Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir waren für vier Nächte in Seattle und hatten als Familie (7 Personen) zwei Zimmer mit je zwei Queen-size Betten. Diese Zimmer lagen nach hinten raus und waren somit sehr leise (keine Straße und kaum Flugzeuge), die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Zimmer waren sauber, jedoch sind die Bäder etwas unpraktisch (offene Dusche und keine Lüftung). Die Zimmer wurden gut gereinigt. Das Gym und der Pool sind sehr gut und angenehm. Der Gaskamin und die Terasse sind abends sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich (amerikanisch) aber mit richtigem Geschirr und Besteck a kein Plastik. Jedoch war das Frühstückspersonal überfordert und kam nicht mit dem Nachfüllen oder Abräumen nach. Die Dame mit dem Mundschutz ist zudem sehr unfreundlich und nicht kundenorientiert. Der Kaffee ist sehr gut und jederzeit verfügbar. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sind hilfsbereit aber nicht alle sind freundlich. Die Shuttlefahrer sind hilfsbereit. Ein gutes Hotel für eine Städtereise. Viele Gäste nutzen das Hotel vor einer Kreuzfahrt für eine Nacht.

Sauberkeit der Tische und des Buffets bei den Waffeln und beim Kaffe zur Frühstückszeit. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals wurde vermisst. Besonders die Frühstücksdame mit dem Mundschutz ist sehr unfreundlich! Frühstücksbüffet wird immer nur auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt. Die Bäder haben keine Lüftung

Loud noise in the wall kept me up for a while. Some kind of machine or shower noise I think. Toilet had a hair on it and there were brown spots on the bathroom wall by the hand towel.

Clean, friendly very busy staff, decent breakfast. We were happy with the shuttle to and from the airport and the breakfast was right there and decent. Overall a good value for the money.

The staff was so helpful, friendly, and over the top thoughtful and kind! I asked for a quiet room because I needed to do some writing work. The staff person offered me a room on the third floor at the end of a hallway. It was soooo quiet! Later, at 5:00 am when I was about to catch their airport shuttle, I realized I had only a $20 bill for a tip. I needed some of that money for other taxi tips, too. The reception desk had no cash available. I was so disappointed. And the desk worker actually reached into his pocket and gave me five singles to tip the airport shuttle driver with! Now that made my day! What generosity!

I ended up at the wrong Radisson Hotel first. There are THREE Radisson hotels by SEATAC Airport. Be sure you have the right one when you call for an airport shuttle. Thankfully, the driver kindly drove me to the correct one! That was very kind on their part!

Das Zimmer war modern und sauber.

Habe leider ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss ausgewählt, dadurch habe ich den Lärm vom Frühstücksraum gehört. Es war wie in einer Shoppingmall, unmöglich zu schlafen. Beim Check-In unbedingt Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken verlangen! Um 6 Uhr ging auch noch der Wecker los, obwohl ich ihn nicht gestellt habe. Das Bad hatte keine Lüftung, dadurch war es immer feucht.

Clean, comfortable hotel close to the airport with helpful staff at check-in, kind housekeepers, and friendly shuttle drivers. A lot of other tourists and PNW travelers/cruise passengers gave it a lively feel in common areas but our room still seemed quiet and restful.

Clean and staff friendly. The traffic above our room was loud and consistent laid into the night and then started again early in the morning. Not sure if this is because you have hardwood versus carpet, but it was very noisy and kept me up.

The breakfast was not good. Shuttle bus was useful but there was no airport courtesy phone ( there was phone but not working). So it was more difficult for international travellers to call the hotel for shuttle.

Barely any Breakfast options & the breakfast main lady was so rude and unhelpful. They didn’t have hot milk. They didn’t have a knife to cut apple. They had no vegetarian options. Room didn’t have a hot water kettle, or a hair dryer or even complimentary bottled / house water. Basic amenities missing.

Free airport shuttle was great. Excellent breakfast. Had an issue with the refrigerator not working and they immediately moved us to another room. Great customer service. Prior to our arrival they gave us all information we may need including where to meet the shuttle at the airport. Of all 8 hotels we stayed in while visiting the 3 National Parks, they were one of the top and reasonable in price as well.

This was the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. During my stay on the lower level, several guests were extremely loud throughout the evening. Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling well and was trying to get some much-needed rest. I understand that people may still be awake and socializing earlier in the evening, but the loud conversations continued well past 10:35 PM. I was very disappointed by the lack of consideration and respect for other guests who were trying to sleep. I also booked two rooms. One room had carpeting that did not appear to be very clean, while the other double room did not have carpet. I went to the front desk to ask if I could switch to a room without carpet, but unfortunately, my request could not be accommodated. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience due to the excessive noise and the condition of one of the rooms.

