3 Peaks Resort & Beach Club

Excellent location. Very nice place to stay with the family. Rooms were quite nice with comfortable beds. With 2 rooms and a sitting area it was quite spacious for a family of 5. Ample parking available on site. Check in and out were quite quick.

Location was nice. Was near everything we wanted.

The resort is poorly maintained. The more you looked around the more you found things poorly put together. The walls had tape holding the wall paper on. The tile in the shower was falling out and left in the corner. The floor felt like it was going to cave in. The humidity in the room was horrible. The fan didn't work properly to control. Our glasses were dirty for drinking out of.

First, the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. To my surprise they stated that my husband and I had received an upgrade. We went from one room to a two bedroom suite with a complete kitchen and a living room. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. We enjoyed the hot tub as well as the pool during our stay. The value for the money was wonderful. During our vacation it was one of our less expensive stays but it offered the most in way of comfort and value. We would definitely be back.

Actually, I can't think of anything that I was disappointed with.

LOCATION WAS GREAT!!! Cleaning staff were very nice and helpful ! The pool/spa area were nice!

There was no breakfast, coffee and tea only . This “resort” needed major upgrades ! Our king room with fireplace was extremely small and you could not use the fireplace at all. Front desk staff said I should bring this up to booking.com. She was not helpful at all. Also requested early check in the morning of , we couldn’t check in until 4pm. Outside our room there were old gross mattresses, rollaway bed and other furniture and trash in a pile visible to all guests. Very gross… carpet and paint in room was extremely old and needed replacing/new paint . Lamp by bed didn’t work . Wi-fi streaming on TV was terrible. This room was not what was advertised on Booking.com. This was a 60th birthday trip for my husband, I wanted a romantic room with fireplace. The room was very poorly lit and not romantic, old and dingy , wanted to use the fireplace and couldn’t. Beach was also a $5 charge . Had we booked directly through the “resort” we would have requested a room change and partial refund.

From the day we Checked in with Jessica she was great and was extremely helpful. We traveled with our dog and the place is very dog friendly.

Ifelt i was paying for a motel 6 room, ive stayed at better motel 6, very outdated.

Le personnel est charmant, toujours prompt à aider. L’emplacement est parfait pour aller sur la plage et accéder aux commerces de South Lake Tahoe. Wifi d’excellente qualité. Le parking est gratuit. Il n’y a pas de petit déjeuner sur place, mais il y a toujours du café, du thé et de l’eau fraîche au Lobby. Il y a une buanderie à disposition (payante mais c’est dérisoire) et un distributeur de glaçons. Bonus: 3 Peaks offre la possibilité d’avoir une petite remise sur des activités aquatiques. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont bien appréciables. Le point le plus positif: la literie est de très bonne qualité.

Le ménage était un peu juste (il y avait des cheveux dans la salle d’eau (qui est petite). Pas de petit déjeuner sur place.

The cabin is very spacious for the four of us. The location is excellent, very walkable to the most central area. The beds are comfortable! The access to the private beach is great!

The room was spacious and the kitched had everything you need, including new dish soap and even oil. Very comfortable for a family.

It looked like even though our reservation clearly stated we were a family of 5 (baby included), the room was only set for two. We didn't have enough towels or blankets, and we literally had to ask the reception for another comforter (all they had were these thin quilts) three times before we got one. There worst part was that the sofa bed was broken, and it was only fixed the next day, again after asking the reception twice. Would've appreciated some sort of an apology or a little compensation. Location is indeed walking distance from the beach, but mind that this beach costs 30$ to get in to.

Location near downtown and beach Clean Big jacuzzi I have been staying here for years and kept going back. They have newer staff now so I cannot help to compare them from previous staff especially the front desk. The former staff were more accommodating and have better customers service.

The proximity to the casinos, restaurants, and beach/lake.

The room was old, needed to be remodeled, and the wallpaper needs to go, definitely not “resort or beach club” level property. It felt like an old motel.

Prime location. Close to many restaurants and cafes

Living room lighting was terrible and couch/sofa was uncomfortable. We were locked out of the main lobby while waiting for the pool towels. Receptionist was away and no one was available to help.

The room was dark and the hotel was old. But they try hard to make it clean. I didn’t feel like the pictures reflected the reality though. But it was okay for a couple of nights I guess.

Too expensive. The whole town seemed to be bent on getting you to spend more money than it was worth. People in town were not friendly. All places that you can get close to the lake charge an arm and a leg. The hotel said it was providing beach access, but even that wasn’t completely free. And maybe it is not hotel’s fault, but it just left bad taste in my mouth about Tahoe area.

Half the staff not polite. No towels/clothes hooks, racks or bars. Not clean.

1.Property location is just walking distance to the lake, restaurants, casinos and tourist spots. 2.Outside property surrounding/ landscaping is well maintained cleanly, well lighted at night, tons of parking. 3.Our room is clean no bad odor. Bed is very comfortable. Shower has adequate hot and cold pressure. Free cable, internet and WiFi are excellent. 3. Guest reception area has 24 hours service and very friendly helpful staffs.

I only didn’t like is when during our 3 days stay the swimming pool was closed due to repair and renovation. The city’s street outside walking sidewalk near our hotel was pretty messed up it needs to be repaired be able to walk safely and not to be tripped or fell due to uneven pathways.

Stühle auf dem Balkon haben gefehlt. Das Wasser in der Dusche ließ sich schwer regulieren- entweder war es zu heiß oder zu kalt.

Gute Lage zum See. Wir konnten netterweise bereits eine Stunde früher einchecken.

Sehr hellhörige Zimmer. Unsere Nachbarn sind nachts um 02:30 Uhr „nach Hause“ gekommen und wir haben alles gehört.

The people next to us had their TV so loud we could not sleep. You could here it through the walls as if the TV was in my room. Room smelled moldy. Cigarette burn on the tub. Carpet was old and torn. Bed was real comfortable but due to loud TV we ended up leaving and not staying the night there. Pool was closed but hot tub out side was open. I did not like the wheel chair ramp thing out my door. Almost tripped on it. Staff were helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated.

We had a disappointing experience overall. The room was quite small and not very comfortable. The heater was noisy, and we could hear footsteps from upstairs throughout the night, as well as traffic noise, which made it hard to rest. Additionally, we were charged $100 for returning the key just 3 minutes late, without any prior notice or warning, which felt unfair.

Friendly front desk staff, Tyler and Jessica were amazing. Facility is top notch, nothing negative to report.

Would have been if maintenance made sure the in-room safe box was unlocked when the last guest left leaving it locked and Jacuzzi jets to have been fixed as they were not working. Not a big deal. I will diffinetly stay here again.
