Quarto bem espaçoso, mas precisando ser modernizado. O cafe da manha é simplesmente perfeito. A equipe é muito solicita.

I was very positively impressed by the Sunway Hotel—not only by the room and hotel facilities, but especially by the quality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, clearly showing—through their expressions—the genuine pleasure they took in their work and in interacting with guests. The room is spacious, features a great bathroom, and is equipped with everything needed for an excellent stay. The breakfast offers an impressive variety of items, catering to tastes ranging from Western to Asian cuisine. The hotel is within walking distance of the riverside promenade, the hub of tourist activity. I have no doubt that I will stay at the Sunway Hotel again on my next visit to Phnom Penh. Thank you for all the courtesy and warmth—the most important things for a traveler abroad!

I first stayed at Sunway Hotel in 2007, and since then I have stayed there over 30 times! Apart from the spacious and comfortable rooms, the ideal location, and the delicious food served in the restaurant, the staff members are one extra reason I always choose to stay there. No matter what time I arrive, the staff members are always there, eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. A couple of times, they even kept the restaurant open until very late for my party and me! Special thanks to Mrs Ravy, who even mended the zipper of my backpack at the reception area while I was having dinner with my team on my last visit on 16 February! Looking forward to my next trip in April!

A good location in Phnom Penh is all about where your activities take place. Traffic is normally horrendous in the entire city, so find a hotel close to where you want to visit. The Sunway is a quiet sanctuary within easy walking distance of the river tourist area. The river tourist area is also quite congested so at the end of the day the quiet of the Sunway is appreciated. My first stay at the Sunway was 18 years ago. While it shows a little of its age on the edges, it is really in good condition with an extremely helpful staff throughout the hotel and restaurant. Excellent value for the discount pricing which is normally available.

The restaurant menu and buffet are tilted toward Asian tastes with fewer Western choices for someone like me. A bit too much salt also.

We had a fantastic stay here. From the moment We checked in, the service was really nice. The room was exceptionally clean and well. We especially loved and enjoyed Our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the City, yet that was quiet enough for a great night’s sleep. A huge thank you to all staff for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back.

1. 객실 및 식당 - 직원들의 대응과 서비스가 매우 훌륭했습니다. 또한, 식당 내 식기와 자리의 청결도 역시 높은 수준으로 유지되어 만족했습니다. 객실 역시 시설이 newest는 아니나, 잘 관리되어 사용에 불편함이 없었습니다. 마지막으로, 와이파이도 충분히 빨라 사용에 불편함이 없었습니다. 2. 위치 - 시내 중심에 위치하여 다른 지역으로의 이동이 매우 편리했으며, 주변 Grab, Taxi 기사들도 호텔의 위치를 정확히 알고 있어 이동 시 편리했습니다. 3. 안전 - Security분들이 항시 순찰을 하고, 로비에도 사람이 상시 대기하여 제 때 필요한 서비스를 받을 수 있었습니다.

가격대비 괜찮은 수준임은 분명하지만, 조식의 종류가 외국인 입장에서는 조금 제한되는 편임에 아쉬웠습니다. 특히 과일들의 당도가 생각보다 높지 않은 경우가 많고, 육류가 조금 적어 아쉬웠습니다.

Hotel enorme, dall'esterno sembra un 5 stelle, all'interno è tutto perfetto (solo un po' più datato dell'esterno) ma tutto perfetto: lo staff è estremamente attento e disponibile, la colazione è molto ampia e ottima. abbiamo cenato qui una sera e tutto perfetto (solo un po' lentini ma tutto preparato espresso e noi non avevamo fretta!) Grande supporto da parte della reception che ci ha dato supporto con i servizi transfer. davvero super consigliato. ci sono sempre dei tuk tuk li fuori pronti se si ha bisogno!

The hotel was very nice and the room was comfortable. The price was very reasonable. I expect because of the location being a little further out of town.

The only issue we had was the location. It was on a very busy room which as quite difficult to cross. I didn't realise that when we booked. Ok if you was leaving the hotlel in a tuk tuk or taxi but not if walking.

Property is in a great location. Very close for me to handle the business I needed to. Very well, maintain hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was outstanding.

The location was very convenient for the purpose of my visit. The staff were very polite and professional. The accommodation was clean and in good condition. The room was as advertised.