This hotel was quiet & the staff were friendly, but that's the only thing going for it. Our room was so damp that even the sheets felt wet to the touch. They had to have known, because they set the AC at 60 before we got in. The shower had mold spots throughout. The trash cans weren't emptied when we got there. I put on clean, white socks, and the bottoms turned black after walking a few minutes in the room. I would avoid this place at all costs if you are sensitive to mold or want a clean room.

Very disappointed!!!! Tried to cancel reservation 2 1/2 days before we were supposed to stay and hotel would not provide a refund due to illness. Very bad customer service!!!!

The staff were not very considerate with regards to our booking as we were trying to shortened our stay but they will still charge you for the whole duration of our booked days as they stated it was already paid, they did not even offer a partial refund.

It smells wonderful throughout the hotel, and everything is very clean. The only thing we wish for is more TV channels to choose from or the ability to connect our phones to the TV. I also wish the breakfast area were a little less crowded, and it would be great if there were a sauna by the pool. Lastly, I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable, although it could have just been me having a hard time sleeping. Overall, we've had a great experience so far and have enjoyed meeting a lot of people.

Personál fantastický, hotel má vynikající služby jak shuttel z letiště a na letiště, tak v rámci tohk vás i hodí na veřejnou dopravu při výletech do města. Dále je možnost z tohoto hotelu jet do obchodního centra, které je poblíž, služba je bezplatná.

Moje druhá zkušenost s tímto hotelem a kapacita byla viditelně naplněna, u snídaně v hale nebylo často místo, kuchyně nestíhala a co mi teda hodně vadilo bylo plastové nádobí na jedno použití, kromě talířů tedy ... to myslím, že by se v dnešní době eko krize nemělo dít.

It is a good place to stay when you travel. Very comfy bed and pillows, breakfast in the morning, and a free shuttle. Everything you need.

The take-away breakfast for early departures. A granola bar and trail mix and a small bottle of water - though high in calories - didn't sit will at 3:30am!

The room was enormous. It was clean the beds were so comfortable. The hotel itself is really nice and updated. The complimentary breakfast is better than any I've seen. Lots of space for you to sit and enjoy breakfast.

Location convenient after a long haul flight

It is a hotel that is close to the SeaTac airport. It provides convenient shuttle to the airport every 30 min 7/24. I think the shuttle service is its highlight. Others are normal and meets our overall expectations. The breakfast is OK as you get what you pay for. :-)

What if there is scrambled eggs and sausage for the breakfast. I would appreciate it more. This is more for my personal preference, so it is not a negative review.

Single elevator on our wing was quite busy. Not a huge problem tho.

Jesus and Eva were so nice attendants with us. They were very professional and so kind not only with us but also with the rest of the guests.

The room was uncomfortable for us. It did not have enough space.

Very prompt to answer phone calls and gave us an early check in at 9am, for a small extra payment. Gave us breakfast too.

Having the breakfast buffet in the morning was a huge plus! And the in room coffee maker! The shuttle service was awesome especially when our flight was delayed and we arrived after 1am.

No non -dairy creamer in the rooms was a bummer.

Good check in and friendly staff, but: Details, Details, Details! The TV needed repair. The laminate on the front of the desk was separated -snagging skin and clothing. The extra blanket had stains and fraying edges. No bottled drinking water in the rooms. The Lobby cookies were fresh and tasty though!

Good value for spending a night before or after a long flight. Great shuttle driver and supportive staff. Breakfast is adequate. Good coffee! Close to a good Mexican food truck.

Our TV didn't get any channels, so couldn't watch Wimbledon or the World Cup.

Convenient to SeaTac with free shuttle service. Electric vehicle charging stations. Spacious room. Mini-fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in room. We requested a room for the mobility-impaired, so the shower was barrier-free, which was great for my traveling partner. Staff was friendly.

Everything was great. Staff let us leave our car there for the day while we took public transport into Seattle after checkout. Maybe some faster charging stations would be nice. The ones on site need all night to charge a vehicle. Otherwise, great value near SeaTac.

While my wife and I were lawfully occupying Room 333, with both the deadbolt and security bar fully engaged, a hotel employee forcibly breached our secured room, causing visible damage to the door and security hardware. This was not a simple error or accidental entry; it required sufficient force to overcome the room’s security measures while the room was occupied.
