The breakfast was the usual free breakfast style. They had basic food. Disposable plates and cutlery. Bed was freshly made.

The bathrooms looked like they were ffrom the 70's. The air con was either freezing or warm. The lady at the front desk was very dismissive. It was very expensive for how basic and outdated it was. I assume they are taking advantage of the fact its half way between banff and whistler. They had a chinese tour group (big bus load) that were there that were smoking just outside the doors and when I went in the toilets just outside the breakfast room I thought no one was in the cubicles as there were no feet...then 3 lots of feet jumped down off the toilet seat...YUCK

Very friendly and helpful staff made the already well appointed room seem even better. Our room had lovely views and the Breakfast was top class for a motel.

Breakfast was above average for hotels of this type, selection was ample and food stations were clean, accessible, and easy to use. Tables were appropriately sized for families. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There were quite a few large food crumbs under the sofa bed mattress in our king suite. When we notified the front desk, we were immediately transferred to another king suite one floor below. The sofa bed there also had a few food crumbs, but not nearly as many as the first room, so we decided not to move yet again. As well, one bulb in a bedside lamp needed to be replaced. These were the only issues we noted.

Location was great, rooms were nice and breakfast was plentiful. We were able to get an early check in which was very appreciated.

When i booked with booking.com i said i was travelling with a pet. When i arrived at the hotel they were not aware of this and luckily enough they were able to change my room to a pet friendly room. This should be done by booking.com ahead of my arrival. Nice clean, friendly, comfortable hotel. Would definitely stay there again!

Breakfast was really good, and the staff taking care of it were always checking everything was looking clean and full.

The jacuzzi was dirty and the pool was with people that were not guests of the hotel. It was quite uncomfortable. Pool area need some work. In our room the windows were with spiders and the maintenance of the room was poor. Pillows were small and hard.

It has accessibility to higher floor and ice on every floor. Very sanitary. Comfortable queen sized beds. Variety choices of breakfast. The room had 2 sinks. Consistent hot water pressure and temperature. Excellent facilities with gym room and waterslide pool even though we didn't get to use them.

TV casting was confusing and time consuming especially for someone who has limited technology knowledge. In the end it didn't work out for us because it had missing pieces. Even though the front desk offered to change the room for us. We were too lazy to pack again and move all our stuff to another room.

Away from the noise of the city and hwy. Quiet room and very clean, we stayed mid week. Breakfast was included and there was a good selection. A grocery store and restaurants (fast food) near by, a short walk although uphill. Great staff at the front desk, well informed about parts of the hwy being closed for blasting, We got through timely after the clerk told us not to dilly dally along the way.

All cups and utensils at breakfast being disposable creating a huge amount of rubbish. Plus eating and drinking from disposable is never as good as china crockery and proper cutlery.

We stayed here one night on the way home from the Canadian Rockies. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good and well-stocked. The front desk was careful to honor our special request. We would definitely stay here again.

When asked to address a pet security issue, the staff was willing and able to help us out immediately.

There was no lighting to read by on one side of the bed. The room was not secure for our cat as the underside fabric of the box spring was torn leaving access holes. Had our cat gotten into the interior of the box spring, it would have been difficult to locate and remove her in case of an emergency.

We chose the Comfort Inn and Suites because we had seen great reviews of the breakfast service, and it didn't disappoint ! Bacon, egg bites, sausages, yogurt, cereal, waffles, fruit, coffee and juice - it was a fantastic breakfast to be included in the room rate.

The only thing I wasn't the biggest fan of, was that the storage room for the cleaning supplies was right next to our room on the 5th floor, and it was opened and closed repeatedly in the morning around 8AM. Pretty reasonable time, so definitely not the worst! Just became a little annoying after the 6th or 7th time it was loudly shut in a short window.

Situation was not perfect, though a short taxi ride took us to a local pub for dinner. Breakfast was poor, and paper plates and cheap plastic cutlery did nothing to raise the standard.

Disappointed in the breakfast. There were many choices but I eat healthy. The egg rounds did not taste good-I think feta was maybe in them. Tried the pancakes but were not that warm. No fruit except apples. Yogurt too high in sugar.

Staffs were friendly. It was one of the most spacious rooms we have ever stayed at. It was a 2 queen's bedroom, with a sofa, and the 4 of us had no problems moving around the room. The walls weren't soundproof, we can hear people talking in the hallway. Breakfast included, it was ok, coffee was fine, window and natural lighting would be nice (because the lack of that in breakfast room made it dark and sad). The pool wasn't big, but the kids had fun at the pool. Overall it was a good stay for us.

Had lotion, shampoo and conditioner in squeeze bottles, but the most important body wash missing - a small bar of soap. Thankful we brought our own body wash.

The lady at the front desk felt bad for me. I was traveling with 2 small kids and 2 dogs on my own so she upgraded our room free if charge. My son talked about this hotel the entire trip.

Breakfast was AWESOME! Highly recommend for people with Children. The pool was clean, staff did not get upset about loud kids in the pool. staff where so grateful for tips. When we found a chair with a damaged wheel in the room, they fixed it in under 10 mins(replaced the chair).

The only downside is that the rooms need better access to power outlets or a power bar, and the desk chair was not comfortable or high enough for the desk.

The location is good and the hotel was clean. The staff are friendly.

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest and the only tea offered was orange pekoe and green tea. The waterslide shuts down at 9 even though it says the pool is open until 11. You can swim until 11 but the waterslide is off. Also, we couldn’t login to the WiFi and that is how you control the TV.

We chose this property for one night stay after a day of traveling for the hot tub. Once we arrived we were informed that there were mechanical issue and the pool and hot tub were close. The front desk offered no charge cancellation right away due to the issue. The staff at was very friendly and understanding when we did cancel and move to another property.
