Wir hatten ein neues Zimmer, sehr sauber, es fehlte ein Wasserkocher für morgendlichen Tee oder Kaffee, Duschgel war knapp, es war schön ruhig nachts. Tolle Dachterasse , mittelmäßig gepflegt, man durfte nicht Frühstück mitnehmen oder etwas zu essen oder Trinken, nur abends von der Bar kaufen, das war schön. Für mäßigen Komfort recht teuer. Lage superzentral.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji. 10 min do dworca i głównych atrakcji. Pokój bardzo czysty i codziennie sprzątany. Wygodny materac i pachnąca pościel. Śniadania smaczne. Sprawny serwis kawowy. Na dachu taras z super widokiem na miasto. Wieczorami działa tam drinkbar.

W pokoju słychać było odgłosy miasta nawet przy zamkniętych oknach. W nocy czasami trudno było zasnąć.

The Cantoria is ideally located to experience the beauty and interest of the city. 8 minutes or so walk to the main tram stop from the airport. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The aircon is good and a real advantage. The terrace bar area is great. Would definitely stay again if visiting Florence

The property is very clean, the staff are friendly and welcoming, the beds are super comfortable, and the location is excellent. Also the terrace is wow.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, jedoch sind die Zimmer sehr klein, was für Florenz wahrscheinlich aber normal ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sehr schön ist auch die Rooftop-Bar mit Blick über Florenz, wo man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte hervorragend bei Außentemperaturen von bis zu 40 Grad Celsius

Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer hatte einen sehr schlechten Geruch. Dieser ging auch bei Ausschalten der Klimaanlage nicht weg. Als wir dies bemängelten, erhielten wir jedoch sofort ein anderes Zimmer ohne Geruch, das auch noch größer und geräumiger war. Anscheinend ist dieser Geruch in dem ersten Zimmer oder auch anderen Zimmern dem Personal bekannt.

Só pode pagar a taxa em espécie, o que não nos ocorreu antes em nenhuma outra estadia, e não foi avisado no check in, ou seja, no último dia, foi uma grande correria para sacar dinheiro, quase perdíamos o trem. Em tempos de PIX no brasil, andar com dinheiro parece loucura, mas aqui ainda é necessário. 1 ovo mexido no café da manhã custava 5 euros. Quarto micro, se atentem a metragem na hora da reserva.

We loved this hotel (me, husband and 13y old). The room was a decent size with fabulously effective air-conditioning which was very much needed in a humid and hot heatwave. The beds were really comfortable with lovely linen, including extra bedding in the wardrobe if needed. I loved that we all had slippers! There were ample toiletries and plenty of good sized soft towels, extra toilet rolls. We loved the fridge in the room (completely silent operation) and that it had enough space for us to store our own few items in, as well as the items available to purchase: everything was a very reasonable price in there. Our room was cleaned and tidied spotlessly every day on our return. The breakfast is really good, unhurried, plenty of really nice fresh coffee (made in the kitchen and brought to you) and nice choice of fresh croissants, cheese, fruit, cereal and eggs. The rooftop seating and bar are a crowning jewel on this hotel. Fabulous 360° views, plenty of seating in different styles, and fabulous cocktail selection. I enjoyed an excellent Negroni and accompanying snacks on several evenings. The staff speak excellent English and have a great sense of humour! The location was perfect for us - 9 minutes walk to the station, about 12 to the Duomo, the market is the next street along and a small supermarket just opposite, asking with plenty of eateries. Our most atmospheric and authentic meal was just 5 mins wander along the street. If I'm staying in Florence again I would choose this hotel. We couldn't fault it.

The only tiny thing is that there were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Sometimes it's British like a cup of tea after a day in the city on our feet 🙂

Hotel se nalazi blizu zel. stanice (oko. 400m). Takodje se nalazi blizu centra i svih znamenitosti koje treba videti (u krugu od 1km). Osoblje je veoma ljubazno. Sobe su izuzetno ciste, moderno opremljene, kreveti udobni. Hotel je za svaku preporuku.

Le lit double était un lit standard de 140cm alors que j’avais réservé une chambre avec lit double queen size donc de 160 cm, nous avons dit cet au réceptionniste qui ne savais pas apparemment ce qu était un lit queen size !! Par ailleurs la chambre réservée était appelée de luxe !! Mais chambre très petite et surtout la douche extrêmement petite et qui fuyait !!

