Katane Palace Hotel

Correcta relación precio calidad

Very helpful and welcoming staff, large room and balcony. Good location.

Molto curato e pulito. A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico. Proprietaria molto gentile.

Nulla

The staff at The Katane Palace Hotel were extremely welcoming and very helpful. The reception was beautifully kept, clean and very authentic. The breakfast room was comfortable with a reasonable selection at breakfast, excellent coffee and a lovely outdoor courtyard which was a very pleasant place to sit either with a book or a drink or both! The bar area and seating areas were extremely clean and well looked after and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Whilst our room was comfortable and clean with everything that you needed, it was also a little dark and slightly old fashioned. The only daylight came through a door which we thought was to a balcony/terrace area but was in fact the fire escape! We only spent two nights here due to having our flight cancelled so we just appreciated the comfortable bedroom and facilities but would have been disappointed if we had received this room for a weekend stay. It was room 203 and we were aware of a constant dripping noise that seemed to be coming from the bathroom in the room next door.

Personale cortese, disponibile, accogliente. Ottima colazione, buffet ricco e camera grande. Letto super comodo!

Posizione

The room was super. Lovely and large nd very clean. Breakfast was super too.

Nothing

Tornerei senza alcun dubbio.

Excellent location in the city center, a pleasant hotel, clean rooms, and exceptionally helpful and accommodating staff.

It was quirky but loved it

Posizione

Niente

We liked the location a lot of shopping and restaurants close to Catania airport, we had to stay there for one night because we had a flight next morning, but we still enjoyed that place and enjoyed the breakfast and the sitting area

Tutto perfetto

Buen hotel y buen desayuno, bien ubicado.

Podstawowe wytrawne rzeczy oraz dużo słodkich wypieków i owoców. Pokoje czyste, pracownicy na recepcji mówią w języku angielskim.

The bed was really comfortable.

The shower area was really small. And the breakfast was really disappointing.

The rooms should be refurbeshed In the bathroom many items should be replaced. Not a single international TV channel

Breakfast was lovely as were the restaurant staff

N/a

El personal atento y amable, el patio desayunador era soñado

It’s an old hotel but very pretty. It’s clean and rooms are very spacious. It is close to shops and restaurants (13 min walk) however the hotel is also next to a shamble area. It has a pretty internal courtyard where breakfast is served. Breakfast is amazing

The property itself for its price, the courtyard and breakfast

A beautiful hotel the staff was very helpful and happy to help. the lady at the reception was delightful as well. Breakfast was good and the property is beautiful .

Nothing bad

Lovely hotel and the hotel staff are very nice .Well done

Super!

A very clean comfortable hotel with pleasant helpful staff. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. The hotel is a short 15 minute walk from the main sights and in a nice quiet area. Breakfast was good and the courtyard is lovely for an early evening drink.

Nothing it was perfect.

Il patio della colazione. Molto pulita. Personale gentilissimo. Check out a mezzogiorno

the reception staff amazing and helpful

the cleanliness of the rooms. Bottom line the room was not cleaned. just made the bed and emptied the rubbish

Lucia Lina,Pierina,Ada

Staff estremamente gentile, patio esterno per colazioni molto bello

Nice building and clean

Location The shower didn't have enclosed area

I only stayed one night to catch an early flight from Catania. I enjoyed my stay and liked Catania very much

Olimme kaksi yötä. Siisti hotelli, huone tilava.

Lovely room very comfortable bed, funky decoration, loved the garden eating space

Sehr gern wieder, gute Lage, sauber, freundliche Rezeption, Zimmer ordentlich

Toenails in the bathroom.

The place was exceptionally clean, and it had some lovely spaces and furniture. Plus- I really enjoyed having a balcony.

I wish we had received 2 keys per room, so each person could have a key.

The location was ok as well as breakfast

Very noisy during the night I stayed there. My room was close to the lift and the whole night I could hear the noise like a trolly going around or like furniture moving. The hotel looks more like 3 star than 4 stars.

Lokalizacja i przemiły pomocny personel

Pulizia/accoglienza/servizi

Struttura molto bella e belle stanze

Colazione non all’altezza
