Super 8 by Wyndham Cochrane

Location is great. Room was spacious and comfortable, very quiet. Breakfast was decent.

No elevator in the building.

Everything. Staff rooms cleanliness breakfast

Nothing

Great location for exploring Cochrane and the surrounding areas. Lovely staff. Great breakfast. And a brilliant jacuzzi.

Rooms are only cleaned after 3 days. That’s not great.

The staff and facilities were great. Breakfast was less than stellar. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were terrible.

Breakfast.

The desk clerk gave us a recommendation for dinner that was fabulous. Thanks.

Hot tub was nice, smart TV with more options than basic cable, great water pressure, pancake machine impressed the kids

Had to use the stairs no elevator even tho asked for main floor after our first visit

Easily accessible

Amenities not much

We had a great stay and felt the hotel offered excellent value for money. The breakfast was much better and more varied than at similar hotels, and both the room and common areas were very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. A special thanks to Catherine, who was incredibly hardworking, always around and happy to assist with a smile. A very pleasant experience overall – highly recommended!

Easy to get to, friendly staff

Parking was an issue but looking like some used it as overnight parking for car camping, the couch did not have a mattress on the pull out so when you sat on it you sunk into it. There was coffee from previous guest in coffee pot.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Close to the big city, and mountains. Mist of the staff were friendly, greeted you in response. It's great that its pet friendly (we didnt have, use to travel with one).

The breakfast was mediocre, we chose to go look for a breakfast place as we didnt feel the offerings were satisfactory. This be the biggest disappointment (in comparison to others we've stayed in).

Tout

Rien

Very clean comfy nice clean bed great staff good variety of food for breakfast

I saw nothing wrong there

Ein sauberes und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend

Gute Ausstattung

Very accommodating and good location to Calgary and Canmore. Breakfast was tasty and the coffee was good too!

Nothing to complain about.

The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient and easy to access.

Overall, we had a very good experience. There were no major issues during our stay.

Everything was clean, well kept, people were helpful and friendly.

The step into the bathroom

Spa

Great value for the price

Convenient, breakfast was fine. Quiet .

Basement stairs were a challenge with suitcases .

Exceptional location to multiple amenities as well as walking trails and an off leash dog park.

No concerns

The staff were super friendly, the breakfast was amazing (eggs? Breakfast wraps, porridge, sweet treats etc) the location was exactly what I needed it to be. No more than 2 hours to most things

If anything and it didn’t actually bother me. The pool is a small jacuzzi and was really hot.

The staff was lovely, the breakfast was fantastic, the rooms are clean

The beds weren't very comfy, the pillows were very small, not enough towels, the room coffee wasn't good

Perfect , quick eating and ready for our day on our excursions

Had everything we needed

Affordable and reliable great location

Stairs

Breakfast was super. Lots of choice

Nothing all wonderful

Very clean, comfortable pillows and mattress .Good location next to the restaraunts.

Staff are good housekeeper are good as well as in the kitchen and reception all good .

On the first day just struggling with aircon bet hot but later it's good

The welcome and breakfast were great. We really enjoyed the family.

Rien

Very nice and clean and comfortable to stay. And also the staff are very approachable.

Nothing. Everthing is good..

Very small bathroom for a suite that has 3 queen beds and a sofa bed. No bathtub and small vanity.

Absolut gut. Preis/Leistung perfekt

Nichts

Bel accueil. Endroit propre. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Bon déjeuner continental. Salle spacieuse.

Comfortable beds.

No elevator.

We had the two bedrooms suite and it was big and comfortable for our large group

The breakfast: cold boiled eggs, ham & cheese sandwich no other options.

Instalaciones y servicios

Quite and great breakfast

Everything was clean and well maintained. I felt comfortable in that environment. Locks and keycards access worked well. Fairly quiet. I felt safe.

We should have asked for a main floor room as my husband had just had surgery on his knee four weeks prior to our stay. The stairs were cumbersome. That was my shortfall when booking.

Neely renovated. Room was fantastic. Breakfast was quite lovely too. Staff friendly. I was thrilled with the laundry room which was handy for us. Very happy with my stay. Only issue for some could be no elevator. Wasn’t an issue for us but if you can’t do stairs request a room on the main level.

Pet friendly and patio access Staff help getting ready for wedding Over kill in the kitchen was a nice extra touch

Rice in kitchen drawer No frying pan found No weather protected smoking area Easy fixes like trim and lightbulbs

Breakfast and staff were great

Room required maintenance. Toilet ran all night, sink has drainage issues, there was no soap for sink. Pillows were abysmal

Good location. price and helpful staff.

Nothing

Friendly staff, good, quiet location and fabulous facilities for the price ( jacuzzi and steam room) . Definitely recommend!

Clean and comfortable. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

The breakfast needs some healthy alternatives

The Filipina who was working at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. We checked in on the evening of June 16th.

No smile from the lady who worked the next morning. And the TV remote wasn't available, but that was no big deal for us.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean. Value for $.

Location

Food options for “hot breakfast “ was poor

The staff were friendly and helpful. We needed a hotel with a laundrette, which this place had. And it was located next to a bar/restaurant

There was no waste bin for organic waste such as left over food of customers who ordered from outside restaurants.

Very good,

Noisy fridge = no sleep

Grande chambre, spacieuse et très propre. Parking juste en face et pizzeria à 30m.

Rien. Tout était parfait !

The breakfast was disappointing. Very limited choices and not fresh made

Breakfast

Room had 3 beds.

The bathroom was extra small for the room size & the pool was just a hot tub.

Great customer service

There was a lady a bit muddy on the front desk

So clean..

None

Breakfast was good. Fresh muffins, toast, breakfast sandwiches to microwave, pancake machine, coke boiled eggs, yogurt and berries, various juices, good coffee and assortment of teas. Fresh cookies in the afternoon. Our room was very clean.

I’ve stayed here before. I like the location. Good parking ,easy online check-in. Friendly staff ,clean rooms. Comfortable . There’s a great breakfast. I love that when I check in There’s cookies at the nearby counter.

All great

Terrific breakfast-lots of options!

Very pricey for what it is.

Price

Very poor breakfast with few food options and limited amounts. I will not stay there again.

Good location and restaurants nearby. Room was clean and shower lovely.

Had basement room, slightly uncomfortable being below ground level. The egress window is about 7 feet above the floor. Pillows too thick for our necks, tough to get comfortable.

The breakfast was awesome. The hot tub was delightful. Rochelle, Katharine, other 2 ladies (one custodial staff) were very friendly and helpful in their recommendations for eating out and attractions to see. We look forward to coming back to Super 8. It felt like home away from home, thank you for the awesome service!

How short our stay had to be.

The staff are amazing

Prices are rising with the season

friendly staff, clean room

Parkering lige ved værelset var dejligt

Staff are wonderful, very helpful.

Loo took time to flush, but not a real problem

Great value, location, friendly staff, clean, and comfortable.

No jets in hot tub.

Great to have three beds and space for the price.

Had to run a space heater.

Didn't have breakfast

All goid

Breakfast was basic. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. The 3 bedroom suit was amazing for our group!

Great value for money. Outstanding!

very good

my bed was not made

Very friendly and accommodated staff.

Nothing

The staff at the reception were phenomenal, such a great services. The room very clean , for bed it was the comfiest I ever sleeping in motel. The breakfast also was very excellent. The steam room and jacuzzi also very relaxing and clean 100%.

NA

The front desk staff was amazing and the room was huge for the price we paid. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Clean room. Clean spacious washroom.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff at all levels were very welcoming. The breakfast that was included was very good. Fresh fruit, pancakes, a wide variety.
