Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour son Roof Top. Grande deception, celui ci était fermé lors de notre séjour 😕 (sans avoir été prévenus, ni geste de compensation... ) Un petit réfrigérateur aurait été apprécié

Les espaces communs mériteraient une rénovation. L'offre au bar le soir pourrait être un peu plus étoffée.

Wifi netwerk zwak op onze kamer. Toilet spoelde niet zo goed door. Zonde van het water. Dubbele ramen hielden geluid goed buiten maar de klink van het buitenraam kan gevaarlijk in aanraking komen met het binnenraam.

Simplicité de la chambre et vétusté de certaines parties... Belle chambre avec haut plafonds mais qui mérite d'être plus chargée et décorée (pas une table basse, une chaise dans un coin sans plus... ). L'accueil est d'une froideur déroutante qui contraste avec le beau bar et salon du RDC... Mérite d'être plus "accueillant ". Enfin, dommage l'attente pour le petit déjeuner. bar/salon petit. Enfin Rue extrêmement bruyante (on est en centre ville...)

We waren per ongeluk in de verkeerde kamer geboekt. Dit werd netjes opgelost. Maar de 1e nacht (in de verkeerde kamer) was echt vreselijk qua geluid. Het leek of de hele stad naast je bed over de trap liep. Wat een lawaai.

Our room, whilst comfortable, only had one bedside table, lacked a dressing table/chairs and only a small add-on hanging space which partially obscured a light switch. Power points weren’t very secure and washbasin didn’t drain easily.

Trotzdem sehr ruhig und so gut isoliert, dass man nichts von dem wunderbaren Platz hört, auf den unsere Boden lange Fenster ausgingen. Schöne Barterrasse oben. Umbedingt besuchen! Die Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Schönes Bad und ein sehr guter Frühstück!

La fontaine d’eau sur le palier et une bouteille vide dans les chambres c est vraiment désagréable quand on a soif en pleine nuit. Si l’hôtel peut faire preuve de conscience ecolo qu’il mette des bouteilles en verre dans les chambres.

We loved the traditional touch along with the modern. Nice breakfast too. Very helpful staff which is a bonus.
The lift wasn’t working when we arrived and we were on the level 4, but that was fixed in a few days so not a complaint but we had to walk up and down 4 floors everyday 🙃 🚶🏻♀️🚶🏻♂️🚶🏻good exercise! Room slippers as mentioned (on booking.com would’ve been nice)

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026vriendelijk personeel, mooi hotel, geweldige locatie aan de Grand Place (op loopafstand van station Lille Flandres), ruime kamer met airco, lekkere bedden. leuk dakterras (minpunt: erg hoge prijzen voor consumpties)
De ontbijtzaal is wat aan de krappe kant, ontbijtbuffet had voor mij iets meer keuze mogen hebben, met name brood. Op vrijdagavond ging de lift stuk, vanwege feestdag op zaterdag en de daarop volgende zondag kwam de monteur pas op maandagochtend toen wij uitcheckten. Gelukkig sliepen we op de eerste verdieping zodat we met wat moeite de 49 treden tot daar opkwamen, als we een kamer op een hogere verdieping hadden gehad waren we genoodzaakt geweest om een ander hotel te zoeken. Het personeel heeft geprobeerd om de monteur eerder te laten komen maar dat lukte niet. verder zijn bij kritische beschouwing wel wat kleine dingetjes toe aan verbetering/vervanging. tapijt heeft her en der wat slijtage en vlekken, gordijnen hebben wat gaatjes.

Chambre 501 trop petite. Rien pour ranger les vêtements. Douchette inutilisable, pas de pression.

We sliepen met zijn vieren op 1 kamer. Het sofabed was niet heel comfortabel om op te slapen.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Il Grand Hotel Bellevue si trova in ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla Grand Place.La struttura è antica, tenuta molto bene e con mobili d'epoca.La città può essere visitata a piedi ed è molto piacevole.A pochi passi dall'Hotel ci sono numerosi ristoranti e se pur molto turistici sono buoni.La colazione non era eccellente,considerando le quattro stelle,ma la scelta era piuttosto varia.Posso consigliare questa struttura per una vacanza.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Beautiful hotel in the center of Lille. The room was lovely, as were the cafe and rooftop bar. I especially appreciated the staff who helped us throughout.
The air conditioning was quite weak. We opened the windows to get air, but there were no screens so mosquitoes got in.

Simplement informer plus clairement des jours de fermeture de la terrasse comme beaucoup de personnes choisissent l’établissement notamment pour ce rooftop! (Car la fermeture un samedi peut surprendre)

We hadden iets meer comfort verwacht van een 4 sterren hotel. Maar één nachtkastje, de airco deed het niet goed en de verlichting aan het plafond was kapot.
