The Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, Los Angeles

Wir wollten möglichst weit oben wohnen, um einen tollen Blick zu haben und bekamen ein Zimmer in der 30. Etage. Das Hotel liegt günstig, sodass wir Vieles zu Fuß erreichen konnten: Central Market, Philharmonie, Library, U-Bahn-Station… Die sich drehende Bar muss man besuchen! Toll war auch, dass ein Schwimmbad vorhanden war. Es war super! Schade war nur, dass das Konzept des Hotels mit einer Stadt im Gebäudekomplex inzwischen nicht mehr funktioniert, sodass viele Geschäfte und Restaurants inzwischen geschlossen wurden.

部屋がとても綺麗だった。ドリンクやスイーツのサービスがあった。車や部屋に忘れ物をした時の対応が良かった。

Cleanliness

The amenities were not the best. They could’ve done better. Only one camomile tea bag was put for two people. No slippers and a very tiny little bottle of body moisturizer. The shower gel barely does anything.

明らかに宿泊者ではない不審な若者2人組がエレベーターに乗っていたので、自分の階の手前で他の宿泊者が降りる時に降りてトラブルに巻き込まれなかったです。 宿泊者は注意⚠️が必要｡

The front desk check was the worst check in EVER but overall the staff are very sweet and professional

The front desk employee who check us in made feel like we don't belong there but thank to the other employee from the Cafe lobby to the breakfast section, to the bell service and cleaning staff to the Varlet made our stay memorable and to forget about the front dest encounter. I will recommend it any day

立地が最高。 買い物に行くにも、ターゲットが近いし、ドジャーススタジアムにも車で5分くらい。便利。

やはり、建物が古いことかな。 あと、到着してスタッフに言わなければ、スーツケースを部屋まで持っていってくれない。基本、自分で運ぶみたいです。

Manager on duty the afternoon of 8/20-23 (Male young man hispanic gosh I wish I got his name) is amazing and so on point. Very customer service oriented and knows how to make things right!!!! Give him a raise please... LOVE EVERYONE IN VALET PARKING. WESTIN BONAVENTURE HAS BEST PARKING IN AMERICA! VERY professional, friendly and helpful crew in valet parking! give them all a raise!

Our room 2861 blue elevator had plumbing issues... Smelled like pipes the whole visit and toilet did not have good flushing.

We had a nice stay in an architecturally interesting hotel. The food options were very good. A nice breakfast was provided.

Large room, great location. Many shops located within the hotel and valet carpark was easy to use. Very large and nice gym and outdoor pool area. Comfortable beds and pillows.

A/C unit was a bit loud when it turned on as it was in the wall above one of the beds

Staff were all very nice. The room was also very nice and clean. The location was great for me - not overly lively and not a bunch of foot traffic at the hotel entrances.

at times it felt like the AC wasn’t being used. at some times, at certain areas of the hotel, it was very warm!Also, I had an ironing board but no iron. I’d expect a bit more QC from a hotel like the Westin.

I thought the room was perfect for a solo traveler and the staff was all super helpful and it was super easy to transport to and from the hotel!

Nella prenotazione avevamo richiesto 3° letto nella stanza per nostro figlio, ma non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. All'arrivo abbiamo purtroppo costatato che la camere era per 2 persone. Ci è stato aggiunto letto supplementare a pagamento in camera, rendendo il soggiorno piuttosto scomodo. In occassione del check-out, senza che lo chiedessimo, ci è stato scontato il prezzo del 3° letto. Di questo ringraziamo!

The location was excellent.

The pool had very little sun because of the tall building surrounding the property. The parking was expensive.

Location. That is about it, but the lobby was very pretty.

rooms were not worth the money. Carpets were torn. Stained what looked like something running down the wall. Not worth the money for this type of appearance. Nothing we ordered from room service was right. It was overall just not a great experience. Would not recommend.

The staff is Friendly very attentive. Rooms were very clean and the beds are Comfortable. We actually sleep in when we stay here.

The parking was bad :( We had to wait 30 minutes just to get down the driveway to the valet. No signs telling you not to park in front of the hotel. Not convenient location.

Hotel jest tak kompleksowo zaprojektowany, że można by w ogóle nie opuszczać :-D Są restauracje,bar, kawiarnia (duży wybór, choć nie wszystkie były otwarte) siłownia, basen, sklepy etc. Dobre usytowanie, przyjemny pokój.

Brak odpowiedzi na wiadomości, brak terminowego zwrotu depozytu i brak komunikacji w tej sprawie.

