Oxford Suites Spokane Downtown

All needs of a traveler were met. We had no gripes. Front deskers were friendly and the room had everything we needed, plus it was nice and quiet. The hotel is also well located in downtown Spokane, close to the beautiful Riverfront.

If you can call it a gripe - there was a problem that torpedoed the evening bistro downstairs. The hotel couldn't fix whatever it was, and whipped up the best they could do in the lobby. The problem was fixed by the following morning for breakfast.

Breakfast was better than it was a few years ago. Keep it up!

Potatoes were the only thing I could eat. No turkey sausage option. Can’t eat eggs. No gluten…. I a tough one.

The staff went above and beyond! They were great!

Boxwood bushes outside the windows smell like cat pee and our room smelled like cat pee. Drain in sink was clogged. Walls are very thin.

The seems to allow "Finders Keepers" when it comes to guest personal items that are accidentally left behind. Staff uses a third party "lost and found" system to avoid complaints and allow potential theft of guest valueables.

The location on the Spokane River was great! Close to Riverfront Park, the Centennial Trail and the vibrant downtown area.

Facility was clean, that was about all I can say.

Charging guests $25 to check in early is extremely poor taste. We were there around 1 and a room was available. We didn't ask for an upgrade or anything either. The "bistro" feels like a dungeon with zero windows in it. The bed was so horribly soft, creaked, and the pillows were pretty much non-existent. The room layout is super weird, with the vanity directly in front of the bed and completely separate from the bathroom.

The bed was lush and comfortable and we got upgraded to a suite. The breakfast buffet was great and the spa area was a nice touch. We were in a lovely location and the room felt clean and crisp. The staff even let us check in early and check out late.

Communication with staff, the ability to walk to a nearby concert venue and restaurants

The staff responsible for fulfilling my 'special request' absolutely came through. Even Matt Damon herself was impressed.

Always a great stay. Location is perfect for walking downtown and all the little extras make it very enjoyable.

I love this place so much I always book with this hotel and the people are the nicest you’ll ever meet. So many amenities, the breakfast buffet is HOT and delicious.

We were greeted by pleasant hotel staff at check in and given tickets for both complimentary drink and appetizers and breakfast in the am. Great location next to the River Walk. The rooms were clean & comfortable with good amenities. Nice pool indoor area.

The woman at the reception was rude. Received a call at around 10:40pm about a noise complaint. We were in bed! Incredible! There was a group of teens making loud chatter outside our room in the stairway late into the night, yet the receptionist called our room about a noise complaint. Unbelievable. Used pool towels were all piled up in the pool room, no clean towels anywhere. “We are out” was the only response to “May I get some pool towels”.

Close to River Front Park!

My husband & I stay 1 night in a river view room. Bed was comfortable, location was good, walk to river front park, Spokane Falls. Breakfast included & Happy hr drinks from 5 to 9 pm, there's also soup & salad. We enjoy our stay here.

Nothing much I can think of. Neighbor made some laughing noises in the evening but that didn't bother me.

It’s the most spacious room I’ve found at such a reasonable price, it’s clean & comfortable. The staff is friendly & helpful. The pool is great, the breakfast is fantastic, and it’s a perfect location for downtown activities. I stay here often.

This hotel was very comfortable for me. It was clean, well appointed, and quiet. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and ensured I found the river walk trail (paved) just steps from the parking lot. The hotel is centrally located.

people were nice, and the room was nice, and literally everything but one thing was perfect:

the wifi/cell service situation. i understand it’s a poor location with everything being old and surrounded by brick and concrete, but the wifi needs to be fixed. it wouldn’t stay connected on any device for longer than 3 minutes. ALL of my calls were dropped at least 5 mins in.

Breakfast wasn’t sufficient. Stayed 5 days. First morning everything was good. Day 2-no sausage, waited about 10 min for eggs to be replenished. Day 3- no sausage again. Day 4-some sausage and potatoes, no eggs. Didn’t even bother going to breakfast on our final morning. Went around an hour before end of breakfast schedule each morning.

The breakfast was great. The room was very nice and clean.

Big comfy room and hotel in great location near Spokane River.

There was a community sitting area in front of my room door which was too close when people were sitting there when we were coming and going.

The location was good and the price was reasonable.

The room was a bit depressing. The walls were bare and drab, the bathroom was exceptionally tiny and the layout for the bathroom and sink was awkward. There was a moldy/mildew smell around the sink. the heater was loud and looked like it had seen better days, the curtains were ripped and shabby, and there were stains on the carpet. It just feels like the place is in serious need of some updating.

The location was great we were able to walk all over that is one of the main reasons I booked this room. Great hospitality. The breakfast was decent. We were there for our birthdays. It was a great time. We would stay here again.

The only thing that could be better was the water could be hotter.

The only drawback was that the pool was out of commission during our visit, which was a bit disappointing since we had hoped to use it.

We loved the comfortable bed. My husband had surgery the next day, so we opted for the extra late check-out. We found that very accommodating since his surgery was at 2. We checked out at 1:30 and drove 2 blocks to the surgical center. Oh yeah, and the location couldn't have been better. The view from our balcony was lovely. The Spokane River and the autumn colors were beautiful this time of year. We will be back again.

What a find! From the gracious welcome at the front desk to the glass of wine downstairs to the comfortable room and delicious breakfast, I can’t say enough about this hotel!

The internet was troublesome. The front desk gave me an additional option to connect with but was equally frustrating. It would connect and then drop off. This is my only complaint. Beautiful room, quiet, comfortable.

We got a suite and it was great! I guess the only thing I would suggest is 2 king beds because the room was so large but the beds were pretty small feeling. But other than that, great place to stay! Awesome hot-tub, Sauna AND steam room! Also a free drink and snack when we checked in, we’ve stayed here in the past and will stay again!!

Our check-in was seamless; we were fully informed with the hotel details within minutes of coming into the hotel. Plus complimentary HH cocktails - what a treat. The HH snacks were sufficient for dinner [I'd skip the menu - the HH offerings were better]. Our room was fabulous! A gorgeous river view, a comfortable room and wonderful treats provided!! We couldn't ask for more! Breakfast was good, very family-oriented food offerings and the staff were on top of keeping the breakfast area clean for incoming guests. The bed was so comfy and the shower pleasantly hot :) Highly recommend.

It was a bit noisy to use the sink if someone in the room was sleeping. Other than that, our stay was great!

The room looked cleaned, but it had a smell of men body spray a masculine order. Also, when we pulled out the sofa bed, we found some glasses it made me wonder if they really clean the room well.

A beautiful hotel in a great spot. Lots of walks along the river and ability to walk across river and find restaurants. Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast was good too.
