Sehr gute Lage, tolle Aussicht auf den Fluss!

I've been to this hotel many times, and they wouldn't accept a picture of my passport to check in, wasted my money.

Everything. The entrance to the hotel was through a half stocked shop. The elevator had no air conditioner going. Got to the room and there were 2 cockroaches on the top and one on the wall. The shower smelt like bad body odour that I bought some bleach and a scrubbing brush to clean it. Absolutely disgusting. There were ants in the bed and on the bed. Most horrid place ever. There were dirty had marks on the walls and mold in patches. We were booked for 2 nights but left the next morning. I contacted the property but failed to get a decent reply and that only happened because I pushed it only to get , sorry I can't comment about this¹from Steve the contact for the hotel. Their rating on booking. Comsays it one of the top 10 but thats a total lie. No refund, no contact, no apology nothing. The hotel is a joke

This is a filthy cockroach, ant infested place. Its a backpackers budget hotel.

There was nothing to like about this hotel.

Location and the view

No hot water in the shower even after they pretended to have fixed it. The elevator takes ages to arrive… and some cockroaches were seen a bit everywhere….

The location was very good.

The elevator(s) are SUPER slow and extremely hot! The fitness center/gym was absolutely pathetic! It should not even be listed as an amenity. The AC unit in my room was very filthy and barely blew cold air. The water pressure in shower was not very good.

LIFTS Seem incorrectly callibrated; take far too long to arrive, too long to move and way too slow to travel, even though they seem modern and new

This place was awesome and the staff were so accommodating. I had a room.on the 9th floor overlooking the river and it was beautiful. The balconies were well covered and the room and bathroom were very modern and clean. The added touch of a projector instead of a tv and the lead lighting really made the experience better. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Posizione ottima, stanza bella e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Bellissima la vista sul Mekong.

Non è possibile fare la colazione. Tanti insetti che escono di notte (abbiamo ucciso 7-8 scarafaggi e piccoli ragni).

bien placé ! personnel très gentil ! et une très belle vue sur le mekong et belle chambre avec tout le nécessaire ! (l’accueil est aussi l’entrée d’un magasin)

Fantastic view from the room over the river! Excellent housekeeping daily. Very clean. Nice modern room, comfirtable bed, nice bathroon with very good shower. Very good price. Very good location Shop for food & drinks on the ground floor. Excellent laundry service.

I liked the view from the balcony.

It's quite dangerous to cross any road if you are not used to it as a tourist. I was hit by a motorcycle while crossing the road outside the hotel.

Spacious and clean room with balcony by the river. Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money. Location is very central with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Main attractions within 10-15min walking distance Highly recommended

El personal es muy amable y al estar en un sitio céntrico prácticamente puedes desplazarte andando por la parte antigua de la ciudad

El agua caliente no funcionaba en mi habitación. No me preocupa en exceso al ser un país tropical. El aíre acondicionado estaba a 26 grados y apenas enfriaba pero de estaba bien. Creo que deberían revisar esos puntos porque el hotel está muy bien por todo lo demás.

The location is absolutely perfect. It is conveniently situated close to many attractions and amenities. The customer service is available 24/7. The staff respond quickly and are always helpful. They made my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The view is absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of my stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and cleaned daily by the housekeeping staff. The location is excellent, with Walking Street just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the nightlife, restaurants, and local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location. The staff at the reception were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. They always made me smile.

The location is good, the comfort is ok. The hotel seems being converted from an apartment thus it's a convinient hotel rather than a relaxing place.

The space is so neat, convenient and more suitable business trip than a relaxing tour.

This is a fantastic hotel situated right in the heart of the city's nightlife district. All rooms feature a river view, and staying on a higher floor—I was on floor 16—makes for a fabulous experience, especially while sitting on the balcony enjoying a drink. The view alone is worth the price. Because of the central location, you can enjoy the lively music from the surrounding area directly from your balcony. It also got a convenient store as part of the hotel reception. So at the middle of the night if you need a bottle of beer, it only few steps away! ​The rooms are exceptionally clean and well-organized. While there is no traditional TV, the room is equipped with a projector that supports YouTube and major streaming platforms like Amazon Prime. You can also easily connect your laptop or phone via HDMI or USB. ​The bathroom is spacious, spotlessly clean, and offers excellent control over hot water temperature. The rain shower is a highlight, especially after a long day of exploring. I particularly appreciated the water-efficient toilet system; it is refreshing to find a hotel that genuinely practices sustainability rather than just displaying signs about it. ​The WiFi is fast and reliable, and the staff are consistently helpful and friendly. Overall, this is an excellent value. Having stayed in a wide range of accommodations globally—from 5-star hotels to budget options—I would rate this hotel as a high-quality 4-star experience, even if it lacks a few of the specific amenities typically required for that official classification.

The projector was a bit fidly to operate and during day time, it was difficut to see the projection. The property name is a bit misguiding, probably a better name will attract more customers!

Insgesamt war ich mit dem X One Hotel in Phnom Penh äußerst zufrieden und komme bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt definitiv wieder. Mein Zimmer in der 17. Etage war modern, sehr sauber und bot einen beeindruckenden Blick über den Fluss – besonders abends ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage ist kaum zu schlagen: Direkt vor der Tür findet man zahlreiche Restaurants, von einfachen lokalen Spots bis hin zu gehobener Küche. Der Nachtmarkt ist in weniger als fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Wochenende wird es dort noch lebendiger, wenn sich der Weekend Night Market über mehrere Kilometer entlang des Flusses erstreckt – eine tolle Atmosphäre und absolut sehenswert. Auch viele der wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Königspalast, verschiedene Tempel und der Central Market sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist mir außerdem die Freundlichkeit der Menschen in Kambodscha – ich habe mich überall willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Helpful staff, good location

The hotel has regular or residential tenants whom they were cooking and you can smell the food in the corridor. Children playing sometimes in the corridor.

Room 1307 which I stayed in had a serious cockroach problem Other rooms booked for my group had issues with toilet clogging When we went down to the front desk to get assistance with the clogged toilet at 2am, we were handed some strange device and told to unclog the toilet ourselves by a disgruntled staff member Elevators are incredibly slow as mentioned in other reviews On weekend evenings, the road in front of the hotel is closed off and turned into a walking street, making it impossible to drop off in front of the hotel The building appears to be a shared apartment, some of the rooms belong to X One while others are residential. The hallways smell of cigarette smoke.
