As part of our driving trip, we stopped in Deadwood . Hotel is very nice and clean. There are several different hotels all linked together to the Cadillac jacks casino so it’s very convenient. You get some discounts at the shops and restaurants that are part of the casino by staying at the Doubletree. We had an issue with our mirror light in the bathroom and it was flashing like a strobe light and they sent someone up twice and they fixed it while we were out. Very roomy inside the rooms. Not good water pressure in the shower. If you want to use a pool, one of the other hotels has an indoor pool that you can walk to, and it’s all connected to same building.

Love staying at this property. Always clean. Great staff.

Rooms were clean. You had to pay for parking which was the only hotel on our two week trip that charged us. The restaurants were great. It is a casino and the staff was really wonderful.

Parking and getting into the hotel was a bit cumbersome.

Very nice! We are down stairs at Marco's Pizza. Had a great time.

The room was dirty and the pet area location is terrible. Nobody cleaned up after their pets. It was not cleaned up at all our stay. The refrigerator didn’t work.

It was very clean and comfortable and quiet.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. I would highly recommend. The options of different places to eat on site made grabbing food very convenient.

Updated, modern, clean and comfortable. Hallways smelled like Christmas! Best part was a nice big shower vs a bathtub in the bathroom!!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet even though we were across the ice machine. Enjoyed the casino in the hotel.

My wife and I stayed here Dec 2-5, 2025. Very clean hotel, casino is on the first floor (we are not gamblers, my review is about the hotel only) The management and staff were awesome, on-site restaurants were great excellent service and good selection of food. Would definitely return.

Clean room, nice hotel staff but RUDE casino employees pretty much ruined my experience. Will say you may be received better at your local ramada inn or econo lodge. Dont dare make a mistake or ask any questions! Would rather stay at any of the other properties in Deadwood. Ive been to casinos all over the country and this one left a bad taste in my mouth. Will not return just based on your casino employees big thumbs down half of them need a retraining because they wouldn’t survive at a REAL casino

Room stunk like rotten food and the window face a cement wall

Once we actually found the hotel, everything was great! The room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Also quiet. The whole hotel and casino was clean. We ate at both Earl of Sandwich and Marco’s in the food court, plus the Mexican restaurant and found all to be reasonably priced and good. Played a lot in the casino. It’s smaller than I would have expected, but we had some decent luck. I lost, but my husband won, so we broke even. If the weather is decent, you can easily walk to the downtown area. Negatives were the price (but all hotels in the area were similar) and the lack of signage to get to the Doubletree “lobby.” Plus housekeeping tidied the bathroom one day but didn’t make our bed. We can make our own bed - but it was weird that the daily housekeeping was only half done.

Very nice and newly updated. As nice as any Vegas casino, but with reasonable food/beverage/gaming prices. Compared to the other Deadwood options, Cadillac Jack's is the only one I would consider going forward. Will be back!

We had a great stay.

The room was clean and fine, the mattress needs replaced, some of the staff weren’t very friendly. It was fine overall but could be better.

Very nice room. Tried taking shower when I arrived. It took 4 - 5 minutes for warm water to start then was actually hot. Poor water temp control. Staff was very friendly once they came to desk. I was not expecting to pay for parking but I did have to pay. It is a very busy place since you are basically checking in on the casino floor. No success on casino floor. If there is a next time it might be better now that I know what to expect.

This was our second stay at Double Tree. We always enjoy our time here. The fire alarm went off a few times throughout one of our nights, but it seemed to be addressed in a timely manner.

Would highly recommend staying here. Great spot for home base. Lots to see and do at deadwood. And amazing adventures with in short driving distance. Can't wait to go back.

Since the hotel is labeled at Cadillac Jacks, a casino, a 15 dollars a day parking seems unnecessary. Parking is tight, but if you go to casino to gamble there is no charge. People who stay at the hotel are going to gamble. Why charge hotel guest if they gamble?

Only complaint is a light bulb on the ceil light kept flickering. Beside that it was absolutely amazing for a honeymoon stay. Deadwood has a lot to do. Highly recommend a ghost tour

Second time staying and it’s a great place

We stayed while traveling through. The mobile checking and experience was flawless, room was clean, and of course the free cookie!

Very confusing check in. I think they assume we know where everything is. Same building fir 3 different hotels. Each hotel had it's own elevator, which was not explained upon check-in. We had a nice gentleman (guest) explain that to us as we started to get on the wrong elevator.

Our hotel room was very nice and the food options are great here. We had all our meals {late lunch, evening appetizers and drinks at the bar, and breakfast) at the FLYT Steakhouse and nothing disappointed.

Front desk agent was great, friendly. The hotel was in great condition, the room was the best we stayed in on our 8 day road trip. We liked the convenience of a really good restaurant in the hotel.

This is a great location and a great trio of hotels in one building! Very clean and fresh. Casino and a lot of food options attached and a great pool! Only complaint wok die water pressure was a bit low but not too bad!
