The property had a clean environment and spacious room with a wonderful style to it. The pool had a relaxing tone and the staff was generous.

Maybe having the bars open earlier and have a better outside. The front patio to the entrance of the hotel was dull and did not have a warming entrance.

Not much only have one comment and that was the option for parking, they only gave us an option for valet parking however we found out we could pay half the price to just park our self, which we would have preferred as it took ages for valet to get our car and we would have had to pay 55usd a night

Good room but multiple floors a building site. Elevator to the pool/roof stated it was a service elevator but was the only way to get up. Waited 30 minutes for it and gave up. Ended up using the stairs that state “once doors close, you can’t return”. Walked up to the roof and 4 floors were a building site, the stairs were covered in cement dust, there were roles of old building materials, asbestos bound mastic on the floor. Rooftop bar was ridiculously overpriced. A can of michelob ultra cost $12. Surrounding area had an abundance of volatile homeless drug users that ran at both me and my partner

Pool was closed one day and the next day was some photo shooting and I couldn't use the pool. Using the pool was the main reasong for booking this hotel 😔

My room was a bit dirty. The walls and the shower curtain in the bathroom had marks and other things on them. The carpet outside of the bathroom in front of the door was damp the first night I arrived. Otherwise, it was cute and quaint.

The Delphi enjoys an excellent location—just steps from the Metro to Downtown and Union Station, where you can easily catch the trolley to Dodger Stadium. The rooms are comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to LA.

Rooms very dated, heavily carpeted and not good for allergies. Mattress is on a raised carpeted platform instead of a bed. Hallway noise is loud inside the rooms, decor is quite dated and bathroom would be terrible if the room was for a couple since it’s all glass with just a thin curtain that blocks the toilet.

The location was perfect, the room was large and extremely comfortable. The pool was perfect and held incredible views of the city. I would recommend staying here.

Omdat ze vanwege een trouwerij helemaal vol zaten konden ze ons ook niet onderbrengen. Waarom dan deze recentie en zo positief? Omdat de mevrouw achter de balie er alles aan heeft gedaan om ons via Booking.com om te boeken naar een fijn alternatief. Door de drukte en eerst een chatbot voorbij te zien komen, is ze zonder overdrijven een dik half uur voor ons bezig geweest. Echt super behulpzaam en klantvriendelijk terwijl het al enorm druk was in de lobby. Na een lange trip achter de rug, de teleurstelling was zij echt een reddende engel op dat moment.

Hotel w oryginalnym stylu, bardzo nowoczesnym i mega minimalistycznym. Położony w dobrej lokalizacji z przepięknym basenem na dachu i świetna restauracja również na dachu skąd przepiękny widok na wieżowce obok. Codziennie wymieniane ręczniki.

Parking obok są dwa teoretycznie jeden należy do hotelu i jest płatny 55 dol za noc i drugi w tym samym miejscu publiczny z budką parkingowego za 40 dol za noc. Trochę z tym jest zamieszania bo hotel kieruje pod żółty parasol do parkingowego hotelowego a można zaparkować w tym samym miejscu za 40 dol. Niestety to centrum i nie ma gdzie za bardzo parkować obok.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour quatre avec nos enfants, mais ils n’ont pas voulu inclure les lits alors que c’était prévu dans la réservation, nous avons dû payer un supplément de pratiquement 100 $ en plus par jour pour nos enfants Alors que cela réservation, nous avions prévu une chambre pour 4, il n’y avait qu’un seul lit J’espère que Booking pourra nous rembourser cet hôtel malhonnête

