Novotel Leeds Centre

Location is perfect. Just 5 mins walk from Leeds Train Station, and 6-8 walks to Leeds City Center.

Close to the station and friendly staff

All good

Great location and comfortable, modern rooms with everything needed for a comfortable weekend in the city

Fridge in the room wasn’t able to get particularly cold so really only suitable for drinks and maybe keeping food cool for a the day or something rather than cold overnight

Proximity to train station and city centre were fab.

Hotel was very clean with comfortable rooms plus a comfy bed. Dog friendly was very helpful and breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful and confident.

Car park was not easy to find and someone parked so close l could not open my door.

Great location, close to the train station and not far from shops. The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The fridge could have been bigger, as you can only fit a few small bottles inside. Late checkout was unavailable and we were only told late, so had to organise ourselves to leave in a hurry. But we were given grace for this, and otherwise it was all good.

Clean, modern and comfortable.

NA

Location excellent.

Decor and fittings were modern and imaginatively furnished Bathroom well furnished too Reception staff was polite and helpful Mattress was firm, but OK only needed option to request a queen/single "mattress topper" for those who need it softer : )

55" TV was not SMART only "TV Aerial"

Nothing

It had parking, rooms were clean and had everything I needed e.g iron, tv, sofa, desk space etc. particularly liked the breakfast and the bright & heated mirror in the bathrooms. Receptionist was friendly and super quick to check me in which I appreciated after completing a 4 hour drive.

Bathroom could do with a small Reno to make it more modern

lokalizacja

słabe śniadania, czystość w pokoju mogła by być lepsza,

Lovely breakfast Staff arranged for early check in at 11am - this was fab!

lovely breakfast but wasn't much left at 9.30 when we wet down

Location, gorgeous rooms, clean, comfortable.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Parking below the hotel. Friendly staff. Located by a canal, easy check in and check out. Good deal for accommodation an d breakfast.

The toilet wasn't up to standard. It was separate from the bathroom which is fine, but the loo and decor itself were well past their best. I would have liked more information about paying for parking, before we arrived. It would have made things easier.

Very comfortable and relaxing, had a nice stay and all staff very helpful.

Nothing

Attractive and very comfortable hotel in a prime location near the station. 12 Noon checkout is an excellent bonus.

All good

Very clean and comfortable

Staff excellent

Fantastic hotel, staff were lovely and hotel is in a great location.

I only had one night🤷🏻‍♀️

Lovely staff amazing location clean and comfortable room breakfast was delicious

No issues atall

Stung for £60 car parking fine despite the barrier not working on entry and then telling the staff member I had a car. Apparently she was supposed to ask for my registration number which she never did.

Very neat and clean room

Food

This modern hotel was very central and fairly close to the town centre (probably 15/20 min walk). Leeds train station 5 mins. Pleasant staff. Clean room. Very nice looking restaurant and bar.

Staff friendly and clean hotel ideal not far train station Bars.and restaurant

Nothing didn't like fab hotel

Everything

Nothing

Very close to Leeds city centre

Clean comfortable, parking available

The front desk staff were friendly. A nearby parking.

Location was good

Rooms are dated. Bathroom floor flooded from shower. Dirty shower head. Uncomfortable mattress. Had to ask for tea and coffee sachets in room.

Nothing

Rooms not as depicted on the booking platform photos. staff unhelpful Told by staff to drink tap water from the Washroom sink as no complimentary water is provided. Room dirty Room mirror was actually the whole of the washroom door which is very odd

Great location near the station

Room had stains on seating and carpet and felt like room needed a deep clean. Very noisy with nightclub/party noise that went on until 230am.

Very clean and quiet hotel in convenient location close to railway station and city centre. Lovely breakfast served with pleasant staff. Received a very warm welcome from reception staff when checking in. Comfortable room . I particularly liked the separate toilet and bathroom lay out. Very competitive price

Nothing

Modern, clean, excellent customer service. Allowed me to check in 4 hours early as room was ready. Good breakfast. Location central and close to everything

The place near the station

Restaurant no bad no good

Convenient to the train station, quiet and clean. Bar had a decent happy hour. Staff was great allowing us to check in as soon as a room was ready and stored our bags u til that time as we arrived early from an overnight flight.

No extractor fan for either the WC or the wet room.

On site car park which was easy to locate and use. Breakfast was good and well presented The was Room clean and tidy

The room and the staff were excellent. The location was perfect, very close to the city centre and the train station. Very clean, quiet room which is beneficial when you have a child.

The only little thing was the toilet, which looked like from the 70s/80s was desperate from the bathroom and the unpleasant smell from drain. We mentioned it to the reception and hopefully they will look at it.

