Extrem gut. Zimmer sehr großzügig. Bad sauber und geräumig. Vom Fenster aus konnten wir an 2 Tagen Bären am Parkplatz beobachten. Frühstück sehr gut, Mitarbeiter freundlich

Good location, great staff.

The breakfast was the same every day during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Even for a continental breakfast, it would be nice to have a little more variety from day to day. The pool is also not as advertised, water temperature is cold.

Beds and pillows are the most uncomfortable ever we sleep on, last few years we booked many hotels but by far these are the worse ones, also the bathroom sliding door which keeps opening made us to regret booking this location! no fan in the bathroom so it stinks for awhile if you do your stuff, and if kids are walking around the room the can easily see you talking a bath cause of that sliding door, no privacy at all

I like the cleanliness, the breakfast. 24/7 Coffee and fresh water. The location was a plus with indoor pool and fire pit 👍 . I like the convenience of having Burger Me next door and how prosimity the festivities were. I would tell my friends, it's worth it 💯

What I DIDN'T LIKE!! I'm Soo glad you asked, I Prepaid almost $700.00 , just for them to tell me they're have to hold $100.00 . They held $435.00 instead, at the end of our stay, they decided to charge me additional $19.00 for room svc and I haven't got my $435.00 back yet

Thermostat used to work from wall mount, but this time ac had to be adjusted at the unit. First room assigned had a jammed window so we needed to switch rooms.

We had an unpleasant experience with the staff. We left a wallet containing cards behind for two days, and shortly after, unauthorized purchase attempts began at various stores. We spoke to the manager, who said they would investigate and check the security footage and promised to get back to us—but we never heard from them again.

Rooms were new, staff was polite & accommodating. We had several rooms for family & they kept us all close together. The free breakfast had many options & varied day to day. Food was kept stocked during the entire breakfast.

The bathrooms. The sliding barn doors didn’t allow for privacy. The full length mirror directly across from the toilet. Had ants one night on the counter & in a tea cup.

Very new Hotel with good room size for 4. Parking is very convenient, charging for electric vehicles well organized… Breakfast ist good, but rather fast and impersonal.

The WiFi sucks been 3 years since I came last time and the WiFi is still bad. Was trying to do work but couldn’t not do it went to different places jumping around for WiFi.

I’d definitely recommend it! It was very nice place and staff very friendly. Clean and nice, large room with tv and beautiful view.

I think it was over priced.The breakfast was the worst food I ever ate.The sausage the eggs the Potatoes were horrible...we ate somewhere else.Very load at night..people talking,kids crying,doors slamming didn't sleep much at all.

Pricing was overrated for 2 nights 850. But I guess that’s Lake Tahoe for ya. Upon arrival, staff had asked if we had a car and we said no because we rode with family. Upon checkout, we got our security deposit back which was 130. I checked out on a Sunday and then on Monday I saw there was a pending charge on my card for $100 so I called and asked the staff about that and they originally told me it was because of me having a car and I had explained to them that I did not have a car and they said that they saw note of that in that charge would be dropped or should disappear in a couple of days in the hold would be returned to me. And then on Wednesday, I had noticed another charge from them which was for $30 after the hundred dollar pending charge disappeared. Again and spoke to someone and she said it was due to parking and I explained to her that I did not have the car for the 50th bill time and said she Saw note of it and would refund me and should return in a couple days. By Thurs the 30 dollar charge actually went through so then I had to call yet again and spoke with the manager and said it was refunded but might not show up til Monday and to call back then if not. So to say the least I was not happy with all these charges and complications. I don’t think I will stay here again honestly it’s the principle it’s not even about the money I shouldn’t have to deal with all this while still on vaca bc I went to Disney right after.

Très bon emplacement à proximité du centre-ville South Lake Tahoe. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Equipements en parfait fonctionnement. Piscine, jacuzzi et salle de remise en forme fort appréciés.

Pas de restauration sur place (besoin de sortir à l'extérieur). Pas de bar ouvert (cause hors-saison ?). Petit-déjeuner moyen (choix limité, qualité moyenne). Nettoyage des chambres 1 jour sur 2 (il pouvait être effectué tous les jours mais nous ne l'avons appris qu'au moment du départ). Personnel limité (plus gardien d'hôtel qu'assistant d'accueil)

The heated pool was very nice. Everything was clean and staff was welcoming.

Weird bathroom door situation? It was very odd that it was just a sliding barn door situation with big gaps that you could easily look through. There was no sense of privacy with bathroom usage or showers. Definitely a poor design choice.

The location was great! The rooms were clean. The kids loved the indoor pool and we liked the happy hour.

I found the rooms had thin walls and you could hear every above, so book the 4th floor if you are a light sleeper. They also let people check in after midnight, above us, which woke me up but thankfully did not wake up my kids. My kids loved this hotel.

For how much money I spent for five days and three rooms. The beds were very hard, I had to pay 15.00 for parking( everyday). The television glitches. You have to pay for internet otherwise it just sucks. The night shift girl was very rude. I asked for my room to be cleaned and nothing was cleaned. Just got my bed made and trash taken out. ( I had a toddler in my room so I had the same crumbs for five days).

The worst receptionist! We were denied check in and said booking.com did not confirm our booking with them. The lady did not show customer service at all.

I had one problem , i usually stay here every time i come to Tahoe love the location and the cleanliness. But this time i had a problem . They charge me a extra room That i didn’t not book . that day i book 2 rooms for 2 nights.and on the day that i was checking out i got a message from my bank . I was charged $257.00 some how someone use my name and didn’t show up. And i was charged for it. I didn’t like that fact that they didn’t mention anything to me and charge me for someone’s mistake. And how did they get my information i have no idea ! Luckily i spoke with the manager and he got that fix and said that they are going to reimburse me. That it will take 3 to 5 days. Im just sooo confused of how they allow to give out my information without my consent or mentioning anything to me.

They charged two car parking fees but I only parked one

The receptionist who attended us wasn't pleasant, in fact she was rude, unfriendly and didn't explain anything. I wish the staff welcoming the guests were more friendly.