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti presso questa struttura e non abbiamo mai visto l’ombra di personale delle pulizie in giro. La cosa sconcertante è stata il secondo giorno, rientrando in camera abbiamo notato che le pulizie non erano state fatte e sopratutto il cambio asciugamani non era stato fatto. Abbiamo chiamato immediatamente la reception chiedendo spiegazioni e ad ogni domanda o richiesta ci veniva risposto “tomorrow” . Dopo circa 2 ore ci venivano portati n.2 asciugamani e basta. Nella prenotazione avevo scelto e pagato per la colazione inclusa ma arrivati lì scopriamo che viene servita in base ad un menù e si può scegliere 1 bevanda e 1 piatto a testa, mentre tutto quello che veniva richiesto in più andava pagato. Vista la città che offra una vasta se non vastissima scelta e il prezzo non consiglio a nessuno di scegliere questa struttura. Ah dimenticavo, il parcheggio non è dell’hotel ma è “pubblico” si trova a 5mt dalla strutta e costa 40 dollari ma attenzione che i posti sono limitati a me è capitato di andare altrove (motivo in più per non sceglierlo). Soggiorno da dimenticare.

The location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

We had some difficulty figuring out how to use some of the amenities and the air conditioning. We weren’t sure where to find the instructions, so it would be helpful if they were easier to locate.

The staff on rooftop restaurant were excellent as was the quality of food. My issue was everything had something to make what sounded good, not be what I wanted. A burger came with all kinds of hot stuff and jalapeño cheese - couldn't get mild cheese. The meat was superb. I wanted a taco but it was a lobster taco. They didn't have salt, mustard or ketchup for burger and fries. They had some jalapeño mayo sauce.

This is a dangerous setup. Platform beds are impossible for those with mobility issues or the elderly. The was not marking to show where the platform dropped off to the floor as both were brown carpet. The shower is huge with no grab bar or anything to hold on to. The hall rug was filled with debis when I checked in and when I went out in the early morning. When I complained I was told they were replacing rugs - in like a year!!! and that there is a lot of foot. traffic. I NEVER saw one person in the hallway. They just don't vacuum. They have the worst TV system which the engineer took two visits to get working. They need to see how Marriot AC hotel handle Netflix, etc. Very simple.

Il y a malgré tout des points positifs. La piscine est agréable et nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner à la carte, qui était compris dans notre réservation.

Nous avions initialement réservé une chambre avec deux grands lits. À notre arrivée, en raison d’un problème avec cette chambre, nous avons appris qu’aucune autre chambre avec deux lits n’était disponible. La seule solution proposée était donc de nous reloger dans une suite. Malheureusement, cette suite n’était absolument pas adaptée à un séjour avec un enfant/adolescent. La salle de bain n’est séparée de l’espace nuit que par un simple rideau, qui était en plus partiellement cassé, ce qui laisse très peu d’intimité. Notre fille a également dû dormir sur un lit d’appoint plutôt que dans un véritable lit, alors que notre réservation initiale prévoyait deux grands lits. Le principal problème reste toutefois la propreté de la chambre. En faisant tomber quelque chose derrière un fauteuil, nous avons découvert deux préservatifs usagés ainsi qu’un emballage. Une telle découverte est totalement inacceptable dans une chambre d’hôtel. Lors du nettoyage de la chambre, seul le lit principal a été refait. Le lit d’appoint de notre fille ne l’a pas été. Et au vu de ce que nous avons découvert derrière le fauteuil, certaines zones de la chambre ne sont manifestement pas nettoyées correctement : les préservatifs usagés étaient vraisemblablement toujours à leur place après le passage du service de ménage. Autre point très désagréable : une forte odeur de cannabis était présente dans les différents étages de l’hôtel, ce qui n’est vraiment pas agréable, particulièrement lorsqu’on séjourne en famille.

No privacy shower. Carpet worn and nearly threadbare. Furnishings were nondescript, one chair only. Bed setup made it impossible to sit on the bed. Mini fridge did not work.

The rooftop restaurant was really great ascetically, and the vibe was great, the pool was really nice as well.

This is rated as a 4star hotel. My wife is disabled and there is no bell man to take our luggage up to the room. I had to take the cart up myself. We stated that we would be coming in at 1pm, understandable if they could not accommodate which they could not. I ordered a champagne bottle to my room and was not put in an ice bucket. We ended up going out and were not able to check in until an hour after room was ready at 4pm. The champagne was not warm but not cold. Thought it was weird that they did not put in ice. The room was very big but very old and a bit dirty. The toilet in the middle of the night made a bunch of noise as well. The bed was one of the worst I have every slept in my back is still hurting.