The location, the Building is cool, the suites are large and the views. LA prime.

Service was non existent at times. No one answered the phones, services took hours to get done, valet broke my door handle and didnt say anything until I said so. The toilet cover was off the toilet when we checked in. The room is a bit outdated with stained carpets, scuffed up furniture and leaking showers. Overall the quality of the hotel is decaying rapidly.

Super central à Downtown, très proche de la Crypto Arena pour les gens qui veulent aller voir des matchs des Lakers ou des Sparks. Très proche d'un centre commercial mais downtown est une zone pas très touriste friendly je trouve.

Zone relativement peu touriste friendly la nuit notamment.

5日間滞在していたので、コインランドリーとかあるとありがたかった。

The incidental home is a bit much. $200? That’s excessive but I guess it’s a pricy hotel.

I love the classic setting but the process of getting to the pool was crazy.

The first night I tried to use the valet to get my car, the wait was 50 minutes and my car still not arrive. I ended up canceling the pick up and just decided to not leave the hotel. There was no status updates or apologies or care from the staff. It seemed like there was an event at the hotel, but there were only 2 attendants getting cars. I'm sure the event wasn't a surprise, so why not have enough staff? Also, the rooms weren't as clean as I would have liked. 2 of the towels had stains on them. For the price point, that is not what I expected.

Alfredo was the best, most polite server we have ever experienced. I do not remember the lady who assisted with our check in (Shakira?) but she was most helpful and gave me a little treat for my birthday. We wanted to try the amenities like the day spa but we had so many places we wanted to see in L.A. that we are going to have to plan a return trip. Oh, i almost forgot to mention that supper upstairs was a real treat. Thanks for being there for us! We really enjoyed our time with you.

The key cards weren’t keyed for our late check out so we had to wait a long time for security to take us up to our room. But your security was a pleasure to speak with and we appreciated him as well.

駅やスーパーはやや遠い（徒歩圏内ではある。） ホテル内の店舗は閉まってるものが多かった。

Loved this hotel! It has been a dream of mine to stay here for a LONG time and it exceeded my expectations. They don't make hotels like this anymore. So many amenities, food options, nice pool, spa, salon, which I ended up getting my hair done by Lannie - she is awesome! I didn't realize that the restaurant with the amazing view on the 34th floor rotated until I sat down and thought my purse had moved, lol! We got lots of appetizers and everything was delicious and the staff was great. I suggest you take your photos put your phone away and just take in the city lights and skyline for at least an hour to get the 360 degree views. The location is close to so many things to do (LACMA, MOCA, Disney Concert Hall, etc), and eat at. If you are there, I HIGHLY recommend that you take the bridge on the 5th floor over to Hope Street & eat at the Silverback Cafe- amazing coffee and breakfast options.... Worth going to and faster than waiting in a long line at the cafe. Lastly, I found the concierge team and housekeeping all to be very accommodating. For parking, I used spothero, easy and cheap!

It took a while to get our bags that we had set aside after we had checked out but that is because they were busy and probably short staffed. Not the staff's fault, maybe the hotel just needs to hire more people.

The hotel was very impressive and offered lots of conveniences including quick food options, market. Our room was very spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. We could walk to lots of places we needed amd the area felt safe.

Snídaně na USA poměry byla nejlepší, co jsem za 3 týdny v rámci svého cestování měl k dispozici. Výhled byl famózní! Otočná restaurace v posledním patře skvělá!

We expected a little more than what was offered. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste etc which is a standard in many hotels.

The bedding was super. The pillows, sheets , comforter and mattress were simply the most comfortable that I’ve experienced in a hotel.

The check out could have been better. The car valet worked very well on the phone with a QR code. Unfortunately the baggage valet from the room didn’t work as well. The kiosk was not working and we told the valet who told us it would be a few minutes. 35 minutes later, we called the front desk who expedited the bags. We had our bags a little less than ten minutes later. What bothers me is the valets were more concerned that our car was taking up a space in the exit row than solving the issue of why our bags were not being brought down from our room. I’m not sure why the baggage retrieve couldn’t use the same system as the QR code for retrieving the bags.

The hotel is a great place to stay when attending an opera. Everything was classy and you feel pampered from the moment you walk in. A beautiful place to stay.

The property was very clean, room was comfortable. Double bed with city view.

The only thing I disliked was the amount of street noise that we were able to hear every night from outside traffic and sirens from Fire and Emergency Vehicles it really did disturb my sleep each night that I stayed at the property.
