The Westin Bund Center, Shanghai

Close to the Bund Walking distance to everything Easy to spot from far away

No rooftop bar

Located centerly close to Bund area . Walking ditance to bund and train stations.

atenció, comfort ,limpieza excelentes

Excellent location, very close to major attractions such as Nanjing Road, Yu Garden, the Aquarium, and the Bund. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

The only weak point was the internet speed, which could be improved. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Total liebes Personal

Location, breakfast

Stained carpets

Breakfast and restaurants

Location not very close to the bund where you have to walk about 10 minutes

Super well located, close to the Bund, Yu Garden and Nanjing Road. Very helpful and flexible staff at reception. Decent variety at breakfast.

Nothing really - room was a little less spatious compared to other hotels in China. Carpeted floor in the hallway may create the impression of being a little dated.

Family Trip 9 persons Booked 1 unit of connecting and king room Very clean rooms , lobby , elevators swimming Location is perfect close to yu yuan old street The bund and bund sightseeing tunnel Restaurants And i have to thank mr JASON at concierge Helped me to plan for city tour and transportation for far attractions Thank you westin for amazing experience

No HALAL FOOD MENU for room in dine But there is Vegetarian option as back up

The hotel was amazing and the rooms were very spacious. The location is right next to the Bund which makes it worth it! The staffs were also very amazing, starting from the reception desk to the room staffs, everyone was helpful. We ended up extending our stay to longer dates and the whole process was very easy. Will definitely come back again!

Saw a cockroach in one of the rooms :(

The service is fantastic. The location is great. The room is lovely luxurious and clean.

The location

Vriendelijk personeel en upgraded diner/ontbijt

It’s convenient near the bund. Fast didi service.

Some staff are friendly but not all.

Excellent location

Nothing

Superlative position, right in the historic Bund area, 5 minutes walk to the impressive Huangpu river views of best Shanghai skyline and 15 minutes walk from best commercial malls in Shanghau. Great internal spaces both in rooms (we stayed in a King Deluxe) and halls.

Relatively aged room and gym workout area, lack of some details in the room preparation (second bathrobe missing) and service (internal restaurant presenting bill for payment during dinner because about to close the evening shift..).

Perfect location. Nice room. Friendly staff.

Gosto da rede. Em Shanghai não foi diferente. Muito bom

Nada para reclamar

Excellent service

Close to the Bund and Nanjing Pedestrian Lane

Internet funciona bastante mal.

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of foods available. Great for chinese and western diets. Room was great. Had large comfortable. Great bathroom and lounge area in hotel. Staff were excellent with great service. Nice pool available with 2 life guards. Great gym available. Really well located walkable to the Bund and downtown Shanghai.

China doesn't support use of google. Nothing to do with the hotel. Just a pain for us because we had a google phone.

Spacious room with an amazing view of the Oriental Pearl tower

Convenient location, excellent facilities and amazing breakfast.

location is perfect and walking distance downtown

all was good

Very helpful staff as always

There are two towers to the hotel. One is new, one is a bit old. The old one doesn't have great sound proof.

Everything exceeded our expectations

nichts !

Proximity to bund n attraction

Bfast was so bad. I had tummy ache after I took the last few water melon n yogurt

I loved everything at this hotel: the rooms were so big and clean, the concierge team were the best I ever met, they were helpful and quite friendly. Breakfast was bomb. It was a hit.

Nothing is particular

Excellent location. Super helpful staff.

Clean and hygiene property with a prime location very helpful staff , the concierge staff also guided us with vegetarian restaurants around in the area specially Jerry Wang was super helpful overall a great experience

Just a bit overpriced compared to the other hotels in the similar category

Great location, convenient to everywhere. Breakfast was very nice. Overall a wonderful place to stay in Shanghai.

The view

It seemed a bit impersonal.

The rooms were well appointed as one would expect of a Westin. The included breakfast buffet was generally very good, though getting scrambled eggs cooked to my liking was a challenge. The location is excellent: a level walk to the Old Town (with historic housing (now converted to commercial uses), the river, the under river crossing to get to sites on the other bank and major shopping streets. We've travelled widely but this was our first time in mainland China and to be perfectly frank, we found the offal heavy Shanghainese cuisine very challenging, But we found a very good Cantonese restaurant on Fuzhuo Road at the intersection with and Jiangxi Road (It's in one of the 3 Art Deco towers, opposite the Metropole Hotel. Lots of local families.

The checking too quite a long time, and was somewhat chaotic. We had an early morning arrival and had booked the room for the pervious night so our room would be ready seemed to have caused confusion. Messages requesting assistance with booking an airport transfer were not responded too.

The View

It was impersonal

location and cleanness

snack bar staff wasn't able process a basic food request (fried rice) within almost an hour. very slow

Everything

All was good

Camera molto spaziosa, arredamento raffinato e di buon gusto e molto elegante. Buffet breakfast eccezionale

Tende delle finestre che non chiudono bene

The view was not as expected, was hoping to get on higher level but unfortunately wasn't up to our expectations.

Breakfast was very expensive

Location and breakfast

Strange pool and fitness area

Great spacious rooms Big modern bathrooms Lovey staff Very convenient location Reasonably priced

Five Star, comfort and service in an excellent location.

All good.

Locality

Not a good value for money due to room type

The concierge team was amazing. Overall service was great.😊

The room was very spacious and comfortable beds. The room is very clean and the cleaning service is very good. The breakfast offers a selection of both Chinese and Western dishes as per each guests choice. Amazing selection of freshly made juices every day. The location is amazing, a few minutes away on foot to the Bund.

Todo

location

Good location to the Bund but yet a good walk to restaurants

The hotel is a bit soul-less and lacks ambiance. The lounge on the 5th floor is a joke with no wine or spirits on offer but beer. Rooms did not have cutlery or iron/ironboard.

Excelente

Loved the room, the view, the location, the elegance of the lobby. Bed was really comfortable

Nothing

LOCALIZAÇÃO MUITO BOA E QUARTOS ESPAÇOSOS

CAFÉ DA MANHÃ MUITO BAGUNÇADO

Central location, facilities, helpful staff

Nothing

The location, room size and staff all met the expectations of a Westin Hotel. The minimal food and beverage facilities were somewhat disappointing. The only options are a mediocre Italian restaurant and a lobby lounge/coffee shop. For a six-night stay, we were forced to dine out.

Bonnie from Reservations was absolutely incredible. She managed to turn what potentially could have been a difficult stay into the most memorable and incredible trip. Her level of service and professionalism was impressive.

The initial delay in checking in, understanding there were factors beyond the hotels control.

Location

Nothing

Big room with living area. All amenities were Westin standard.

Breakfast offered a lot of variety but taste was not impressed. It was not bad but was not great.

Colazione buonissima.

Niente. Un albergo cosi in Europa costa almeno 3 volte tanto.

Estadia excelente, funcionários atenciosos. Tudo perfeito!
