rebranded as Canalta. The rooms have been refurbished and the breakfast was great.

There was no water in the room which was the only problem I faced. Eventhough there was no water in coffee machine If I can't make coffee what is the purpose of machine in the first place

We had a fantastic stay! This hotel is super clean, family-friendly, and pet-friendly! The service was excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. Friendly staff great rooms with small kitchen

The room is clean and has everything we need. The small kitchen has complete tableware. The bedding is so comfortable. They offer complimentary hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, bread, cereal, fruit, pancake, etc. We are glad hotel provides 4 EV chargers. It is very convenient and very accessible to shops and restaurants.

It was over-all a very nice stay — comfortable bed, breakfast was good and the swimming pool with the waterslide was a plus.

Super friendly and relaxing. The only negatives: Noisy bathroom fans that can’t be shut off and an A/C Heating wall unit in the room that is hard to control and is also very noisy.

This hotel is amazing. Games room and pool for the kids, great hot breakfast both days we stayed. It has nice rooms and comfy beds too. The staff are nice, accommodating and prompt. Great stay. Will be back!

wow great new hotel, the blankets are so comfortable and the rooms are really nice , the staff are helpful and friendly , the hotel is clean and close to Dairy queen ,Timmies and seven 11 and there is a pond near by , your not far from down town, they have a great pool, the only thing was the tub was so small

Perfect stay!

Easy check in, clean, and quiet. Had a great games room.

While I enjoyed the hotel room itself. There was a huge safety issue in the pool. There was a large group of kids in there with no supervision other than their parents sitting on the side drinking alcohol. These kids were banging on equipment, screaming, pushing down slides and making it unsafe for other swimmers. My husband brought this to the attention of the front desk staff whose response was ‘they are paying customer, nothing I can do’. Well we are paying customers as well and I felt our kids safety or our stay was not important. Will not be recommending this place to anyone as I felt our concerns were not acknowledged whatsoever.

Excellent choice for us including our dog Kira. Bed was amazing and the free breakfast was Excellent. Staff was very friendly and although we never used the pool or fitness room they looked clean and would use if need arose. My only gripe with almost all hotels is the lack of a removable shower head and very rarely do I find one. Lol

great food, clean place, friendly staff, comfortable beds, amazing huge TV, quiet till the guy was snow blowing all night with a load backpack blower most of the night and morning. food was night and fresh and hot. very friendly breakfast lady.
