No era el cuarto por el que yo pagué, yo pagué por uno con un jacuzzi bonito y me dieron uno que estaba demasiado feo parecía que apenas lo iban a construir y no servía. El cuarto no se sentía tan limpio, basura debajo de la cama. Pague demasiado por lo que recibí, ojalá pudieran reembolsarme una parte.

Trop vieillot, notamment la salle de bain, couloir de l’hôtel… Mériterait un bon rafraîchissement

We loved the jacuzzi bathtub, shower, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, free parking, and location was a bonus (can walk to lake if you really wanted)

It’s outdated in some areas and could use some new upgrades such as the toilet, furniture, and hotel areas (carpeting and curb appeal)

The facility was extremely run down and delipidated. The parking lot and planters had 3-4-foot-tall weeds. Next to the beware of bears sign, was an uncovered dumpster and the rear entry door, next to the dumpster, that we were told to use, was wide open. Both entry doors were accessible without using your key card. The room needed a fresh coat of paint, spots and holes on the walls from I am assuming missing towel rack or shelf. The lawn in the middle of the property was overgrown, which rendered that area unusable. The pictures on Booking.com shows a much different hotel.

TV was hard to understand how to work it. Staff did help us but we had trouble with TV the next day also. Spa does not have easy access to get in it like a step down to get inside.

I just wish the property had provided a couple of bottles of water and some coffee and tea as courtesy. These are very standard and basic but unfortunately these things weren’t supplied. I had just come from a very long drive to get to Lake Tahoe and it would have been so nice to have had a bottle of water minimum at my arrival.

Bed is very comfortable. Ideal location walkable to downtown and nearby all the South Lake Tahoe main attractions. Staff is friendly. Price is much more affordable than many accommodations in Tahoe.

Unfortunately, the pictures make it look a lot nicer than it is. The hallway carpet is very dirty and needs to be replaced and the hallway lighting is so low it resembles a dungeon. The actual room was in better condition.

When we arrived, the person at the front desk was not very welcoming. The area behind the hotel where you park did not seem clean or well kept.

The carpet in the carpet stairs were not vacuumed. They were dusty old and haven’t been cleaned in forever. I can tell and I’m not a picky person so you can imagine how bad it is. It’s very outdated. Everything looks very outdated. The couches weren’t even matching in my suite. You definitely pay a premium for the suite as well, even though it’s not updated.

Hotel could use a refresh, large stains on carpet (hall and room), blinds didn't work, bird's nest over front door needs relocated - walk quickly through the door so you don't get poo on your head!

Lights didn’t work. Toilet ran all night.

The room was rather dated and could use updating to more contemporary look. The TV remote could only be used if right next to TV - would t work from a distance. The WiFi is not good. I generally used my phone hot spot because the hotel wifi was extremely slow. Price is not bad but for the price you could find other places with a more contemporary feel.

The mattress was broken down, the bathroom sink was clogged with paper, there was sticky soda on the bedside table and the floor was filthy.

Staff was friendly, room was really nice and the giant tub was a relaxing experience. 10/10 would book again

Carpet was dirty looked filthy … Just not worth the price I’ve stayed in other places where I paid less and the hotel were more upgraded and more cleaner.

Personal am Empfang nicht gerade freundlich, wir hatten um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und was wir bekommen haben war ein Zimmer neben der Klimaanlage außen so dass wir nie Ruhe hatten und kaum geschlafen haben. Zudem sind die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Leider war das Zimmer auch nicht sauber.

Checked in about 11:30pm last minute, the staff was so accommodating and friendly. Stayed here before and it’s always super clean and welcoming. Rooms are Tahoe feel and the tubs are amazing.

The common areas and coffee in the morning was great. It was walkable to so many places.

This place is so ghetto! Everything looks dirty and wore out. Light fixtures dangling out of the ceiling, carpet stains everywhere microwave on the tiny bathroom counter, so there is no space for anything. Power receptacles don’t work in most areas.

The room was clean and spacious.

The carpet was kinda gross, and there was a hole in the wall like someone put their knee in it.

Old beds that looked like waves in Lake Tahoe from body imprints, stained floors, flat pillows, rude old man at counter, backdoor didn’t lock, room door had to be pulled shut, and a toilet that clogged twice with very little in it. We went and bought more pillows. Old man at counter said “Naaah, naah, nah” when asked for more to fill the body imprints.

The room was great for a romantic getaway. The bed was comfortable and the location was fantastic. We also loved the bikes that were available at no extra charge.

The King room with a spa tub was like if you’re in a 80’s porn. The rug in the room had mold. I would not stay at this place for the price they charge per night.

It is very out dated. Chips and dings throughout the whole room. There was a dirty towel left from previous guests in the shower. There was dry food on comforter. Cobwebs in the bathroom. It was not clean and not worth $400 plus that we were charged for 1 night only because there was a golf tournament going on they raised the prices for a dirty crappy room. We used to love coming here but unfortunately that will be our last time staying at this hotel. They need some major upgrades and retraining on cleaning. I own a cleaning business and used to work in the hotel industry and this is sad. We wanted a partial refund but when we went to check out and talk to receptionist they were not there and had a note that said if checking out leave keys .

I really loved the location. Very close walk to the Harbour and restaurants

The photos of the room i booked did not match the room I actually got. The room i got was like maybe half updated? It was odd. No hooks for towels in the bathroom, no bath fan so there was some mold starting on the ceiling. Chunks out of baseboards and trim throughout. The carpet was loose and I tripped at once point on a ripple. The room AC was functioning but the thermostat on it definitely did not. Once it got going we were able to figure out a good temp for the room. Overall it was only one night so I did not complain. But for the price I paid and the booking photos I saw I expected more.

The room was roomy, the bed comfy and location was good. I made the mistake of thinking it was closer to the casino's, but it was still walkable. The hotel does offer bikes, we didn't use them, but they were there. If you prefer to use Uber or Lyft scooters, they can be found nearby. The location is next door to IHOP and across the street is McDonald's and the lake. Just a short walk and you'll be at Whole Foods and some other stores. And let's not forget, FREE parking!

The hotel is a bit aged, but comfy. I would note our room had a step from the bed to the sink and toilet. I'm not sure if all the rooms are set up this way, but this could be an issue during the night when walking to the bathroom. This really isn't a dislike, just a surprise.

Our room had the most comfortable king size bed. The room was very spacious with two showers and large jacuzzi tub. It was great! They also provided complimentary bikes for up to 3 hours. In the evening we sat outside near the fire pit. We had a great time!!

The room had plenty of space and the beach was a couple hundred yards away. The front desk was really nice to let us park in the lot as we arrived about three hours prior to check-in. That was really appreciated.

The location was great! The room was very comfortable and clean!We really enjoyed the jet tub! We will stay here again.

The bed is old and I could not sleep my back hurts. The chairs are also old and hurt. There is no couch or sofa to sit. The phone is the room didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock for the toilet. The shower is open to the room and if you are with family there is no privacy. They have a curtain for that shower that doesn’t close all the way and it looks exactly like the hospital. Not the spa look at all. There is no pool and the housekeeper mildly cleans. You are better off spending more money somewhere else.

Great location and the spa tub inside was nice to cool off after a big day! Right in the middle of South Lake Tahoe with easy access to emerald bay and el dorado beach.

The room always smelled of bleach or something bad. The toilet clogged and was a whole mess.
