The design is gorgeous. Loved the furniture, decor, etc. so Instagram-worthy. Lots of different spots to explore from the roof top to the dining room to the cafe. The staff was so friendly and accommodating.

There could have been an extra towel bar in the bathroom. And the shower drained slowly.

Overall the hotel is chic and cool. It is an older building and has a lot of history - which my wife and I enjoyed learning about. I highly recommend staying here. The beds were comfortable and a lot of amenities. We wanted to use the pool, but didn't have the time to.

There are some things that need serious updating - including, but not limited to the carpets in the hotel. They are old, and musty - and the building does give off a musty vibe. It didn't feel clean in that sense.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the city centre, with several metro lines just a few minutes’ walk away. We arrived in the morning to leave our luggage, and were pleasantly surprised when we were offered another room on a lower floor that was already available. We really appreciated being able to check in early. The rooftop pool is beautiful – not really big enough for swimming, but perfect for cooling off and relaxing. The drinks at the bar were excellent, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10!

Position is ok. Overall is ok. Bar and rooftop are the best part. Valet service is ok. Receptionist are very kind.

I had two rooms during my stay, and unfortunately, I had to change one of them because the AC was not working (I understand it happen sometimes)…..but also The hotel bar was closed for an entire day due to a commercial movie production taking place on the property. Despite these inconveniences, I was not offered any discount or compensation, or benefit. Considering that I am a regular customer, I have to say I was little disappointed with the way the situation was handled…..but what to do…. I believe some recognition of the inconvenience would have been appropriate and appreciated especially for a Marriott hotel affiliated .

Understaffed. Paper thin walls. Restaurant was slow but tried their best due to short staffing. Pool furniture needs updating. Bar staff were incredible Saturday night shout out to the bartender she is amazing!

This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel and the experience was pretty consistent - friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, swimming pool with rooftop views, delicious breakfast at the restaurant and good food and drinks at the rooftop bar

There was a small issue with the room I'd initially booked not being available, but the staff made sure it's resolved to my satisfaction, which I appreciate

- A lot of humidity in the room. The towels and bed sheets always felt damp, regardless of the air conditioning setting - No coffee machine - No Q-tips, no body lotion, and no shower cap - No bathrobes - No shoehorn - No iron - No mini bar - No complimentary bottles of water

La décoration très originale. On m'a expliqué que l'hôtel est une ancienne banque (Bank of Italy) et cela se ressent dans les thèmes choisis! La piscine sur le toit avec vue sur les buildings alentours. La literie.

Overall experience (room, cleanliness, service by the reception) was solid. Particularly, I liked the bathtub and shower (and its water pressure).

Very expensive for what you get, everything is rather dated, and the TV in particular doesn't support streaming services, that means no Netflix, no YouTube, and that's in Los Angeles (!). City View means to look at one abandoned building on the opposite site. The pretty lobby/lounge, café and restaurant were closed to the guests during my stay – there was no compensation for that. Guests were asked to take the side entrance.

Location was okay

My stay at Hotel Per La, Autograph Collection was disappointing from start to finish. One of the reasons I chose this property was the chic coffee lounge that was prominently featured in the hotel's marketing and amenities. Unfortunately, it was closed due to filming during my stay, and this was never disclosed prior to arrival or at check-in. I was also surprised by the room service experience. Considering the prices charged, having meals delivered in a brown paper bag with to-go containers and plastic silverware felt more like takeout delivery than room service at a boutique hotel. When a hotel markets premium amenities and experiences, guests should be informed when those amenities are unavailable. The experience simply did not match the expectations set by the hotel's advertising or pricing.

Keeping my stuff at Stile Hotel

Clean, quiet. Rooftop pool. Food at restaurant.

Location is sketchy. Dark themed hallways and corridors. Like a W hotel decorated for Victorian era. Shower is like a fire hose. Entrance is a maze...why is it so meandering???

Everything was exceptional! The valet was exceptional!

An older hotel with spacious rooms, great bathrooms, lots of character. In fact during our stay a film was being shot at the hotel, which made the main restaurant and on-site cafe unavailable but the roof terrace bar/restaurant was open for breakfast and lunch, and was lovely with great views. The location is great, the staff super-helpful, and walking distance from great restaurants and The Last Bookstore and the LA Main library, and an easy drive/ride to LA Symphony Hall, the Broad Museum and others. I personally preferred this hotel to the super modern ones like the Omni (although the Omni is truly great as well). Great value for downtown LA.

As I mentioned earlier, the filming at the time restricted some facilities (including the gym), and the WiFi was not great this time compared to a previous stay. Maybe also related to the filming? We had two rooms: one was quite dark and we thought of asking for an extra lamp but our son preferred it that way, do we switched rooms. Ours was very well lit and very large, but a bit loud with street noise (on second floor). They did provide ear plugs in every room.

Two nights false fire alarm dint let me sleep. This could have been avoided, shows negligence.

Servizio accoglienza e posizione.....bar al piano terra molto bello. Molto gentili e veloci durante il check-in. Stanze tutto sommato bune anche se relativamente piccole.

Arredamento stanze "scomodo" - assenza di mobili capienti per riporre maglie e tutto l'occorrente. Il piccolo divano meglio toglierlo in modo da creare piu spazio funzionale.

La propreté du lieu est irréprochable et le personnel est très patient et sympa

Il n’y a qu’un valet Le parking qui est au prix de 72$ la journée nous avons trouvé ça très cher. Donc nous nous sommes garé dans un parking en face de l’hôtel qui était au prix de 40$ la journée ce qui reste tout de même très cher mais toujours mieux que 72$ !

Wat een luxe voor een mooie prijs! Maar spijtig wel ver van het centrum! Leuke buurt voor street art! Je kamer was super mooi ingericht en het bed was super comfortabel…rooftop met zwembad en bar is super gezellig! Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik had niet veel tijd om die buurt te ontdekken maar van wat ik zag gezellige buurt!

Spijtig genoeg was het ver van het centrum…ook niet altijd makkelijk om dicht in de buurt fiets te huren.

Honest hard working staff and management

Some of the room are very small & you can’t even fit 2 people in the bathroom at the same time. Service in the restaurant is slow & waiters come out with food & have no clue which table to serve it to so by the time it comes to you, it’s cold. Nice rooftop pool/bar area.

The area surrounding the hotel is very seedy & loaded with homeless people & tent cities. The smell of urine is overwhelming!

The room was comfy, furniture is stylish, the carpet might have been 100 years old (a bit overused), wonderful rooftop pool, excellent location. The access to the co-work area in the LAAC was great.

The carpet in the room was too worn out, not really a possibility to work on a computer in the room, the gym in the basement is a little claustrophobic and cooled too much down. Friendliness at the reception feels different.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The housekeeping service was excellent and everything felt fresh and tidy throughout the stay.

The hotel did not feel worth the high price. It was quite expensive for what it offered, and the location in downtown Los Angeles was not ideal — it didn’t feel very safe or convenient.

Prime location. Close to a lot of bars/shops. Also, the bar inside the hotel made the most amazing Cadillac Margs! The staff is very friendly coming in and going out of the hotel. Also, room service was 10/10 for breakfast.

The bellman helped take our luggage to the lobby from our car, but we had to take our own luggage up to our room which I thought was extremely bazaar. Also, the beds aren’t the most comfortable.