I was asked for an email address during check in. I assumed it was for sending me a receipt. Sadly, when I got to my room I was receiving spam email from a hotel management company based in Dubai. When I hit the unsubscribe button I was instructed to visit the website to unsubscribe. When I visited the website a registration was required to enter and unsubscribe. I didn't want to bother with all of that, so I flagged the email as spam and went on with my day.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und direkt neben der sehenswerten Wat Phnom im historischen Stadtviertel von Phnom Penh. In wenigen Schritten sind weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, z. B. Nachtmarkt, Flussufer Tonlesap usw. Der Express-Linienbus zum neuen Flughafen Techo KTI hält am Canadia Park nur zirka 600m entfernt. Auch Hauptbahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht justieren, läuft entweder eiskalt oder nicht.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience for a few key reasons. First, we arrived early in the morning to Cambodia and got to the hotel around 10 AM. To our pleasant surprise, the staff kindly offered us a free early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey. Second, the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices and even fresh watermelon juice, which was a refreshing touch. Third, the location is great, just a short 7-minute walk to the riverside, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Lastly, while the hotel itself has a slightly older look, the rooms are cozy, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, complete with a nice carpet that added a warm and homey feel. Thank you, Sunway Hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Very outdated hotel. Aircon in this hotel seems to be a common issue amongst travellers. Lobby is hot as ever! Totally no AC, luckily checkin was quick. AC in room warm, even after trying to adjust temperature settings. High bathtub without handles are not ideal for handicapped/pregnant women. They have only 2 handicapped rooms with standing shower. Breakfast, below par. Hotel doesnt seem crowded at all. Shops are NOT 5 mins walk away as told by front desk. Overall, stay elsewhere. Give this outdated hotel a hard pass.

An exceptionally luxurious hotel offering top-notch facilities and amenities. Located right in the heart of the city, it provides both convenience and comfort. I especially enjoyed the diverse selection of delicious cuisines served—truly a memorable stay!

A very nice hotel; comfortable rooms and a nice restaurant. All staff members were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the restaurant staff. The breakfast was quite good, and we had a very nice dinner there one night. The Cambodian food on their menu was really good.

I accidentally left two hats in my room and when they were contacted from the airport, they lied and said that my room was completely clean and nothing was left.

What sets this hotel apart from others are the very nice and friendly staff that work there. They are always so welcoming and helpful in any situation.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sunway Hotel Phnom Penh due to the professional and friendly Staff. We had a issue within the room and we spoke with the Front Desk at breakfast and when we had gotten back to the room after breakfast, the Maintenance Staff was already working on the problem and it was completed before we went out before lunch. We were always greeted with smiles from the Staff whenever we would leave and return to the hotel during our stay.

The bathroom needs to be updated

I stayed here for 4 nights recently and I kinda love and hated this place. I paid USD100 Per Night Nett for a room that comes with balcony and daily breakfast Good Points a) The check in and checkout process was fast <5Min b) I was allowed to check in early around 11am, and I was allowed to check out late at 2pm. c) The water pressure in the bathroom was WOW. I love this! d) The room, balcony and bathroom is old/very outdated but clean. e) The staffs were friendly. f) The location of this hotel is OK, 5-10Min walk to many shops Bad Points a) The food served in the daily breakfast buffet, tasted below par. b) The room aircond was bad scene. Even I shifted room, and the aircond issue was still the same. c) No swimming pool d) There's beers and liquor served, but tasted bad.. The bartender needs to attend a course on how to mix cocktails

The hotel looked like it was built quite some time ago, and must have been outstanding when it was built, but many of the facilities now feel dated. Only one restaurant. No swimming pool. No pillow menu, etc.

Excellent location across from the US Embassy in the CBD. Arrival team on the front desk were exceptional and personable. As a hotelier myself I was impressed with the service levels! Would like to recognise the 2 staff on the desk on 18th November at 320pm that assited our 3 rooms on check in

Had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommended for families. Room and toilet is clean, complete with toiletries. Housekeeping come and clean the room everyday. This hotel provide halal breakfast, with so many varieties and they taste superb. I met many Malaysians and Singaporeans staying at this hotel. Location wise, although it's northern part slightly far from airport but it is next to Wat Nohm, US embassy, mosque with walkable distance to night market and Preah Sisowath Quay.

Staff is very polite, but the maintenance is not good, specifically the rooms with the balcony, very very poor, My first impression was quite good, but 2nd one is not so good, property is not well Maintained Vegetarian food in practically is very poor, my last visit also I mentioned about it but no improvement However the area is very good, open and safe

Nice hotel by the Malaysian chain Sunway Group. We chose this hotel as the trip was during the fasting month of Ramadhan - thus for us Muslims the halal food prepared and also early morning breakfast (sahoor) were available as well. Walking distance to a few tourist areas including Hard Rock Cafe and the riverside attractions.
