Hotel Mia Cara & Spa

Tutto ok e gradevole

Wszystko ok

Welcoming staff and good location

No kleenex in the room. Price per night very expensive in comparison to the quality of facilities.

petit déjeuner

Breakfast was fine but not as good as in other Italian hotels. The location was good lovely side street with a couple of good restaurants

Sound proofing could have been better. Only two restaurants near but quiet after 11pm.

Everyone of the staff very friendly, professional and helpful, location was great, we definitely will stay in this hotel if we comeback to Florence, and will highly recommend it to my family and friends

Nothing

Hotel pulito in ottima posizione per chi viaggia in treno. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Materasso e cuscini confortevoli.

Location and breakfast

N/a

Nulla, tutto ottimo

We stayed here for three nights with my family and had a wonderful experience. We were very happy with everything during our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was incredibly convenient — all the main attractions and the city center were just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was a little small, especially for a family, but other than that, everything was great.

Hotel muito bem localizado e café completo

Near to the train station, the property is very clean, the staff are very nice and good value for money

None

Peaceful but very central to many attractions. Many breakfast choices and a lovely outdoor courtyard to enjoy. Staff were helpful and accommodating in every way.

We were very disappointed when the white taxi they called to take us to Borgo I Vicelli charged us $60 rather than the $38 our friends paid to go at the same time.

Everything

Staff gentile e disponibile per ogni esigenza.

Alcuni disservizi con aria condizionata.

Great location; excellent breakfast; comfortable bed and excellent shower; not too noisy

The air conditioner in one of the rooms needed to be fixed before we started staying there; our toilet broke and had to be fixed. Everything was fixed in a timely manner.

Good, room, cleaned every day, kind and attentive personnel. Great breakfast with a variety of warm and cold food and sweets.

The requested queen bed was actually made from 2 single beds but is not 1st time i've seen that, so it did affect my experience.

Todo , ubicación , comodidad , personal , etc …

Colazione top

Valuterei uno specchio a figura intera in camera

O quarto tinha muita claridade.

The hotel is totally good. The good point about this hotel was location. This is really near to terminal and tourist’s attractions. Also, the breakfast is really good. Another good point is elevator. The most important tool is water cooler which is really important in summer and whenever I wanted to get out of the hotel I filled my bottle with water. Generally, it was really good for me.

Only the negative point was about the neighbors. I mean there are many restaurants and club around it so until 1 AM you will hear a lot of noise if your room is in the side that you are exposed to noise.

Location was excellent, 500 mtrs walking from main train station, close to all main attractions, breakfast was very good and rooms as well very clean and hygiene, highly recommend this property.

The room was quite modern & clean. Bedding was changed & the room cleaned daily.Breakfast was the best I had Italy!everything you could imagine, even salad!my daughter loved the playground!litte fridge in the room was a bonus + a water dispenser..fantastic!

Nothing

Valore mucho tener aire acondicionado…

Muy buena ubicacion, linpio , buen desayuno , buena atencion.

Great location, friendly check in staff, easy to find, accommodated our 10 year old and we were able to leave our luggage on our last day.

Very nice hotel, very luminous and comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a small fridge, good breakfast, great location, super friendly staff. Nice patio.

I had to go down some stairs to enter my room. It was OK, but not the best to do it with your luggage. Anyway, it was really minor and I understand that this happens in old buildings.

Its very nice, I li

Prima kamer, goede airco. De locatie was top. Het personeel is vriendelijk.

Het ontbijt was te doen.

Izuzetno čisto. Lokacija izvanredna.

Muy buen desayuno

The staff in the hotel were really friendly and really helpful. Their service was excellent when comes to the food, the housekeeping and the room we stayed in.

In my preference there was no entertaining activities like an indoor pool.

Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Konum gayet güzel tren istasyonuna yürüme 5 dk. Oda her gün temizlendi.

Great hotel, great price.

The elevator

Pokój czysty i nowoczesny, serdecznie polecam.

Emplacement et petit déjeuner

Rien

Very good place and staff. Highly recomend.

Stuff very kind, various things for breakfast, perfect location, ensured parking, very clean room

All was good, nothing to complaint