Хотелът има чудесно местоположение -на пешеходно разстояние от централната гара и от центъра. Не е нужно да се ползва градски транспорт, за да се разглеждат забележителностите в града. Персоналът е много любезен. Закуската не е с голям избор, но има всичко необходимо. Кафе напитките са отлични. Терасата на покрива е с хубава гледка и възможност да й се наслаждаваш, докато си пиеш коктейла. В стаите имаше устройства срещу комари, които са много полезни през лятото.

Бяхме през август месец и температурите в града бяха над 40 градуса. В стаите имаше климатици, които бяха малко овехтели и издаваха силен шум, което не позволяваше да се спи докато работят. Като изключим това неудобство хотела отговори на всичките ни очаквания.

The breakfast was very limited and has almost 0 halal options other than bread and pastries which was disappointing. If I am paying additional money for cooled warm food, I might as well buy the breakfast from outside

There was a drainage smell in one of the rooms. It was terrible. We had two rooms and every evening when we returned the room would stink of sewage. This was on the 5th floor and if I am remember correctly - room 512 or 511 facing out at the back.

L'hôtel est bien situé, proche de la gare, ce qui est pratique pour se déplacer en train. Le personnel est adorable et attentionné. Notre chambre était située sur cour donc au calme, parfait pour se reposer, nous n'avons pas été gêné par le bruit. L'hôtel dispose également d'une terrasse avec une belle vue sur la ville.

Nous aurions aimé avoir des poubelles plus grandes, des crochets pour les serviettes supplémentaire et la climatisation faisait un peu de bruit sinon tout était bien.

The room seemed to have been renovated; it was very clean. While I appreciate charming hotels, I prefer cleanliness, so I was very pleased with how clean it was. 部屋をリフォームしたのか、綺麗でした。趣のあるホテルもいいけど、やっぱり清潔な方がいいので、綺麗でとてもよかったです。

I was surprised and shocked because I only got half the change back. I've been encountering a lot of lying Italians lately, so I was surprised this person might be a con artist too. Or maybe it was an Indian person, notorious for lying? They should really catch criminals. The towels weren't changed even though they'd supposedly cleaned. There was a power outage for several hours, but nothing was done. Is it like that everywhere? In Japan these days, you rarely get a power outage unless you go to the really rural area, but even when there was one in Japan in the past, the staff went around asking all the guests if they were okay, handing out lights, drinks, and food, and doing everything they could to make things easier for everyone. But there was absolutely nothing like that at this hotel. They didn't even respond to my inquiries. Lol. Is this a national characteristic? Or is it innate genetics? Is it the hotel's policy? If I were born and raised here, would I think this was normal? But unfortunately, I was born in a country with many kind people, so I was often taken aback. I hope you'll use this review as a reference and be prepared before you stay there. お釣りがね、半分しか返ってこなかったからびっくりしたし、ショックだった。最近嘘つきのイタリア人によく遭遇するから、この人も詐偽師かなって驚きました。それとも嘘つきで有名なインド人だったのかな?犯罪者はちゃんと捕まえたらいいのにな。 掃除したはずなのに、タオルは交換されてなかったよ。 何時間か停電が起きたんだけど、何の対処もなかった。どこの国もみんなそうなの?今の日本じゃよっぽど田舎に行かなきゃ、停電なんて起きる事もないけど、昔日本で起きた時も、スタッフが大丈夫かお客様全員に声をかけに言って、ライトや飲み物、食料を配ったり、みんなが過ごしやすくするためにスタッフは動いてくれたけど、ここのホテルじゃ何一つなかった。 こちらからの問い合わせに応じることすらなかった。笑。 これって国民性なのかな?それとも生まれ持った遺伝子?ここのホテルの方針?ここで生まれ育てば、これを普通と思えたのかな?でもあいにく優しい人間が多い国にうまれてしまったからな、引くことが多かった。そして、このレビューを参考にして覚悟を持って宿泊して欲しいなと思う。

Posizione ottima, vicino stazione centrale e i principali luoghi di interesse, personale gentile e cordiale, stanza piccola ,ma accogliente. Bagno con doccia,senza bidet. Colazione buona, sia dolce che salata.

