Furama City Centre

Loved the 12noon check out and excellent buffet breakfast. Pool was great after a long day exploring.

Excellent location in Chinatown and across from a shopping mall and Hong Lim hawker centre. 5 minute walk to Clark Quay. Large room and helpful staff.

We were given an old room which did smell mouldy and was a bit rough around the edges. They are apparently doing up all of the rooms, so this won’t be an issue in the future hopefully.

Friendly staff especially Ray and Ivy at the Executive Club Lounge. Both Ray and Ivy always provided great service with a smile and welcoming hospitality.

Die Lage. Frühstück war gut und es war auch bis10 Uhr. fast alles verfügbar.

Kein täglicher Zimmerservice. Man musste sich alles selbst holen. Wasser von nur einem Wasserspender auf dem Gang, der noch dazu nur in einem Rinnsal Wasser abgab. Angeblich sollten Plastikflaschen eingespart werden. Andere Hotels verwenden Glasflaschen. Es sollen wohl eher Kosten eingespart werden, indem Dienstleistungen auf die Gäste verlagert werden. Die Rezeption kann keine Auskunft über Ausflüge, ÖPNV, usw geben. Ein Schalter für Tourbucungen ist nicht vorhanden. Das Internet ist sehr schwach und fällt ständig aus. Einrichtung etwas abgewöhnt.

Die Lage ist top. Direkt in Chinatown. Die MRT vor der Tür.

Das Zimmer war nicht so schön. Ziemlich alt.

la taille de la chambre avec l'accès au lounge était vraiment super. la piscine est un vrai plus quand on est en ville. la situation de l'hôtel très bien situé dans le centre , proche des bus et métro. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique et le petit buffet du lounge de 18h à 20h est génial!

l'hôtel date un peu mais on sent qu'ils font un réel effort pour remettre l'établissement au gout du jour.

Slechte verwelkoming in het hotel. Geen goede hospitality. We hadden een reis van 16 uur achter de rug. Bij aankomst moesten we gewoon in de ruimte, die dienst doet als lobby, plaatsnemen omdat het nog geen inchecktijd was. Oftewel gewoon een wachtruimte. Geen welkomstdrankje, geen praatje.

Very clean, nice hotel, good value for the price. We arrived early and had originally planned to just store our bags but they were able to arrange for early check in at no additional cost.

The hotel was old and there was an unpleasant smell on the foyer. The AC was loud and wouldn’t cool the room.

Er was sehr zentral bei China town und hatte direkt einen MRT Zugang. Somit war man in ca 15 min bei Marina bay Sands

Wir hatten eines der älteren Zimmer. Daher war der Komfort nicht so groß

Food snacks cold at happy hour

Location was excellent, easy to access Chinatown Station and shopping centre and supermarket across the road. Ray and Ralph provided excellent service in the Executive Lounge which we accessed through our Club Room stay. Reception also arranged an immediate change of room to provide a better view of the city for us. Room 2014. Got a good price by booking early and pre paid.

The self serve amenities on 20th floor didn’t have towels there over a few days but they were delivered on request to housekeeping.

O café da manhã era ótimo.

Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, apesar da camareira ser muito educada. O que realmente não gostei foi da localização do quarto sem janela para abrir e com vista interna para o lobby do hotel. As roupas de cama e toalhas viviam úmidas.

Located in the CBD, it was very easy to walk from the hotel to the nearby shopping centre, China town, and MRT. I booked a double-bed room for my mom and I. The room was spacious with big window and a lovely view. The room facilities are great, modern and clean. Room service is every 3 days but you can let the staff know to service the room on the 2nd day. I know there is a gym, a pool, and a laundry room but didn’t have a chance to use it. If we stayed longer, I would definitely use them. Another great thing about this hotel is their very friendly and helpful staff. During our trip, we got food poisoning and were quite scared. I talked to a lovely lady staff and she was very caring. She asked if we were okay and send me a whatsapp number of the hotel in case of emergency. The next morning, the hotel manager also asked us how we were and suggested we could go visit GP which is conveniently located in the shopping centre on the other side of the road, only 3 minutes walking and opened until 8 or 9pm. I did that, got the medicine and felt much better. Really really grateful for the lovely hotel staff and manager of Furama hotel. Thank you so much. I definitely stay here the next time visiting Singapore.

The only downside is the hallway smells like cigarette and I felt a bit sick walking through it. I know it’s not the hotel’s fault. Maybe a guest smoked there before. If you could make the smell go away it would be amazing!

Great location, very close to the MRT. Loved the executive lounge inclusions, the staff in the lounge Ralph & Ray provided exceptional service and were very attentive. Breakfast has a great variety of food.

The lifts were an issue for a busy hotel with 21+ floors, only 2 lifts were working for the three days we stayed, there are 4 lifts in total. The pillows are either too thick or too thin, they need replacing.

Não gostei da limpeza. Tudo bem ser de 3 em 3 dias mas o quarto não era limpo , chão sempre sujo e móveis empoeirados . Apenas trocavam as toalhas .

Emplacement idéal à l’entrée de Chinatown. Literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse. Le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel et le personnel très gentil.

Cleanliness could be improved, half the lifts didn’t work which often meant 15 minutes wait to get down or up

Great location. Family room Is ideal. However multiple issues with the room. The bath leaked and no cleaner in the four days we were there. Spare bed wasn’t made up upon arrival. The bath leaked and flooded the bathroom. Reported the issue and never got resolved during our stay. Check in was painfully slow despite doing online speedy check in.

Staff at reception pretty useless and couldn’t have cared less about room issues.

Hanno ritardato di 4 ore il nostro check in, ma ci hanno offerto la cena. Considerato il costo dell'hotel, la cosa non mi è piaciuta affatto. Non c'è nessuno all'accoglienza neanche per le valigie
