Room wasn’t very big . Noise from outside made it difficult to sleep

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast a big choice.

The main thing was the bathroom. Shower over bath very difficult to climb in and out of as no handles to hold very dangerous. My husband had to come and help me out. The hotel was very difficult to locate as no name was displayed apparently Nottingham Council won't allow it.

I travelled with my daughter as part of a spa weekend and the staff left a lovely personalised note in the room with cake when we arrived. She is 15 and was so overwhelmed. It was a lovely touch that was very much appreciated. The beds were very comfy and i'd rate the breakfast a solid 8

Checked in on line and got my digi key but when we got to the room the keycard wasn't left i the slot so had to go back down to reception with our luggage to get a key so we could turn on the electricity

Central location with great prebookable car park. Reception team were friendly. Room was very clean with plenty of sockets.

Reception was so loud as it’s a massive space with no soft furnishings. Felt truly sorry for the lovely staff who must go home with banging headaches. Room was very dated and shabby. Shower was truly awful. No pressure at all and the bath was worn so very slippery. Tap for sink was set too far back so water barely reached the bowl. Lighting in bathroom not adequate. Despite being on the 10th floor you were woken up at 2am by the music from a techno club around the corner. Walls were thin so you could hear every room slam shut. Air con was great however the duvet was so thick you still woke up in a pool of sweat.

Rooms were nice.

Very loud and couldn’t sleep, very disappointing. Lift in ground floor wasn’t working. If you had a wheelchair, you wouldn’t have been able to get anywhere!

Room was very clean and tidy and as it was a heatwave at the time, having air con that worked was ideal.

There seemed to be a family living full-time across from me with a screaming baby which I could hear from time to time. And the lifts where a bit of a nuisance at times.

we had a larger room than expected and a fridge, which was very helpful in the heat.

Clean and suitable for my needs

Central and close to the castle for an event we were attending. The staff were very helpful and despite being on the main road it was quiet inside.

Cleanliness could have been a little better, the bed was two smaller beds pushed together and had a big dip in the middle which made it uncomfortable. A shame given we paid extra for the large bed. Parking is also expensive.

The room was great, just what we needed, tea and coffee with biscuits was a nice touch, the bed was excellent, very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location jus around the corner from all that Nottingham has to offer.

Nothing much, personally I would have picked a room with a shower rather than a bath, but that`s just me.

I was really pleased the reception staff allocated me a quiet corner room next to a fire exit and were very helpful. The soundproofing must be great as I did not hear a thing from any other guests when in my room. Really comfy bed and great pillows!

Good location. I was given a large room on the first floor. The room was very close to the disco-bar; the bass was pounding in my head... the noise was especially loud on the third night. The next morning, I asked to switch rooms. I was given a new room without any hassle; it was perfectly fine, though slightly smaller. Overall, it seems they made an effort to provide good conditions, and at first glance, the room looked comfortable. There are a few minor, slightly annoying details—for instance, the bathroom faucet is very close to the edge of the sink, making it difficult to wash both hands at once... If these issues were addressed, it could be a high-quality place.

The Park Plaza is a very high quality hotel. The room I stayed in was exceptional, it provided everything you could possibly want, from an array of towels and toiletries, to complimentary cold waters in the mini fridge. Both the room itself and the bathroom were a great size with plenty of room. I requested a bathroom with a bath as well as just a shower and it was great to have that perk that most hotels don’t offer these days. I had a large Queen sized bed which was extremely comfortable and I had wonderful blissful nights sleeps there! The windows have double glazed panels on that you can slide open to get to the windows behind to let some fresh air in if you need. These also keep every bit of noise out too, making it a lovely peaceful place to stay. The reception staff were all really lovely and friendly, and I felt very comfortable staying there on my own.

There wasn’t one thing I disliked!

The staff were amazing. The room was spotless and the breakfast choice and food quality was exceptional. The l9cation is good too. Best hotel stay I have had in lsst two years. Definitely would book again.

Property is a typical Radisson hotel

The noise in the evening and early morning is heavy bass music until 5 am. From a nightclub, yet the hotel makes zero effort to resolve the issue, and the duty manager knows the situation yet puts people in that hotel wing.

We didn't know about any carparking we used NCP in Maid Marion Way which cost us £12 for our stay and was 8 minutes walk away. We didn't have breakfast

All was as expected for a hotel of this standing. Room was excellent. View was not the bestbut we were only staying 1 night

Helpful staff member that sorted out changing my room from the cupboard (216) I was assigned via the app to (507).

The room that looked nothing like the room displayed when booked, the green light from the Gas Sense unit beside the bed, and the lukewarm breakfast.

We have been visiting this hotel for 12 years , a few times each year for our birthdays/ wedding anniversary’s, never want to leave,Lucia is such a lovely lady, along with Luke and many other staff members, always like to give them treats for staff room as we celebrate there and to show our appreciation ! great location to all of Nottingham , can’t wait to return!!

The location was great. Just a short walk to the pubs and shops.

The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and there were TWO comfortable chairs (usually there's only one!) Lots of power points too and nice big windows, so natural light came flooding in during daytime. The beds were very comfortable and a nice height too.

A hotel with a receptionist and working air con that you can control! Premier Inn, are you listening. Wonderful service from the off, a nice warm greeting, lovely big reception area, excellent lifts, a really nice place to lay your head.

Only 1 coffee machine at breakfast could create a blockage, nd the toast is too thin. The lighting was a bit weird to operate in the room, and a bath/shower combo is not a great thing . A walk in shower is better.

The worst customer service asked multiple times for a cot to be placed in the room and was ignored on all occasions

The place is quiet run down and the windows do not open. There was a huge spider in the middle of the reception hall and that image stayed with me for the test of the time there. The reception space is not welcoming and the scent is very strange (dirty lemon?)

The location of the hotel is incredible, right in the city centre. The room was spacious, clean and cosy. Common spaces include workstations, so that is great.

It was not mentioned/informed beforehand that parking had to be pre-booked and paid, so I could not find parking when I reached there, and it was 1 am, while the staff just gave suggestions for NPC parking close by.