Size of the room. Fridge. Hotel bar. Location.

Water and more tea options would have been nice.

The only thing that was good was the shower and the breakfast, also the lady at breakfast was very helpful and lovely.

The rooms stated they were spacious, they definitely were not spacious. There were stains all over the floor, part of the curtain was hanging off, there were stains on the units in the room. There was also stains on the pillows. It was awful, so awful I cancelled my 2nd night and went to an actual 4* hotel.

Lovely staff, welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Really enjoyed our stay with you.

Location was good.

Parking was too expensive Rooms were a little outdated

Closer to the city centre

Parking is limited and extra

The hotel was in a nice location.

The toilet in the room had a very bad smell..which was constant throughout our stay.

The staff member Lucinda was fantastic. She had great customer care and we appreciate her efforts.

Gym and bar

Dirty caroet

Central location, close to the train station. Very convenient.

Excellent experience

Breakfast options not value for money

very good location staff very helpful very nice breakfast room service was every day without fail even when we didn't need it

parking is expensive with limited and very tight spaces room needs proper aircon the beds weren't as comfy as I expected and the kids bed were very narrow

Not a bad location. Car parking is tight

Paid extra for breakfast and didn’t benefit from it. People waiting to make toast were blocking the rest of the people trying to get breakfast. Massive queues. I didn’t bother in the end. Waste of money…..

Habitació gran i comfortable. Hotel ben situat

decor great, nice room with space, good showers etc.

Great location - short walk from the station in a quiet area. Rooms excellent. Great bar facilities.

Nothing

The breakfast was excellent value for money, good range of options, catering fir everyone. The location was excellent 10minute walk to the main shopping area and lots of restaurants on your doorstep.

I can't think of anything I didn't like

Nothing

Everything was bad dirty rooms and bathroom

Location very good

Beds very uncomfortable, family room cramped when sofa bed out. Uninviting communal areas

Great location Safe Friendly Good breakfast Clean

Separate toilet cubicle within bedroom but with no sink. (Sink was in separate room with shower). So unhygienic as you are opening toilet door to then go and wash hands! Strange for a hotel bedroom.

Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, including gluten free options. Staff were very polite and efficient throughout.

Bathroom needed updating. Shower screen leaked when I washed my hair-not very tall so had to adjust shower head which resulted in leak. Just felt in need of an update.

The location was great everything central

The parking situation we arrived late in the evening and there was no parking spaces available we had to drop our children at the hotel with luggage and drive to local train station paying £25 to park our car over night!

It was nice and safe

Nothing it was exactly what you wanted

Very child friendly, lovely spot and good food

Just what we needed for 1 night

Could been more verity for breakfast

Car parking too tight and not much space and parking charges rip off. Not much space to sit and eat in the restaurant Not much of choice of selection for Breakfast.

Location is excellent. Very clean and friendly staff.

Breakfast far too expensive.

The Hotel was close to the train station and city centre. Staff was very nice. I booked three rooms and check-in was very easy.

I booked three rooms and unfortunately one of the rooms was not cleaned. Other than that really nice stay.

Staff very professional and friendly. On line and on site Checkin was perfect

Breakfast a bit pricey. Otherwise nothing else

Central and easy. Clean, functional rooms

The bar was great and the location was fantastic.

All great

A good central location

The keycard room entry was faulty, We found this very annoying as we had to visit reception every time we wanted to get into the room. The bathroom sink was dated and not very clean.

The breakfast was great!

Great room, great breakfast, great staff

Cooler room, bottled water in the fridge

great location, closer to leeds station. very easy access to everything

The staff were amazing...ie: Front desk, breakfast, chamber maids and security 💯 Excellent service Received from them all. Very clean hotel. I will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thank you ALL for your services.

Clean and quiet

Almost every thing the only thing you need to prove is air conditioning is not working well

Large, well-equipped room. Great buffet breakfast. Handy location for the train station and the city centre.

Very clean Hotel and friendly and helpful staff.

Paying for car park.

Just about everything. Excellent.

Would have liked a sink in the toilet.

Central location

Room was quite grubby!

Good location central beside train station. Nice comfortable bed. Nice staff bar and reception.

Comodidad y ubicación

Todo bien

Very good and well serviced breakfast 5/5

Very poor door key card system, endless trips back down to reception to liven it up 0/5 Victorian plumbers knew more about drainage than the builders of this place, very poor 1/5

Loved the Friendly Helpful Staff . Really Top Class Hotel . 👍👍👍👍👍🇮🇪

Lovely, helpful staff. Located close to the Center.

Endless screeching from the train lines. Syringe found under the shelf near the fridge.