Didn’t like the rooms only serviced every two days. Wouldn’t have stayed if we had known. It should be advertised on website. First impression when we got out of lift the floor was dirty along with the corridors. It needed a good vacuum. I asked reception for one to do it myself but advised they would get housekeeping to do it. It never happened. No pride from the staff in the cleanliness of public areas which is very sad.

Over all good experience

While making the reservation, it was mentioned that breakfast was included. However, it was not clearly communicated that the breakfast consisted of only one menu item and one beverage, with very limited options available. This should be clarified at the time of booking so that guests know exactly what to expect. That said, the quality of the food was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the avocado toast on the first day and the quinoa salad the following day. The food was fresh, flavorful, and very well prepared

Located in downtown close to shopping centre and restaurants. We had a very nice man check us in who was very helpful and also kindly upgraded our room as we were staying at the Hotel as part of our honeymoon following eloping and getting married in Yosemite.

It’s a shame as we initially were impressed by the front of house member when we arrived. He kindly upgraded us for our honeymoon and the room was initially very spacious and comfortable. However, after spending some more time in the hotel we noticed: -Our hallway on floor 5 smelt constantly like bins. - We waited over 2.5 hours for a table for dinner before leaving, after initially being told it might be 45mins-1 hour. No table ever became available and we never recieved a text to confirm a table although we initially signed up to be texted when one became available and Despite finding plenty of empty tables around the corner when we went to the pool and also checking again with staff. -Room service didn’t come and service our room during our stay. - We informed reception about an issue with dripping water from a hole in our shower ceiling. Reception mentioned the hole was already there upon the hotel being taken over and said she would send maintence to take a look although clearly didn’t inform maintence like they said they would as it wasn’t fixed when we returned. -You can hear loud banging of doors and noise from other rooms which is disruptive. -Parking is confusing and a scam for how expensive it is when you then can’t move your car all day after paying. It’s a great shame as the hotel has a lot of potential and could be really nice. However staffs lack of attention has let it down.

The location was near my customer meeting, about 3 blocks walk. There were a few dining options nearby fitting various budgets. I ate at Settecento which is right around the corner, in a small park, outside the historic, LA Central library. There is also a few bars, and coffee places. It's all within walking distance and the neighborhood felt safe enough for me to walk day or night. There were many folks walking all the hours I was out. The room is funky with only a glass partition between the shower and bedroom area. (I was in a single king.) So if you don't know your traveling companion that well it could be uncomfortable.

The room was a funky layout and not really my vibe. The sink in the bathroom was too low, with no counter space.

Downtown there is a lot of homelessness around and I didn’t like that on top of paying for the room you have to pay $100 per night deposit plus up to $55 per night parking

The room was clean and had a great view. It was in an excellent location and the staff are very accomodating.

The room would get very warm throughout the day with the sun coming into the large windows, and the AC didn't appear to blow much. You couldn't really tell if it was on or not. I kept it at 66 the entire time and closed the curtains when I could, but the room stayed at roughly 77-78 degrees throughout the day. Parking is also extremely high priced. $55/night is a little steep.

サンディエゴへの出張の途中に一泊しました。ホテルはLAダウンタウンの中心にあったので、チェックアウト後ホテルに荷物を預けて、Grand Central MarketやThe Broad,　Walt Disney Concert Hall、Angels Flight Railwayなど、ダウンタウンの見どころ全て徒歩で効率よく周れて良かったです。ただし、周辺にコンビニなどが全く無く、水を購入するのに結局近くにあるスタバに入りました。

部屋に無料で提供されている水が缶だったので、ペットボトルの様に持ち運べませんでした。

The room is outdated and dusty. The sink wouldn’t drain at all. The front staff was helpful but had to wait a long time for valet multiple times over 10-15minutes

Bathroom had a tub I could lay down in fully. The valet parking was very helpful so I could come and go without worrying about finding a parking spot

The bed was too firm, there was dirt behind the bed, the TV selection wasn't good, the sound proofing isn't good, you hear so much noise even 10 floors above the ground, and the rooftop restaurant is far overpriced for the quality of the food.