Abbiamo un po' sofferto il caldo: c'erano 40 gradi all'esterno e l'aria condizionata, anche se messa a temperature basse, non raffreddava adeguatamente la stanza, esposta al sole nelle ore centrali.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ηταν πάρα πολύ κάλη .Κόντα στα περισσοτερα αξιοθέατα και κοντά στο σταθμό των τρένων. Το κρεββατι ήταν εξαιρετικό όπως και ο κλιματισμός στο κατάλυμα , ειδικά τις μερες που ήμασταν εκει και είχε καύσωνα . Το δωμάτιο ήταν ανακαινισμένο και πολύ καθαρό και γενικά ολοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχειου περιποιημένη .Το προσωπικο επίσης ηταν πολύ ευγενικό.

Θα ήθελα το πρωινο να ήταν λιγο καλύτερο και το μέγεθος του δωματιου λίγο μεγαλύτερο.

Good location, bad security. Before checking out, we ate breakfast at the hotel. While we ate, someone had emptied my little travel jewelry box. Everything gone! Hotel manager doesn’t believe us! I told him to check security cameras, but he said they don’t work as they are just a deterrent! Very sad since that creates a false sense of security for the guests.

Hade ett smyckeskrin som blev tömt av någon under tiden vi åt frukost vår sista dag. Tråkiga är att managern inte tog insindenten på allvar. Därför känns inte stället säkert.

This was our third visit to the hotel in over 8 years and it was as excellent as before.They upgraded our room and we got a fabulous room with a view over Florence. Because we had to depart very early they packed us a tasty breakfast for "on the run". Cantoria and Florence are synonymous with us .

Location was great, very convenient. In the middle of the Florence historic Center. Easy to walk everywhere. It was very clean and staff was very responsive. They accommodated us based on our needs. We had booked the Toscany tour and had to leave before breakfast. They prepared breakfast to go for us. Breakfast was excellent with many choices. We will book the same hotel if we come back to Florence.

Very clean, excellent breakfast, perfect location-and besides busy location still very quite for sleeping, comfortable beds, airconditioned rooms, helpful and warm staff. Bar at the rooftop just what you need after long daily walks. The perfect spot for city tours. Save yourself all troubles and go to this place.

Location was close enough to travel hubs, and to other Florence highlights. The cute rooftop terrace was a bonus and lovely to come back to after a long day exploring. Breakfast was sufficient continental style, and staff were friendly. Room was ok for our needs, had a fridge and aircon, hairdryer, and was clean and modern.

Room was small but compact, which was ok was we were travelling light (just rucksacks) but if we had full cases it may have been an issue. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room.

Splendid hotel near the Centre. Best is the terrace with a stunning view of Florence, good for evening drinks. Definitely a special bonus. The young lady at the terrace bar was wonderful.

Some older guys at the reception were grumpy. Rooms are fine but they can be noisy depending on where you stay. Some renovation is going on for parts of the hotel and room views can be to the courtyyard and potential construction.

La gentilezza dell’accoglienza. La posizione veramente centrale. La pulizia della camera. La terrazza panoramica sulla città. La disponibilità di un parcheggio convenzionato (40€ a notte) molto vicino all’hotel.

L’hotel si trova al 5° e al 3° piano di un condominio il cui ingresso ed ascensore potrebbero essere più “accoglienti”. Però una volta varcata la soglia dell’hotel ci si trova in un altro “mondo”.

Location is very convenient to the train station, with the Central Market a 3 minute stroll away. We stayed here twice in May 2026, meaning we had to change rooms when checking back in. Both rooms were clean and updated. It was nice to have a cocktail at night on the roof, laid back with a great view of the Duomo. I would like to commend the staff, both the front desk staff and the woman who runs the breakfast area. Twice we asked the night front desk, I think his name is Euegenio, for a restaurant recommendation and he delivered on both times. Not a large hotel, but that work's for me. I would recommend Hotel Cantoria and stay here a 3rd time.

It was quiet inside the hotel. Breakfast was varied and plentiful buffet choice. We could walk to the centre and the river in 10-15 minutes and it was equally close to the main station. We enjoyed our drink at the rooftop bar.
