Conveniently located. Room was large, modern and clean. Staff very friendly.

Although there was a good selection at breakfast, the quality was disappointing for a 4-star hotel. The fruit selection was good, but the kiwis were unripe and inedible. The bacon was more like boiled than fried and swimming in oil, while the scrambled egg was grainy and tasted as though it had been made from dried egg. The mushrooms also appeared to be tinned. The toast was basic sliced bread, and the coffee machine was visibly dirty, with messy and poorly maintained drip trays. Overall, the choice was good, but the quality, preparation and cleanliness fell well below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

Location and bar/lobby were nice

The rooms were both as advertised, we checked in entered the room and very quickly decided it was not worth the money, all the furniture was very dated and heavily damaged and not as clean as you would expect for the price. The 'king size' bed was barely a double and the mattress felt as old as the furniture, along with the wobbly tv that looked as though it had been pulled from a skip.

The room is spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is also pretty good. The location is near city centre and train station, but not very closed. There are a little shops nearby.

There was no temperature control so boiling hot. We could crack open the window but as the hotel is near a busy motorway it was noisy all night. Couldn’t sleep

Clean, modern and large room. A short walk to the bars and clubs, no taxi's required.

Parking isn't cheap but it's not a massive issue.

The bed was really comfortable. Little complimentary drinks and treats are always a nice touch. Paying £14 to park under the hotel seems extortionate.

K-fee isn’t the best coffee we’ve tasted. Couldn’t get the to to work so had to ring reception for someone to take a look at it.

Excellent friendly and very helpful staff with a friendly welcoming attitude and knowledgeable advice on any question's I had regarding meals and parking.

No air conditioning in rooms so was very hot even with fan on.

Bed was incredibly comfy! Clean bathroom and room.

The pillows were very hard, woke up with a bad neck.

Even early in the morning, between 7:30 to 7:45, tables at breakfast were limited especially for solo diner ( I was travelling on business) and the choice of yogurt for breakfast was a little watery but otherwise ok.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I stayed in Room 224 and was very happy with everything. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily return again! Also reception staff who checked me in was so sweet and pleasant.

It's a hotel I always feel very relaxed in. It has a good feel to it. Always use it when I fancy a night out in Leeds.

As a guest the underground parking is a bit pricey

Super central location 2 mins from motorway exit.,easy to find ample parking and the comfiest of beds. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel this weekend! The hotel itself is lovely, but what truly made our experience special was the exceptional service. A very special thank you to Paiton at reception, who is clearly someone who genuinely loves her job. She was absolutely wonderful, friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to help us. You could really feel that she cared about the guests and wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We truly appreciate such amazing hospitality and will definitely be coming back again and again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Fabulous shower

Weirdly, the hot water in the sink was barely lukewarm, despite running for ages, yet the shower water was beautifully hot. Lots of plugs in the room, but not a single one on the side of the room where the bed was.

The hotel was really nice and very comfortable, within walking distance to the city centre. Parking was available at a good, affordable price, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. I also really liked the shower. The self-check-in system was very convenient, especially if there was a queue at reception, as you could simply check yourself in and collect your key card. However, when we arrived at reception, we were not acknowledged, which felt a little odd. The only staff interaction we had was before breakfast, when a gentleman was very pleasant, friendly and welcoming.

It was clean, spacious and all staff seemed friendly and hospitable. Quite a central location with good amenities in the area.

Parking was terrible. We booked this hotel for parking convenience, and despite the hotel advertising parking available. Sadly we could not get parking on arrival or on the night we returned from our event. Reception staff advised of a 15min walk ncp car park. I raised my concerns to them, that I was a lone female and did not feel safe to park outside of hotel and walk back 15mins at around 1am. The person seemed unbothered and merely said nothing they can do. I advised that this should be made clear that on occasions you may not necessarily be able to park at the hotel, in particular if there are events in the area. We were also not aware that we had to pay for the parking. Aside from this the property was not terrible. The reception area was quite a modern welcoming area, but expected a little better from the rooms as I had stayed at Clayton Cambridge which was much nicer and modern. Staff at breakfast was lovely and accommodating.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The reception staff welcomed us and we're very helpful. Great first impressions of the room, which was large abd clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a great walk in shower.

Driving further afield literally on a motorway to come back on yourself to access the hotel was diabolical, tight, disorganised parking arrangement: could not park in a disabled bay because others were not displaying a blue badge did instead. Despite paying in advance when the car park park was full we were told to park outside the hotel. No air conditioning with a slightly ajar windows that was facing a busy main/high emission road was a problem. Refreshments were topped up with only coffee, hardly no herbal tea, I had to ask staff every night for plant based milk as a vegan with no fridge to store the jug/carton.

Unfortunately receptionists were young and speaking a relly not understandable english but probably it is my problem. I expect professional speaking attitude since we were not in a pub.

The location was straight off the motorway, which was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and couldn't help enough. The beds were nice and big, and the food was delicious.

Too warm. Couldn't sleep well on the first night. Too noisy outside because of the traffic - so we had to keep the windows closed. There was no air conditioning control device inside the room itself so had to rely on a portable fan and removal of duvet- which made it more comfortable to sleep.

Superb and friendly hotel well placed for Leeds United at Elland Road. We had an excellent top floor room.

Please consider moving to three ply toilet tissue.

Car parking is full and its a pain to park somewhere else . What a shame to not to have enough spaces for car parking which will accommodate the guests and it should be free parking not paid .

£14 to park your car overnight, wasn’t a space and I had to park illegally in the car park plus I was a blue badge holder and the disabled bays were taken up by non blue badge holders! Also room wasn’t cleaned properly we found old bottle of water and some food next to the bed!

The staff were friendly and room was clean. But no AC. If you were planning to stay during a heat wave think again.

Bed was comfortable and the blackout blinds were effective. Shower had good water pressure and bathroom was modern. Everything was very clean. There was no need to interact with staff as the check in and check out process is automated. The public bathroom in reception was the nicest smelling public bathroom I've ever been in. Parking was convenient and well priced.

The toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. The standby light on the tv shone with the light of a thousand suns, so we had to get back up to unplug it after going to bed. The toilet paper at Leeds Festival was actually better quality than what we found in the ensuite. No hand towel was provided in the bathroom but could be found on top of the wardrobe, which was a weird choice.