The location was great, with a decent view, and the rooftop was very nice. The staff was wonderful, bring us plenty of water and coffee. The dining on rooftop was fantastic.

The room had no furniture other than the 2 beds. Very awkward, no place to put anything, I had to put my makeup on in the bed.

I liked how safe it felt. I recommend valet parking. $55 per nignt taxes included. It is a little pricey but you don't have to hassle with trying to find parking. Check out the roof top pool and lounging areas. Very beautiful and relaxing. The breakfast was also good that I had an option to add. It was convenient to just go downstairs to there restaurant from 7am-2pm to have breakfast. It was quiet. I didn't have any problems with noise.

Bathroom sink and toilet were pretty low but my gf and I are short so it was ok. The queen bed was a little small. It didn't feel like a queen bed but again my gf and I are small.

The hotel has nice views as well as a nicely decorated interior. The lounge and outside fire pit were beautiful. Denae's diner was delicious and the vouchers given by the hotel were perfect for a nice breakfast.

Our refrigerator was broken, layout of the room is strange and offers very little privacy for bathing, coffee machine was a Nespresso machine, however it was dirty. Ironing board offered but no iron. No hair dryer. Trash cans did not have bags in them. Location is fine if you do not plan on walking around the area.

I loved the bed and everything was cleaned.

It was a lot of addicts in & out the property. The staff didn’t respect my privacy. They called the police on me while they were being the threat. I didn’t get my proper refund from my stay. Need up getting escorted off the property safety by LAPD.

Not easy for cars to drop off passengers on busy street with no pull off. AWFUL, dangerous bed with platform surrounding it 6" off ground. A real trip hazard. Charged a "resort" fee of $35 for 2 cans of water.

. there wasn’t a closet with hangers so I couldn’t hang my dresses also there were no cups so I could wash my teeth properly. Access with cabs was mostly from a back entrance and since I walk with a cane rather then using steps I used a small elevator operated by a hotel employee.

I didn't like anything about it; there is zero family atmosphere—if you have children, this isn't the place for you. It feels more like a motel than a hotel; plus, every corner smells of marijuana and there is a bad energy trapped there. It’s old and filthy.

I loved the room—it was spacious, and the TV was large and easy to enjoy. The view was also great. The pool was a highlight; it’s only 4 feet deep, heated, and really fun to relax in. The restaurant served great food as well. Overall, it’s a great spot for a staycation.

The only issue I experienced was a safety concern. A person who was not staying at the hotel was able to enter the property and access the pool area, which appears to be reachable only via the service elevator. It took about an hour for him to be removed, during which time I felt unsafe, as he appeared incoherent and reportedly had recently been released from jail. Afterward, no staff followed up to inform guests that the area was secure or safe to return to the pool. There also seemed to be limited security in place, and neither the pool nor restaurant areas required a key card for access, which raised additional concerns about guest safety and security. The situation was handled without clear communication or reassurance, which added to the discomfort. For solo travelers, particularly women, this level of access and lack of visible security may feel unsafe. This is the only reason I would hesitate to return, as safety is a priority for me.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The waitress at the restaurant was incredibly sweet and provided excellent service. The front desk staff member was very accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a beautiful aesthetic that made it feel welcoming and comfortable.

I was disappointed to find out after booking that parking was valet only and cost $55 per day. There was no complimentary breakfast, the room was small, and the see through shower lacked privacy. Housekeeping did not clean the room daily, and my request for extra towels and trash removal was never completed. The elevator was slow, and some areas were not wheelchair accessible, requiring me to carry my luggage up stairs. There was often only one valet attendant working, which caused long wait times not valets fault they were working non stop. The restaurant closed early, the pool hours were limited (7 AM–7 PM), and there was no jacuzzi.
